Went in for a quick brake check on my daughter's 2021 Kia Soul. Al was great and very professional and honest - showed me the front and rear pads didn't need replacing yet and were in good condition. Went here for an alignment for our Tesla (we had literally never had one done before and just bought 4 new tires). They were reasonably quick and polite each time I called them with my silly and likely basic questions. The price was $200, but we got a discount for being Costco members so it was closer to $170. I don't know if that's cheap or not, but it was inline with what we were willing to pay. So do it up! Align your stuff here! read more

These guys are awesome! When I went to get my oil changed, they tried to tuck me into doing my brakes there and said I was in the red zone on my front brakes. When I went here and they tested the brakes and 50% in the front and 90 in the back. There were so honest and respectful. Nice to know that some places don't try to take advantage of women. Extemely honest!!! I came in not sure if I needed all new brakes and to pay average of about $600 dollars. They could have taken advantage but did not... Called the morning of and told me to come in. Break check took a few minutes and said I only needed front breaks and that my rotors could be replaced but not needed. They were honest and fast. After coming here from Americas Tires for a repair, we noticed 5 lug nut caps missing from my vehicle. When we asked technician about this he placed the blame on Americas tires ( where I received excellent service the day before). We went back to Americas Tires to the same technician who said they were all in tact with the exception of the one that needed repair. We called Brake Masters back and the story changed again. The same technician said that they "probably fell off while you were driving " When we took the vehicle in to be serviced here, all lug nuts were in tact except for the damaged one. Our car had a severely flat tire that we couldn't even drive to the nearest shop. We put on a spare tire... but apparently didn't get secured properly. We ended up getting recommended my America's Tire in Norco to go to Norco Brake Masters for further repairs after the car took a bit of a beating from the spare tire falling off. The expense was insane! Unfortunately we don't know much about cars so we just went with it, since it seemed necessary. Then we go to pick up the car and everything seems good. We bring it home and park it on the garage as we go about our day. We realize when we come home later that night that our parking lights were left on! We had no idea, we we already leave our lights on "auto", which means that they changed the setting and didn't change it back! Now our battery is dead and our driver's side front light is out. So much for being worth the cost. We will never go back to this establishment for any auto repair needs. read more

I didn't end up getting work here because they were overpriced. I called and asked how much to evacuate/recover my A/C system because it is illegal to release refrigerant into the atmosphere. The representative seemed confused, as if no one has ever inquired about that. He put me on a brief hold and told me they would charge $219 to recover and refill. I was replacing the compressor, evaporator, condenser, etc myself and could refill myself. I just couldn't evac from home responsibly. I called Norco Auto Air that's down the street and they recovered my system for free. And if I decided to have them recharge my system it was half the price as here. So sad that a business is run with No true customer Service. My experience was awful. Sign stated $128 for brakes, labor, parts. I was quoted $678 for front brakes and $567 for back. Buyer beware!!!! They also, charge $65 bucks for inspection. I went ahead and accepted the oil change for $89.99 and had to ask if they provided an updated sticker. Oh, and make sure you get ALL your change back. I came here on September to have my brakes serviced. I followed on yelp that they had good reviews so I gave it a shot. Everyone there was very friendly and quick to help. I had my brake pads replaced, rotors resurfaced and everything was great. Then! 3 months later my brakes start making noice again. I paid $700 for front and rear. I can attached a photo of my receipt. It's strange. Now I'm hesitant to go back because I don't want to drop a few $100 for the same thing to happen. So I'm giving this business a 3 star review because the guys do see genuine although I have squeaking breaks again. SMH. read more

INCOMPETENT WORKERS!!! I went here to get my car fixed and they told me it would be done the same day. Since I was unable to pick up my car the same day, I was told to come in the next morning to pick it up. I showed up the next morning and was told they haven't even started my car at all. Why didn't they call me it wasn't done when they recommend me to pick it up that same day. I was told it would be finished in 3 hrs which was 1 hour the next day. I brought my car to Americas Tires and Americas Tires told me the main nut to the rotor was not screwed on and recommended me to bring it back to Brake masters to get it fixed ASAP. Brake masters screwed me over on my car with not closing my hood when I left the lot, and not putting my bolt on properly! I wonder if there are more bolts that aren't screwed on all the way. They gave me my car like this which is VERY UNSAFE for me driving and for those around me. They could have potentially put me and others in danger ! I don't recommend this place! read more

While flushing my brake system I goofed up and air got in the system that I could not remove. Brake Masters said they would reflush the system but 20 minutes they told me I needed ro pay for a 2 hour "evaluation" of the problem. I asked what happened to the plan of reflushing the system and they told me they smelled "contaminates" and would have to send my brake fluid out for labratory analysis. Im not kidding. I asked how much did they think it would cost and they said, "Well new calipers, a brake booster and master cylinder would probably be $2000. I had to pay them $65 to get my key back and drive away. read more
