I had a small tire that needs to be inflated off of my snowblower. I called and asked if they could fix the flat tire and they said bring it in and we will see what we can do. I got there and they took the tire back and had it fixed in 10 minutes. With a smile they told me no charge just come back when I need tires in the future. Great service and great attitude. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable and clearly work together as a cohesive team to everyone's benefit. Jazmin helped me up front on November 20th 2024. Not only did Jazmin go above and beyond but she has been one of the few best customer service representatives that I have ever met in my life. Jazmin connects with you and is there for you from the start of you arriving to the shop until you walk out the doors fully satisfied. She made me feel like I was someone very important to her and I noticed she treated everyone else the same, she actually cares about what you're here for! I think this Les Schwab location is lucky to have Jazmin as a front representative and if she ever wants to go back there with the boys I think she could show her same worth ethic and "beyondess" of great work with working with vehicles. Jazmin helped me get an increase of credit because I couldn't afford getting 4 brand new tires + an alignment, I walked out with zero out of pocket! I've been there twice, both experiences have been horrible, the first time I had a flat, the guy came to my work ripped the tire off before the jack was all the way lowered an ripped off part of my car trim, I drive a nice car, then he basically told me oh well I'm not gonna charge you for fixing your tire.....well I bought my tires from them anyways! Second experience was yesterday, my car would not turn over. I had purchased a car battery from them last year an the guy was saying I didn't but the battery was fine, he could run a diagnostic on it while it was off but didn't want to.....so he then rejumped my car an told me to go to Firestone....thank u for the referral, they don't damage my car am act professional an they are running test to fix it, I'll make sure my clients know where to go from now on read more

Les Schwab's store on RD68 is exemplary. They are extremely friendly and the service is amazing. I had been a frequent customer for a long time, but drifted away when tire rotations became a huge wait and my tire choices became more specific. The RD68 store gets them a fresh new location, lightens the load elsewhere, and is really comfortable and convenient. Today was the second trip to the store - the first being an alignment and the second being a full brake job on my beater car. It wasn't cheap, but they use high quality parts, lived up to their estimate, and didn't get pushy at any point. The best part was they dropped me off and picked me up! The brake job parts cost was comparable to O'Reilly and the labor was more than reasonable considering the amount of work required. There is a nearby competitor - Firestone - that insisted on upselling me and even recommended I replace parts that proved to be already replaced when I decided to do the work myself. Les Schwab will put you on the list ahead of time if you call early which is a nice touch. They always prioritize flats because nobody plans on those things happening and they believe they should get those people fixed up first. I think that's a good policy. One more big thing - all employees get paid a living wage, full time, with real benefits. Talk to the folks at Wal Mart and see how they are treated and how it impacts their attitude. read more

I have been going to this Les Schwab since it opened because it is nearby my parent's house and I used to receive such great service each and every time. The last few visits I haven't been met with friendly staff running out to greet me - something the staff used to do EVERY visit. Yesterday I visited this store to get my winter tires put on my car and today, after driving less than 10 miles since they were changed, my hubcap cover on one of my tires popped off and rolled into traffic of a busy intersection. I was on my way out of town, so LUCKILY this did not happen while I was on the highway as I wouldn't have been able to recover the piece of my tire. They are closed today so I attempted to call and leave a voicemail to let them know about my dissatisfaction, but their phone does not have a voicemail and just rang continuously instead of allowing me to leave a message. This used to be a great business and I have purchased two sets of tires from them, but after this mishap and my last few visits, I doubt I will be returning. read more

