( s/o to Muhammad) My wife went to get alignment They did my alignment and after the fact Never mentioned "it wasn't straight " or I need Ball joints replaced for the alignment in order to make it straight They just let my wife go and never told us I didn't notice until when she back home I looked at the alignment sheet and it wasn't straight? Well I called them back saying I was mad at the situation and not them. I don't want to pay for 2 alignments with them because I didn't know I needed to fix a part first, otherwise I would have. They should've told me before charging me with a partial alignment and letting me go. I called and spoke to Muhammad and he understood my situation said next one is free. And then he even called back right after and said he's just give a refund and I can come back if I'd like or wherever if I want to. I appreciate that a lot. I wish more places were like that. I saw it had great reviews and we pulled up. Asked the guy how much... he sold us a used one $95 (I have a Nissan pathfinder 2007) sounded great! SO, bought 2 instead! He was so nice and I told him how I'm traveling to Washington for work and he gave me the 2 for $95!! GREAT SERVICE! I went to go get food thinking it would be a while! Nope!!! Simply NO REASON for him to throw the receipt at us, or to rudely demand us to pull our truck closer then say he told us to do it differently when he didn't...just simply no reason for it! Had a tire blow out in my mini van and they were the closest tire place. I was blown away by the help they gave me (especially since I had my two little girls with me). Just so I could get back on the road safely. We made sure to go back and give them our business for new tires because of what they did for me that day. So greatful! read more

If I could give it a 0 I would. I commute an hour to work and back everyday and I needed an alignment. I stopped by and asked how much an alignment would cost me. The employee said $70! I agreed and they started the alignment. Then he recommended I get a new tire. I asked him how much and he told me $160 for everything I declined since I only had 100$ on me. When I said no he quickly said he would do it all for 100. I agreed and they proceeded with the work. When it was time to pay I went up to the counter and the "manager" was very dismissive. He took my payment and gave me a white sheet of paper with what I'm assuming we're my tire pressure numbers. I of course then asked for a copy of my receipt. The manager looked annoyed and with an attitude pulled out receipt paper and hand wrote one. On the receipt he very vaguely wrote "alignment-tire $100" I then had to ASK HIM to sign it and to make matters worse there's was a box towards the bottom that said " check here if the car was NOT aligned before serviced" I asked him why he wasn't checking that box given the fact that my car wasn't aligned when I got there he again very angrily checked the box. Under the box there was a "two month warranty" he also didn't want to check. That whole transaction was very sneaky and sketchy it made me feel very uncomfortable. The next day on my way to work I noticed my car was pulling FAR MORE to the right than before I got it aligned. I was relieved I had got him a receipt. I called and they told me to come back and they would fix it. I went back and another employee informed me that they actually can't fix it. So at the is point I'm asking them why they would even try to align my car without letting me know it's "not fixable" and why they took my money anyway and tried to send me off without a receipt. They promised it would be better and that if it wasn't they would refund my money. The next day it was still pulling to the right. So I called and asked for a refund and a manager. The man on the phones exact words were " you come get refund and you go to other shop." I said ok! So On my way to work the next morning I stopped by walked into the office and the "manager" was on his phone taking a personal call. He looked at me didn't greet me. I waited for him to hang up but he continues chatting away. I then said " Sir I'm on my way to work will you help me" he then held up a finger and told me to wait a minute he finished up and hung up. I told him I was there for a refund. He only have me back $55 dollars didn't make eye contact and when I reached out my hand to grab the cash he let it drop onto the counter. I told him I had been charged $70 for an alignment. He then said that the worker had charged me 55 for the alignment and 45 for the tire. They are very dishonest and sneaky with their pricing and the way they say things. They had made it seem like I was paying 70$ for a tire and they were giving me a discounted tire for $30. I then recorded out conversation because the manager was not being very receptive he was rude and dismissive. I asked him who his boss was because I felt like I was being robbed. I went for an alignment and my car ended up worse than before! I would not recommend. read more

Forget the rest! This review is probably one of the most heartfelt reviews I am ever going to write. If you need tires, or you need tires taken off & your opposite season tires put on, you need help because you are traveling and are unlucky and need a replacement or repair find NOBLE TIRE! I cannot stress this enough. I've never been more serious. I called the rest. OK Tire $120 to put my already owned tires on. Les Schwab? So much smoke & mirrors...I'm sure I wouldn't get out of there for less than $150. Ghani is the gentleman who assisted me over the phone & in person at NOBLE TIRES . He quoted $65 total over the phone. When I got there he reduced it to $55. It's just not fair to pay too little. These guys are a true public service. I told him his quote is more than fair to begin with. It might be a little bit out of the way from Commercial Street but I swear over my Mother's grave: "IT's WORTH THAT EXTRA 5 MINUTES!!!! While you wait, walk across the street to Thai Beer Restaurant and get a meal! Now your in for another surprise! Your going to have peace of mind dealing with Ghani at NOBLE TIRES. They DO live up to their name. They are literally saints there to those in need of anything to do with tires. Especially the unsuspecting customer at the mercy of these tire stores. Don't waste your time going somewhere else. You may end up paying too much for something you don't need. Give these guys the business they absolutely deserve. What an amazing store! My husband was in the process of driving a moving truck from CA to WA and the tire on the trailer blew. He happened upon Noble Tires and was immediately greeted by Mohammed who said he could have him back on the road quickly. Less than an hour later, and with 3 tires and new wheel, he was back on the road. Thank you so much for taking a stressful situation and making it great! My son got tires for his car we paid 550.00 for 4 tires the men there were very nice said they were good tires and would stand behind them. My son had a blow out. When we got there the man that runs the shop was very disrespectful was laughing at me. Saying the tire blew because it needed a alignment {it just had an alignment} he took the front tire off nothing wrong with it, so than he pulled the back tire off and it showed a little ware. He said wouldn't stand behind it and they were just cheep tires,what did I expect. My husband was recording him when he figured that out. He told us to leave he wasn't going to do anything. Tried to say he would have given us the tire. but I was to disrespectful. He was only saying that because he knew he was on camera and he was the one that was very disrespectful.
