We fought daily/ weekly / monthly with that company for answers as to when our dream pool would be complete! We got no answers, or lies when we actually did speak with a person! It has been an absolute nightmare! Months lost, time and energy spent! Finally we had had enough, we contacted an attorney and looked into another pool company to come and finish our pool! We were given Patriot Pools ( Patrick) information along with several other companies from our bank. Patrick came out immediately and assessed our situation and came up with a plan. He is honest and extremely easy to work with ! All our questions were answered immediately. We signed with Patrick /Patriot Pools and within 2 weeks our pool was complete and filled with water! We are beyond grateful to Patriot Pools for not only taking on this project, but also for the countless hours he spent speaking with my family and providing help and direction. I wish we would have chosen Patriot Pools from the start, our experience would have been completely different! He has single handedly restored our faith in pool company's! Seriously DO NOT go through them for your pool!!! We have had nothing but terrible experiences…read more Things were promised by the sales team but when it came to it he said he never said xyz. The filter broke season two (which was under "warranty" I called 5 times and finally got the owner on the phone and he screamed at me for 10 minutes straight and blamed me and said he would call me back and never did. I left multiple messages. I fixed it myself for $600 out of pocket. Year three I was using the vacuum and chunks of plaster came up from the bottom. Plaster is covered under warranty for three years. They DO NOT cover labor or water so what is covered is just plaster (on average it is $4-$7 per square foot) this section is maybe 4 inches. I now have to pay $1000s for water (it cost me $1800 to fill originally) and whatever their labor is. HORRIBLE customer service, they do not stand behind their work only by their terrible warranties.

He helped me assess whether it was more cost effective to repair or replace. He came out, fixed everything up and the total came in below estimate! His troubleshooting is incredible. When a later problem with the lights watchdogged the control board he diagnosed the problem to a single fuse over the phone. He sold me the fuse and showed me where to install it. It was going to be three weeks for before Brian's crew were available. My tub was leaking, the pump wouldn't cycle, and the weather was going to be below for several days in a row. If the hoses froze, our expensive hot tub would be ruined! Brian walked me through exactly what to do to fix the leak and where to go to get a small enough heater to keep the hoses warm. When my service day came, Eric was right on time, checked the service panel as a matter of practice finding a loose wire and then was able to replace the pump even though near impossible to get to location. Even if I have to wait a month for an appointment, I won't use another hot tub repair company.

From the very beginning Nancy was very helpful guiding us through the quoted repairs, options available, and providing coping and liner samples. Joe was excellent in fielding renovation questions, typically providing email responses within just a few hours. Israel leads a team of Rockstars performing all the renovation work like a symphony of artists. Professionalism through and through! Perhaps the single most meaningful act was that of a simple one. We have a young daughter and at the end of each work day, unasked a member of the Reno Team would re-setup the pool safety fence. This mindfulness for the safety of our daughter was very much appreciated and heartfelt. I used to work out…read moreat the YMCA when I lived in California, and I've never seen a location as large and sprawling as this one. The Y in Arnold hosts so many great free exercises classes, fitness machines, workout and cooldown areas, multiple free weight areas, a massive rock climbing wall, basketball/pickleball courts, two pools, clean facilities, and daycare on site!! I mean the amenities here are just everything I could want in a gym, plus they have so many programs and activities for families. I can't wait until my son is a little older so he can do more of the kids' activities and summer camp here. Plus they have Waffle Wednesdays! Does it get any better than this? The only critique I would give is on the swim classes, which I signed my 2 year old son up for after leaving Goldfish Swim School. The toddler class didn't seem all that structured which was not what I was used to with swim lessons so I didn't feel like it was of much value for us. Plus they do not heat the pools in the winter so they were freezing.

We had been looking at Polywood online but wanted to be see it in person and Offenbachers had some available pieces to look at. I am actually happy we went in because if I would have just made a purchase based on descriptions off the Polywood site, I would have gotten something that wasn't as comfortable as what we ended up purchasing from the store. And we did get to look at other options aside from Polywood. Chris was super helpful with providing all the information and showing us options for the table and chairs. We are thrilled with the purchase and can't wait to receive our furniture which will be delivered and installed by Offenbachers as well. Will follow-up once we get everything delivered!
