We brought our BMW to them for a CV boot replacement. My husband and I disagreed on what side the issue was on, so we had them look at both sides. They came back and said there is a leak, but not bad. Are you kidding me? It sounds like it's skipping when we make right turns. We just needed a price and repair. We knew the need. And even that with an 8am appt. was not told to him until 10:45am. It takes 10 minutes. WTH??? We left. No thanks!!! read more

Coming from Seattle to Molalla, Oregon we ran over a bolt with our rv tire. Pulled off, changed the tire to the spare to head the rest the way. The next morning I called Les Schwab in Molalla and asked if they could repair it or if need be replace it. The very nice lady on the phone said they could. This was Saturday, May 30, 2025- We were at an event. I got the tire to them around 3pm. I also explained I was handicapped and could someone come get the tire out of my truck (my daughter put it in but was at the event n not with me. They were very helpful, not only getting the rv tire out but putting it back in my truck 1 1/2 hours later. Tire patched and ready to go. Took my expedition in to have the breaks looked at because they were starting to squeak a little bit not to badly was told I needed new ones so I paid just over $600 for new ones. Now just about one year later I sound like a effing semi truck with a trailer trying to stop. My wife has taken it in a few different times before and she was told that it's just annoying and their is nothing they can do. So basically I paid them over $600 to make my vehicle sound like shit. I absolutely will not be going back to them for any service anymore! Before this incident I have been going there for over ten years and was always treated great but because of this I will be finding a different place to shop for tires breaks and any other services they use to provide for me. Took our minivan to Les Schwab in Molalla and asked that a specific tire be replaced. They mistakenly replaced the incorrect tire (see pic of tire they left on). We noticed the next morning and called them about their mistake, thinking they would simply ask us to come in and correct the issue. Instead we were lied to, saying ALL the tires were bad. 2 of the tires were literally brand new (see pics of receipt below). I complained via email, and they double-downed on the lie (see pic of response below). They went so far as to say they would have liked to replace all 4 tires, even though, as the receipt clearly shows, 2 were only 6 days old. They are clearly unethical and incompetent. I understand mistakes happen, but the absolute refusal to admit and fix a simple mistake is disgusting. To make this situation even worse, I was forced to miss an important appointment at OHSU for a kidney transplant evaluation, and will likely have to wait months for a reschedule. read more

went to schab today have done business with them since they opened!! but the last 5-7 yrs this location has went down the tubes!! i have always had the tires rotated according to the milage. but today i found out they have not been documenting the rotations! so went today for new tires cause the ones on car were wearing thin. only to be told that my warranty on the tire wear would not be honored towards the new tires!! i`ve spent thousands of dollars here over the years, but that just stopped today!! so, a word of advice dealing with molalla les schab, make sure that they document when you get your tires rotated!! otherwise you`ll lose!! they just lost brake jobs, tires from me!! john c. read more

Location is unable to effectively schedule appointments and communicate to customers on changes. I booked an appointment, spent hours waiting at the store, and my vehicle never got in the shop. I was Informed I'd be in and out and was never told anything else. It wasn't til hours later when I check in and was told it would probably not get in. I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

The work done here is high quality and the people are friendly; however, it took 2.5 hours to mount tires and do an alignment. I even had an appointment and the majority of my time there was spent waiting for my car to get into a bay to have the work done. If you want quality work and don't mind waiting awhile go here but if you are on the clock go somewhere else that can get the work done in a reasonable time. read more

I have never had so much difficulty getting a tire fixed as I have had this past week at Les Schwab. I got a flat tire on Saturday while I was on the freeway headed south. Luckily, I was able to pull off and change it. Although the rim was not touching the ground, there was no air in the bottom. I didn't fully inspect it because I just figured I'd take it to Les Schwab to have it assessed. All the Les Schwabs in the area had wait times of 1.5 to 2 hours, so I decided to go to the Molalla location because it was en route to my final destination. When I checked in, I was asked if the flat was on the vehicle or in the trunk. I told the technician it was in the trunk, which tire, and that my spare is a regular tire. Sometime later two other technicians came out and told me my car was ready to go. I asked if they found anything in the tire. They said no, that there was no hole, that they filled it with air, and that it was good to go. I was really surprised; it did not add up that nothing was wrong with it. I explained to them that I had been driving down the freeway when I felt like something hit the left side of my car, that the car started driving weird, and that I pulled over and the tire was flat. They agreed that it was odd, and said they did not have an explanation. They instructed me to just keep an eye on it. I wondered if someone had let some air out of my tire without me noticing. When I got to my final destination and opened my trunk, I discovered that they hadn't looked at the flat tire at all. They ran diagnostic tests on the spare, not the flat. At this point it was 4:40 p.m. on a Saturday. I called to complain and was told that they would stay open if I wanted to bring the car back in. I did not feel like driving 20 minutes back in, so I said I would get it fixed when I got back to Portland. I am not sure if the technician who did the intake failed to communicate anything I said to the technicians, or if the technicians did not read the notes. Either way, I do not understand how two trained technicians would not probe more, not think about how a tire stated to be flat was not actually flat. I have had good service at other Les Schwabs in the past. I would say this is just a Molalla issue, but I just had a similar situation at a Portland location trying to get the same tire fixed. I told the technician I checked in with that my spare was on the vehicle and was a regular tire, that the flat was in the back, that I wanted the flat repaired and put back on the vehicle (if possible). The technician who did the intake did not appear to be listening at all. And I was right--he wasn't. The technician who worked on my vehicle came out and started talking to me about my tires in general. It became clear that no one told him about the flat in the trunk, or even which tire on the vehicle was the spare. I explained the situation to him, and he understood and went back and did a great job. He saved that location from getting a bad review by fixing the problem. However, a flat tire in the trunk of a vehicle is not a complicated issue. I should not have to talk to 5 technicians before the problem is understood. Please teach your employees how to listen, how to take notes, and how to ask questions if something doesn't add up. This inattention luckily only resulted in annoyance for me; however, it could lead to a very serious issue in the future. Get it together, Les Schwab. read more

