I called and was told that the machine that makes payment books were broken. I was sent a cut out coupon that contained the info needed to identify my account when I send payment. Strike 2 I was given a savings account with the loan. I sent would send money to account. I got a check for $300 and was told the account I received was not to be used for savings but to identify the account. I opened a savings account. Strike 3 I retired in 2024. I tried to close the account but was told to leave it open I case I needed to get a loan. I didn't do anything with the account for a year. I got to check the $200 is gone! I got no notices or anything!! $200 may not be much but to a retired person it is. Definite crooks! Consumer beware!!

I returned the order and was told multiple times that my refund would be deposited into my account within 5-7 days. It has now been well beyond that timeframe, and I still have not received my refund. When I contact customer service, I get conflicting information--either that the refund is on the way or that I can only receive store credit. The communication has been poor and inconsistent. I was originally told I was eligible for a refund, but the issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience. Rating suggestion: 1 star if the refund still hasn't been received.

Ordered Front wheel hubs for a BMW, wrong threads in the wheel side flange. Sent them back and they declined the return saying the parts were not in re-sale condition. Well yeah because they were installed then un-installed, they only sell one part for this car not multiple options and they do not list the undersized 12mm stud holes which should be 14mm. The knuckle side mounting dimensions were correct. Bad company, even worse customer service.
