Came in as a walk in on a Saturday for a tire check (presumed I had a small leak) and was greeted by very friendly staff. Sat in the clean waiting area and grabbed some free popcorn and a latte while we waited. The service was very quick and everything was fixed within less than 20 minutes. The service was free even! We pulled in to have a tire fixed from a nail and while we were at it a tire rotation since my Patriot was due. It's a Saturday morning so I'm sure there's a wait... homegirl told us 1 hour so we went for it. My husband and I waited.... And waited... and waited. I'm assuming the people that came and left after us had appointments as at least 6 people were in and out while we waited. The hour came and went and our car was sitting in the same spot. 30 minutes goes by, 45 minutes. By this time our dog is getting antsy so my husband had to get the keys so he could get our dogs water (she was a thirsty pupper) homegirl said our car was next, by this time we had been waiting 2 hours for what was originally said to be an hour. No one enlightened us it was going to be longer the entire time. 2.5 hours later we get to pay and leave. I understand waiting, just don't lie to me telling me an hour when you know it'll be longer than that. Just be upfront with me and also be aware of your customers, when you see the 1 hour mark coming up and they're still sitting around, give an update. They told me to bring it down and they'd check it out. Once I got there, I was checked in and about 45 mins later they gave me my keys and said it's all fixed. When I asked how much for the repair, the tech said no charge! I was so surprised. I said thank you very much and was on my way. My grandfather sent me to Les Schwab the first car I owned. I've been a loyal customer for nearly 30 years. I went because of the service, the no questions asked warranty. When Mr. Schwab was still alive and involved the store stayed that way, year after year. Then the cracks started to appear. I had the brakes fail way before the warrantee was up - they said they would honor it but wanted me to pay half (for the other side). I knew it wasn't right but I did it because I'd always had such good service it didn't matter that much. Then my battery I bought there because of their warrantee - it was dead - they checked it with an electric tester - and said it was good. I told them that every time I turn off the ignition it had to be jumped and wanted them to check the cells. They couldn't - and wouldn't honor their warrantee because I couldn't show on their electric tester the battery was bad. Yes, they had to jump my car to allow me to drive to Costco and buy a battery and install it myself. Tires - I wanted two tires for a front wheel drive that converts to all wheel drive - they told me they couldn't - it was all wheel drive and needed to replace all 4. I said they had already sold me two twice before and actually had checked with the manufacturer and confirmed it was considered a front wheel drive car - they refused and wouldn't check. I bought the tires elsewhere - for half of the bid for the same tires... Last straw was when a friend had his trailer in for some work and they told him his brakes all needed replaced in the trailer and were leaking - they didn't know another shop had just rebuilt the entire brake system - they either didn't look or... let's just give them the benefit of the doubt and say they didn't look. All the Les Schwabs have gone down since the owner died - I NEVER see employees running to great you, taking your keys or even meeting you at the door like they used to - and I heard they sold the company...the legacy is gone and the spirit hasn't been there for quite a while. read more

Very frustrating experience. I recognize that sudden tire flats are always stressful, but Les Schwab was the wrong choice to have my car towed to. I called before the tow, explained the situation and the type of car and the service manager told me to "just bring it in". The shop seems well staffed, with 2 people in the showroom and 7 people working on cars. One worker tells me I need to replace all 4 tires because it is all-wheel drive and the total would be $1600. I inform them that it isn't all wheel drive, and I just need one tire. I just bought 4 new tires less then 3000 miles ago. They argued with me more and eventually came back and said it wasn't all wheel drive. They also told me that they didn't have a tire. I called Firestone down the street and bought the tire from them over the phone and had an Uber driver deliver the tire so I didn't have to tow it twice. 4 hours here since the time the tow truck dropped my car off before I left the parking lot. And they didn't put a stem cap on. Thanks Firestone and Uber for saving the day. read more

