It's almost been a year now since the last time I had been in.... Recently I purchased new summer wheels and tires ( else where online ) and was calling around looking for a deal to mount and balance them. Ended up everyone's rates were fairly close to one another, and I didn't want to drive far to have it done. Just so happens this location is one or two blocks away. The day the tires arrived, I had just gotten off work at 5-5:30 and came home to find them there. The impatient person I am, I wanted them on NOW!!! I darted in there at the last minute knowing they were closing very soon. They got me in, and going just minutes prior. The tech listened well to what I wanted done ( very detail oriented keeping in mind ) The tires were wrapped up and I was out just shy of an hour past "close." Thought I'd share my very positive experience and thought they deserved a more positive review. read more

These guys are so great! This place is a prime example of a well oiled machine that provides EXCELLENT customer service, they work at a quick pace and everyone is quick to smile and acknowledge you. I had a valve go bad on my new 2017 F350 dually with less than 25,000 miles. I pulled into this Les Schwab to get it fixed. I have the OE polished aluminum wheels on the truck. And, they scratched the face of the wheel up pretty good. When I brought it back to discuss the issue with the "manager" he said that they didn't do it of course. I told him they are the only people to have removed a wheel on this truck since I bought it. It doesn't even have 25,000 miles on it. He told me the wheels had been off this truck before. So, not only did they not take responsibility for their mistake. But, he called me a liar as well. This is a franchise owned location. I recommend staying away from this location and sticking to just the corporate owned stores. read more

This is the FIRST place I go with car issues. Even if they don't do the type of work needed, they give you a clear honest assessment of what's going on. If they can fix it - this place isn't just about tires - they are fair, fast and reasonable. As soon as you drive in they run out to you and see what's happening, take your keys and have you go inside to be comfortable with eats, drinks and TV. I've never waited long enough that it became annoying or disruptive of my time. They make you feel valuable. Been a loyal customer for 20 years. They fix things free if its minor, like a rock in your brakes. They check more than what you came in for to make sure you're safe on the road. Trust them totally. Never try to sell you something you don't need. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Side note - I see "Jasmine" has 2 reviews with different last initial but same pic. Idiots that don't know what they're doing. do not go here. brought my car in for an alignment because my car was pulling left. drop my car off and the guy checking out my car called 30 min later letting me know that all my tires and so worn they are about to pop and that my left driver side rim was bent. he tells me 2,100 to fix everything. I was about to have a heart attack and then called my friend who is a mechanic. he told me to get my car out of there because the guys that work there all work on commission and will just try to screw you over. so I pick up my car and bring it to my friends shop in everett, he spun my wheel on a machine that will tell you if the rim is bent, AND IT WASNT. and only one of my tires was kind of bad from having my alignment off. so he sent me next door to best tire center in everett on everett mall way and I got all brand new tires and an alignment for a little under 500. they were quick, nice, and got me what I needed!! read more

I met my daughter today at this Les Schwab to have her brakes fixed and get studded tires on her car. I applied for credit with them to pay for a portion of this bill. The person at the counter looked at my credit application and told me that it would not be approved because I was retired and if I died they would not be able to collect. What a bunch of BS that was. I said, "So if I am working you could collect if I died but not if I am retired and die?" He just looked at me with no answer to that. I have excellent credit but he did not even bother to check that. Now, I worked at a Les Schwab for years and I know BS when I hear it. I paid cash for the brake job and will get her tires at Big O. I made it clear we would never be back. Why would I get her tires at that Les Schwab after being treated Iike I was a worthless person. Maybe I was treated like that because I was not driving a fancy car To make matters worse, they tried to overcharge for the brake job and I had to point out that what they were trying to charge was not what my daughter was quoted. They had to adjust the bill to reflect what was quoted with the explanation that somehow the bill just didn't add up right. Funny how computers can't add! Maybe they did a good job on her brakes. We will see about that but their "service" leaves a lot to be desired. read more

Been here a lot for tire fixes over the years. Service had always been great, and I've never had the slightest problem.