We dropped off my husband's work truck this morning (Saturday) for a couple new tires and had made arrangements to pick it up after closing. When we returned to pick it up, we realized the truck was locked in a bay making it inaccessible to us. Knowing they were closed the following day and wouldn't be opening til 8am Monday morning really put us in a pickle. My husband had to be to work at 7am an hour away from home Monday morning. His work truck is literally one giant toolbox so he couldn't go to work without it. We took to social media asking if anyone knew anyone at our local Les Schwab and a few conversations with locals later, the manager messaged me and told us he would meet us in five minutes! He showed up and got our truck right back to us. It ended up being a simple miscommunication within their employees, but we couldn't have asked for a better experience with the way the manager handled things. They will continue to get all our tire business! read more

They are really nice here. I can't give them 5 stars since we didn't really get anything done with our car, but I'd have to say that I am very impressed with the customer service. I dropped by a few months ago to get an estimate for resurfacing all four roters. I also wanted a tire rotation and they said that they would include that for free since all tires were already off. Although this sounds like it should be free since it doesn't require more work, other places were trying to charge me. At a local private mechanic he priced me over 120 dollars for resurfacing just the two front roters with a tire rotation. No thank you! Impressed by the price, I finally made it back to this Les Schwab two months later. I made an appointment for 11am. When I went in they greeted me immediately. I told them what I wanted and the price that I was given last time ($90.00). The waiting room is stocked up with magazines, trashy ones to automative ones. They even have free coffe and popcorn for customers, and a tv. It was a comfortable wait! Once they had all tires off and got a better look they told me that I needed to replace the roters all together, but that I had 50% left on my breaks and could keep going, that it wasn't necessary to replace right now. The understood the financial situation I was in and instead of being pushy were advising me the way that was best of my bank account. I was so impressed at how honest the mechanic was. I asked him how hard it was to do myself and he brought me back to show me some stuff on my car to help walk me through it. He then put my tires back on for me, rotated, free of charge. I will definitely come back to this Les Schwab when it is time to replace my breaks. They were so honest and trustworthy, and that is impossible to find in a mechanic. I would recommend them to anyone in the area, as they are friendly, honest, helpful, and understand the needs of their customers. It's not about them taking all the money out of your wallet, but about treating you good to keep ya comin' back for more! Thanks Les Schwab Molalla! You guys rock. read more

We highly recommend Les Schwab in Molalla, Oregon. We had a flat tire and our spare was also flat August 17th. Although it was the end of the day they promptly and courteously took care of our tire problems. They are very reasonable when it comes to prices and provide excellent service. Used to give 5 star reviews but not anymore. We took our van there and spent 600$ on snow tires and they only put 3 of our regular tires back in the van. We didn't notice at first because we just saw a pile of tires but noticed within a couple days. Now all we keep getting from them is "we'll look for it". We know it's it's gone because it's been a few weeks now and still nothing. Nothing has been done about it and those tires weren't old. It still had a lot of life left in it. Well usually they have great service, but I recently took a battery in to have tested, my pu would not start, I was told by these people it was a good battery. I called my mechanic to the tune of $60, hr had a spare battery, popped it in, and it started right up. The battery was bad, very disappointed, cost me an additional $60, for their error, not happy read more

Excellent service!!! I had a flat during the day, was able to get it patched..stopped by on my way home in the evening to get a price on a news set of much needed tires. They only had 2, said they could find 2 more of I could wait. My car didn't come with a spare so he told me they could use one of the old tires.. They set that up and even dug through my gross trunk and put the tire away properly. It was quick and a huge relief as I wasn't sure when I would be able to come in again as my work schedule is later than thier hours. VERY accomodatin and I am VERY pleased. read more