Traveling from Corvallis Or. our first 150 miles from home, we have a screw in our truck tire. Another 150 miles gimping along, filling with air, we landed in Pasco Wa. The next morning we were totally flat. My husband called them at 7am, before 8, they came to our hotel and filled it with air, on to Les Schwab on road 68, Jake, Dave, and Jose all did their magic (with smiles) to fix our tire and get us back on the road by 8:15am! This tire center has a clean showroom easy access to and from the Main Street. The customer service is amazing. They checked my tires and pulled out a nail from another tire and all at no charge. This kind of customer service makes ma want to be sure to buy my next set of tires from them. The sales people were friendly and courteous. Even waiting in their room was pleasant! I came in to have my battery check to see why the battery had depleted so fast. I was wondering perhaps they can charge up the battery if needed if there wasn't anything wrong with it. I was told by the employee Bryan if I wanted to have my battery charged up I needed to disconnect the battery from my car and it will take them up to four hours to charge it. If they had to disconnect the battery themselves they will charge me the uninstall and installing fee. In all my life I've been to any Les Schwab facility, no one has ever told me I had to bring it in that way. All of the Les Schwab I've been to have always taken care of my battery problems. I had bought that battery less than two years and the man didn't even bothered to even say, let's see the problem together and see where we are at... Finding out the battery was a dud and the terminal cable wasn't good which was replaced with new part so that the terminal and the new battery would have a good connection oppose to just replacing the battery again and ignoring the real problem with the terminal cable that didn't have good contact with the battery. I was glad Justin caught that and replaced the part needed so in the future I won't have a bad battery problem. All I came out from there is the part and labor for terminal cable oppose to the initial run around about uninstalling and installing fees! I didn't feel welcome by Bryan at all in the way he handled his service towards me. I wonder if he treats others that way. I could have given this place five stars if everyone was as kind as Justin that helped me understand regards about my battery and terminal cable problem. read more

Our car battery died after a week in the airport parking lot. Les Schwab sent a tech out and jump started the car. He then waited while I transferred 3 kids to the now running car so my husband could go to work. He led the way to the store on Road 68, making sure to take surface streets in case I had an electrical malfunction on the way. At the store, they removed the battery and gave it a full charge. Note: removing a battery on a Dodge Journey requires that you remove the front wheel and access it from below - horrible design Dodge! Then, Les Schwab made sure the battery held a charge and that the car charging system was working as it should. For all this they charged me,... Nothing. WOW! I don't think I have ever had such amazing customer service! read more

I took my truck to have a steering issue repaired. They returned my truck to me with a $1,400 bill, and a quote for $600 plus to repair the issue that I originally took the truck in for. They misdiagnosed what was causing the problem. They discounted labor for changing the part that should have been replaced to begin with. I ended up getting billed close to $2,000 for a repair that should have clearly been under $1,000. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with their service. I ended up paying for their mistake. I have been a life-long Les Schwab customer for tires, alignments, and other work, but will probably never return to Les Schwab. Zero stars. read more

I came into Les Schwab Tire Center to get my tire pressure checked while I was on a road trip. I found out two of my tires had tears in them. Tommy, one of the crew members explained that these tears were really dangerous, and could potentially cause a major accident for me. They helped me get my tires changed and checked. Tommy was very good to work with, he has a good spirit and genuinely cares about each and every customer he has. I cannot thank Tommy and the crew enough for what they did for me. read more

Les Schwab on Road 68 exemplifies exceptional costumer service and a friendly positive atmosphere.I have been a long time costumer of this establishment and every experience I have had has been positive, today was no exception. When I called after 530 at night to report I came out of work and there was a nail in my tire and the tire pressure was low, I was more expecting to leave my car overnight as it was so close to closing and hoping I could get a shuttle ride home. The gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant and assured me if I could arrive by 6pm (this is their closing time,) they would fix it same evening for me and get me on my way. I arrived about 5:45pm and they were very busy, no one seemed unhappy that I was coming in so close to closing and said it may be a little delayed as it was busy, but they would get it done. Due to the number of people they started working on my car about 610pm and finished around 630pm. While the gentleman working on my car finished up, I expressed how much I appreciated that they stayed late to help people like me out. No one I encountered ever seemed irritated that they were still there 30 minutes past the closing of their regular business hours, I'm not sure you could say the same of a lot of other companies! read more

This branch seems to be like all other locations. The people are nice but don't communicate well. I was told they would fix a part on my car that they broke and then had to pay for it when I brought my car in. Oh and the hour estimate they gave is now floating in on two hours. I would understand paying and waiting had they been clear in the first place. I could have made arrangements to get picked up. I even called that morning to see if I could schedule an appointment and was told it was first come first served. Not sure if this kind of service is worth the price markup on my tires. read more

Les Schwab has taken care of our tires, wheels, and brakes for about 15 years and we have always had good service. This time they went above and beyond, and ran down and fixed a hard-to-find noise that turned out to be in one brake. Then they checked their computer, told me they had worked on the brakes 11 months ago, and refused to charge me. While waiting I told them about a problem I had with the dealer who charged me to fix the cabin fan but did not do so. They fixed the fan, too, and then wouldn't let me pay for that, either!