I had noticed one of my tires was low. When I went to get air in it, I noticed a screw in the tire. This was at about 5:15 on a Saturday. I decided to go to Les Schwab, hoping they were still open. They were not. They close at 5, but there was a couple guys still working. One of the garage doors was opened. So I asked if there was anything they could do for me. I have been lied to by Les Schwab Tire employees several times in my life. I thought I would give this place in Everett another chance since I live close by, but it seems like Les Schwab Tires must be incapable of not lying. I had a tire go flat and needed a repair. First thing off, the kid told me my tire was bald, which was a lie, and that he had measured it with his Gage, and it would be illegal for him to even take the tire off the rim. This is the line of total garbage that Les Schwab try's to tell people. It's an absolute total lie. And I am never going back to any less Schwab tire dealer for anything ever in my life. I went down the road to another tire dealer, and they said no problem, we'll have it done for you in about 15 minutes. Which they did, with no BS story. Every time the Les Schwab has lied to me and said things were illegal for them to do, I have gone to another tire shop, and they never had any problems fixing whatever it was that I needed. I highly recommend avoiding any shop that tells you it's illegal for them to even take your tire off the rim, and that seems to be one of Les Schwab's favorite lines. If I could've given them a zero as a score, I would have. Anyone that lies to you like that,,, doesn't deserve your business. read more

I had a flat tire. I took it in. Unfortunately my tire was not repairable. I received great customer service from every employee that walked in the door. In fact before I was even out of my car there was an employee asking me what I needed. They took my tire checked it out , took it off the rim to see if they could fix it. It wasn't repairable. They did give me 3 different qoutes for tires. Since I have an AWD vehicle have to get all 4 tires. They took care of me pretty quickly. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. I didn't purchase the tires cause I didn't have time. But they did help me a lot. read more

Asked them to look at a screw in my tire and rotate my tires. Took screw out and forgot to rotate Tires. They put in another ticket and everyone waiting went ahead of me. Waited 50 minutes for them to get to it again. Better Les Schwabs around. Skip this one. read more

We had picked up a vibration after we had a flat repaired at this store so when we were back in Everett a few days later we stoped in to have them check the balance on the tire. Forest G H took the tire off and checked it out and found out the tire was seperating in two diferent spots. Not very noticible, had to really look to see. Since the tire only had 90 some thousand on it we purchased two new tires and cured the vibration. Nice catch Forest.Have used Les Schwab for years! read more

This place saved the day. I got a flat on my way home Wednesday, filled it up with air, got it home and a couple hours later it was flat. Got it to les Schwab in the am and was met by a young man who greeted me outside, took my keys and said they would take care of it. Less than 30 min later he came back and said I was good to go, had s small nail and said it was an easy fix at no charge! I would have given 5 stars but the vending machine got stuck and I wasted $1.50! read more

These guys are great. Doesn't matter how full the place is they are courteous, thorough, helpful, honest and move the customers through as quickly as they can. I used to go to Smokey Point and Marysville but prefer the team on Everett Ave & Walnut. read more

Went in for a battery only because Les Schwab was close enough to walk to, knowing full well it would be more expensive... automatically gave me a price quote with ridiculously high installation fee (as clearly a woman wouldn't be changing a car battery - actually taught my 10 year old to do it). Said no installation, just battery. Went back the next day to drop off the old battery and ask about getting a discount that wasn't applied the day before taken off... guy at the counter told me how he would have to "do SSOOO much paperwork to do that!" then proceeded to tell me in detail about all the difficulties he would suffer through in order to process the discount. Guy seriously WHINED about how much extra work it would cause him "just so you could save like, 8 bucks." Clearly he doesn't care about $8 but I sure do. Then he had the nerve to say "Yeah, that would just be too much work, but hang on to that and use it next time." Les Schwab used to have amazing customer service, now seems like just a bunch of slackers running the place. There will NOT be a next time. read more