Went in as i had a slow leak in my tire,,was told they couldnt repair the tire as they said it was seperating and i needed a new brake system including calipers but what floored me was there recomendation that the car wasnt safe until over 2700$ worth of brake work and tires were done.. I took it to another tire place in the area. Without saying anything to them about what i was told..they said a round file was the cause of the slow leak,less then 20$ and it was fixed,,when i asked them what about the seperation,,they said pardon me,,theres nothing wrong with any of your tires,nothing is seperated,,they recomended brake pads,nothing wrong with the calipers,rotors,,and when i showed them the paper from les shwab stating my car wasnt safe to drive and it shohld be towed,,he said the only thing that isnt safe is for les shwab to get away with scare tactics and flat out lies to get someone to spend money!! Less then 40$ for brake pads and 20$ to plug the leak....he couldnt believe the 2600$ in recomendations and the towing paper ... Before you spend thousands on les shwabs recomended repairs,,,get a 2nd opinion,,as my experience is they were proven to be scam artists...and i believe there are laws to protect people from what therr doing at there lacey store and i wont ever step foot in another les shwab ,,flat out lying to people and using scare tactics...when there wasnt anything wrong and nothing was seperated on any tire on my car....just to be sure..i tool my car to another random tire shop. Good: Great business for immediate situations. I've never had to pay to get a tire fixed. Plenty of space between seats. Bad: Masks aren't enforced. They'll politely off a mask if you don't have one but, after refusal there is no further action. While I was there I saw no sanitation done especially after a customer left a table. Long story short, there was a miscommunication with the faults I was having with my brakes being transferred over to my work order. I spoke with a Rep named Jared that answered and then the manager John. With both of them they assumed complete responsibility of the miscommunication and didn't even attempt to point fingers. Offered a same day within 30 minute solution to make things right. Oh and the rare "We are sorry" that you can't seem to get from a business regardless of the situation. They also noticed a screw in my tire and changed it without any issues. I am completely impressed with how this situation was handled. The absolute willingness from the manager John and the team to provide only the best quality service showed genuine concern for me as a customer. Will continue to have this store service my car!! Great price I thought it was gonna be over 300$ but was only 120 for an alignment and a tire change. Took about an hour and half to fix but was worth it! Car runs and drives smoothly now highly recommend. They have a waiting area with tv popcorn and coffee also have vending machines! Better yet they also had a charging station. 10/10 read more

I got into a slide and hit a curb during our recent flash freeze ice scenario this year. I called them and got an appointment after holiday. The price point was a bit steep all work required but they did it quickly and efficiently. Car runs like a champ. I got new tires as well and am alright with the price. We've been loyal costumers for 3 years and we love it! Recently my husband took our suv in because the sensor was marking low pressure in one of the tires and it would not go away even when adding air. They found a metal inside the tire and they patched it for free! About a year ago we had a flat tire and Les Schwab said it was a manufacturing defect. Even though it had been almost a year after we purchased the tires, the made it up to us. We got the defected one for free and the rest for super cheap like $150 when we originally pay about $550 for them. It's nice to know that some places still appreciate their loyal costumers. Les Schwab might be pricey for some people but it's definitely worth it. You get what you pay for. Good job guys!!!! read more

100% DO NOT GO to this store! My mom who does not speak English very well went here because her TPMS light was on. They said it was because the tire psi was low but she needed to replace her tires due to low treadwear. My mom lives in Lakewood and asked if it was safe to go home so that I can help purchase tires since she doesn't know anything about tires. He told her it was unsafe. She didn't have her cellphone to call me. She got scared and felt like she had no choice. $1K later and the TPMS light is still on. I call the store the next day for more details as the paperwork my mom sent had no measurements of her old tires. The guy said he would look for the work order and send it over. He texted it and it did say 3/32nds but who knows if that was written that day. What he did sent along with that is what makes me mad. He sent pictures of supposedly my moms tires to show me the edgewear/tread. He sent me pictures of worn out Michelin tires. My mom had Bridgestone Turanzas and I know this because I was the one who bought them for her! Now I absolutely felt like he took advantage of my mom. I do not trust this place. I usually do my services here and have had no issues, but last time when they took my tires off they scraped both of my BRAND NEW rims. After reporting this, they claimed that they "did not do it" and it "looks like it was scrapped on a curb". My frustration is beyond explanation as I just got new rims on my Audi! read more

I then took my car to Les and this is my price for my car, mind you the same work. $835.00. Was looking forward to great service, didn't get it. Other lady was informed of a bolt braking off. They wouldn't even replace it and told her she would be fine with 4 out of the 5 lug nuts. WOW.
