Incredible service. What started as thinking I had a slow leak turned into a scary experience when Luis showed me a tire on my car that was about ready to shred or blow. I was in town for work just about to leave on a two to three hour drive home on desolate highways which could have been disaster. Luis even hustled to find rare replacement tires, have them immediately sent to this location and pointed out what should have been found when I recently had my tires rotated at the dealership that SHOULD be an expert on my vehicle. I was able to verify online his assessment and recommendations were warranted. The speed and ease of great customer service - also at the front desk with the two women there was highly appreciated. I recently had a severe flat and was leaving on a long drive soon so I pulled into Les Schwab nearby and they fixed my flat and didn't charge me. The woman whom checked me in, the man whom fixed the flat were both very engaging, friendly and greatly saved my drive. Everyone in the shop were great as it has been in all the Les Schwab Tire Centers, very consistently great service and I appreciate them. This is a life saving service to offer Flat Fixes like this when I'm sure it disrupts their regular paid services to do them but they don't let on like it's a disruption but welcomed me in. On the way to treat myself to an end-of-the-week pedicure, my tire pressure light lit up. I wondered if I should wait and check it out with my husband later that evening, but decided to pull into Les Schwab instead. Thank goodness I did because as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, I saw my completely flattened tire. They determined I had run over a razor blade and had me out of there in under 20 minutes... My tire was going flat. I came in and the friendly staff got me right in and fixed up. I had a screw in my tire but 45mins later I am back to driving safely. NO CHARGE! I had taken my Honda into this Les Schwab last year around winter when the roads are getting bad to get my studs put on. The studs were already mounted to wheels. The guy managed to strip one of my lug nuts so I ended up paying for new lug nuts that year and everything was fine I guess. Fast forward to this past visit one year later my wife took the same car to the same location and wanted the same simple task done, put the studs on. That were already mounted on wheels. The guy comes out and told her that he had broken something on the wheel and the car was no longer save to drive off the lot. My wife was obviously confused as to why our cas was perfectly fine and safe when we came in and now not safe to drive. So she asked to talk to their manager and he said the reason it happened was because whoever did it last stripped it and caused this to happen. Wife told him we brought it here and he confirmed. He was so kind to write up this quote of $400+!! The studs were already mounted why do I need an alignment?? Just really disappointed with the local les schwab tire shops not giving a shit about their returning customers. So much for local. Took it to another shop and got it fixed for $140. I pulled in today with a bolt in my tire. I love these guys, they come running out to greet me and ask me what I need. The service man was so nice. He fixed my tire in 15 minutes and I was back on the road. There was no charge for what he did today, even though these particular tires I had not purchased from them as this was a new car they came with the car. I will buy tires from Les Schwab when I need them. They are absolutely wonderful! read more

Update: I called my normal Les Schwab on Clearwater in Kennewick, and they made it right for me. Not only did they apologize for the experience, and for losing my records, but they also gave me a new set of tires and alignment for $260 that would have normally cost $600. Come to fine out, after the Clearwater location checked out my car, they said there was nothing wrong with my alignment in the first place. From here on out I will always use the Clearwater location read more

Have been a customer for twenty plus years and will never do buisness with again!!!! Bought 70,000 mile warranty tires and they lasted 42,000 miles. I'm not a kid, I obey the speed limits and do not leave any rubber at the stop lights. I've had the alignment done three times and tires rotated regularly. Only to have the manager question my driving and not taking care of the tires. He also questioned my not havine the alignment done at their shop. They actually did do it once and the dealership did it twice. Paid off my account and won't be back. If you're smart, you'll buy your tires somewhere else. read more

They told me I needed to replace my battery. I had gotten the battery from Sears and went back to Sears who bench tested the battery and found it to be ok. The alternator was bad and need to be replaces. I replaced the alternator and haven't had an issue since. Les Schwab would have made me pay for a battery I didn't need. When I told them they said they don't do bench tests and their computer said mine was bad. read more

I'm a fan of Les Schwab. Grew up going there, and will always go there for tires and other auto needs. However, this Les Schwab was the worst I've been to. Waited over an hour and a half to get my snow tires off. They broke a part and though they replaced it on their dime, I had to wait for the part to get there from a local auto store. There was no apology for my extra wait. I know an hour and a half wait time isn't too bad when it comes to snow tires, but there was only one other car in the bay. Also, I didn't appreciate finally getting my car and seeing that they rolled down my window and left it down. Not a way to run a business. They should take some notes at the Ellensburg Les Schwab. read more

Wife had a flat due to a small puncture so I called to see how much it would cost to repair-No charge.
