BEWARE As a customer, you would expect that you can trust the people working on your car and will send you off safe a sound. --- However I got my oil changed last week 4/8 and noticed a strong gas smell the next couple days following it. We checked underneath for any gas leaks and negative. As soon as we popped the hood, I was shock to find they never put my engine oil cap back on. I TRUSTED THEM as they've worked on my car before but they really let me down this time. This is a HUGE fire hazard and a threat to my safety. Had to call corporate about this one because of the incomplete and unprofessional job they've done. It's as if they were busy joking around and having fun risking their customer's safety. I called. They picked up right away. Said they were open for walk ins first come first serve. Very nice on the phone. I pulled up. They added a few basic info from me. Gave me the price and told me how long and even helped me add a coupon to my total price. It's more expensive than I expected, because my car required the most up to date synthetic oil of course. They said they had two cars in front of them and it would take about 30 minutes or so. It was way faster than that. There were only 3 guys working there manning the whole place, including "front desk". Pretty amazing. When I walked into the waiting room, it smelled like someone just cleaned the place, but the smell of the cleaning solution was so overpowering for me. But hey, at least you know it's clean. :) they could use some ventilation in that room. I'm only giving this place 4 stars because of the toxic smell and the high price, but neither of it is their fault. They have wonderful and quick service. They even filled up air in my tires and possibly a few more things (he mentioned and I didn't catch). They do a good job here. I'd recommend this place. IS IT REALLY THAT HARD? I had my oil changed in August, and when I drove away, I noticed they forgot to clear the maintenance notification on my car. No problem mistakes happen. It took me a couple of weeks to get back in there (life is very busy), only to be told that the dealer has to reset it. I shared with them that they had forgotten to clear it when they changed the oil, and they can look at the computer to see when I was just in there. However, they still refused to clear it. Bizarre and strange that clearing the oil change light would result in a refusal. Oil change places are a dime a dozen...I won't return to Jiffy Lube! Lazy workers! I hope this post gives warning to others and this conerns Jiffy Lube. read more

I had no idea some Jiffy Lubes have a Plus (or something similar) after the name and do so much more than change oil, wipers, filters, bulbs etc. One of the tire pressure sensors was bad and lit up my dashboard. Drove me nuts. They changed all 4 incredibly fast and at a fraction of what I know Mercedes wanted to charge me. So worth it. Thank you and your crew very much Jay. You all rock! read more

The greeter person was very nice. The closer not so much. They try to upsale you on everything. For the most part it was a positive experience. But they wouldn't honor my $21 coupon. It didn't expire until jan 25. He did give me $20 off, but seriously? He could have honored the extra dollar. Not sure I would go back. But it was quick, and I didn't have to have someone come get me. I could have stayed in the vehicle, but chose to wait in the waiting room. I spoke to an attendant named Miguel who said that's the LABOR ALONE would be $160 not including the part which ranges for my vehicle for $40-60. I do my research online for the belt for a standard Honda civic and expected labor to swap it out, and call another jiffylube to compare prices - $139 INCLUDING PART AND LABOR. This location wanted to charge me almost $100 MORE for the same car part and labor. That is extremely unethical and unprofessional. read more

In the middle of my oil change, they informed me that I also needed an air filter change and showed me my dirty, black air filter. I happily agreed. The evidence is there! I definitely needed one.
