Fortunately we had an electronic tire pump, so we were able to get to a tire place. I picked Gary's based on reviews and location. I was beyond impressed! They were friendly as heck and had our car in and out in about 25 minutes. We just took the dogs and walked over to a nearby coffee shop and had some coffee. We walked back and the car was done! And it was a good job--we went on to check out many places from Evergreen State to Point Defiance in Tacoma, feeling safe and secure the whole time. We are back home and all is dandy. I HIGHLY recommend Gary's for personal, friendly, and FAST work. Now I need to make those cookies I promised them...and send them! Oh--and there was no charge! Hence the promise of homemade shortbread cookies!

Some of the most things we've had their team service are oil changes, tires, headlights, air conditioning, electrical, alignment, and more (just can't remember it all). I feel they've always offered their work at a reasonable price and it's a good value for the work. One of the things the manager has started doing during the last year is to text me a service summary report before completing the work. That way I can read it at my pace and think through it beforehand. Then I call, get an explanation from them, and give them the thumbs up or down (for the record, I've Never told them no). Give them a call the next time you need work done on your vehicle. They'll be honest. Work hard. And make sure you're happy. I always have been!

Parking lot is tight and there's no night drop (fenced lot), but they have a nice waiting area and their lobby shows how involved they are in supporting the local community. The painting, no runs, errors and totally cover all surfaces. He explained the procedure that he was going to do, and it was accomplish to that discussion. He even went as far as to reassemble the old mechanism of the old gate to the new one. This was far and above the original job request. I will go back to his business when I need his excellent skills in his business.

Don't know where to start, but these guys are where you wanna be if you're in need of a repair, or tire, FAST, at an extremely affordable price! I have on more than one occasion been saved by these guys when I was in a hurry! As a single mom, money is tight and life is busy! I got a flat tire and was told by (les Schwab on Martin and Marvin in Lacey) that I would need not just one, but TWO new tires! They told me my flat was beyond repair and that it wouldn't be good for the rest of my tires only getting the one, so I would HAVE to at least get two. I was a week away from payday and not prepared to pay that price! On the way home I came across Rodriguez tires, and asked them for help! Not only did I NOT have to buy a new tire, they FIXED it at the price of only 15$, and I was out in 10 minutes. Since then, I've driven thousands of miles it's out issue. I've done the research, and this place is the fastest and most affordable place to get your tires! Not only are they fast, and affordable, they are no bs and so respectful! I was delighted with their service and not being oversold. They are honest, and curious to their customers! If you ask me, it's a breath of fresh air in todays society! Most recently, I brought the car in after another shop told me I needed rear brakes, calipers, and suspension work totaling a pretty significant bill. Larsen's took the time to actually inspect everything and gave me a much more accurate picture. They confirmed the rear brakes were still in good shape (around 10mm), the control arm bushings were fine, and none of that additional work was needed right now. That kind of honesty is rare. They previously handled my front brake service, and everything was done right, no issues since. This time they also completed an alignment and oil service, both at fair prices. Mark was especially helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained what was actually needed versus what could wait, and didn't try to upsell anything. I never felt rushed or pressured, just informed. Bonus points to him since he's a fellow Atlanta Braves fan! If you're looking for a shop that will diagnose correctly, communicate clearly, and not recommend unnecessary work, Larsen's is a solid choice, especially if you have a BMW or higher-mileage vehicle and want straightforward, trustworthy guidance.

Delivered the vehicle to them Monday. They knew from me what was the problem and could have ordered parts before I even arrived, but decided to wait until I arrived on Monday. Monday, when I was being dropped off, I was told repairs like I was asking for take one, maybe two days to fix. The price they gave me AFTER DIAGNOSTIC was more expensive than local dealers for the same work. But since the car was already there and the appointment was made that was fine because I didn't have to work until Wednesday and if they had it fixed by Tuesday, no issue... Tuesday rolls around, no phone call, no communication. Late in the day I finally called and asked for an update. They told me it wasn't done and it looked like it would be one more day. So, I made plans to get a ride to work, and plans to pick me up. An hour before they were set to close, still no call, and we call them again, after I made plans to get off early and get a ride to get to the shop only to find out they still have even started on the work. I won't use them again, it was my first time, and suggest you don't either. They seem to want your business and then will hold you hostage until they finally get around to whatever you brought them.

Unfortunately for "Mike" I'm not one of them. Steer clear of this place. If you're like me and have to take your vehicle here because warranty preference, don't let them do any other work outside of warranty. Unless it's unsafe to move your car to another mechanic. Don't let the charge you taxes on the entire warranty covered cost. Don't let them force you into one of their rental cars by intentional delays. The car they provided was out right scary and a prime example of their technical ability. Not to mention they charged the warranty an extra rental day, because it allows for seven. When I asked about the extra day, I was told, "don't worry you don't have to pay for it". I could on. STAY AWAY!!!!
