The massage with Sarah was great- I had a 50 minute massage with the CBD oil added. Sarah was kind and informative on what she would be doing and asked questions to ensure she focused on any pain spots. April did my facial and I got the DiamondGlow add on which was a machine that was hydrating for the skin as well as an extractor. She was knowledgeable on identifying skin type and what products would be best. It was a very relaxing service but be prepared to be asked about many add ons.

If you aren't a member, the front desk associates try to sell you one and I typically don't mind. But there was one instance last year that I am always reminded of. I know it's part of the job to sell memberships, but there was one instance where after I had my massage, I checked my phone with an alarming text about one of my kids. I told the rep that I really had to go, but she continued to try to sell me a membership even though I was in a rush to leave. It still unsettles me today. Before finding my favorite, I've had some interesting therapists. So it's really a hit or miss until you find someone you really like!

Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. I appreciated the custom facial and was surprised that the glow was instant. Highly recommend!

They are slowly growing their business, but currently offer a variety of treatments. I went in for the first time on a Saturday morning to try out the IR Sauna with salt therapy. Their entrance/lobby area is beautiful, comfortable, inviting and relaxing. I was greeted right away by the owner, checked in, and signed the waiver. While waiting, they offer coffee and cold beverages such as bottled water, Lacroix and San Pellegrino. I had time to chat with the owner about his business and how it got started. Ironically enough, the person in the IR Sauna when I arrived, was no other than our Community Manager Nikki! So we chatted while the room was switched over. Upon, entering the IR Sauna room located at the front of the business, I was instructed on different controls, lighting options, changing/dressing options, and music preference. The Sauna itself is an enclosed sauna within a small room. You have the room to yourself and the door locks. You are allowed to dress as you wish inside the sauna, and they provide you with a towel and a robe. There are 20min and 40min session options for the sauna. There is also light therapy offered for the sauna, with a sign on the wall describing the benefits of each color of light. Unlike a traditional steam sauna, you do not sweat as much and can last longer inside the IR Sauna. For my first time, I lasted 18 min before I needed to open the door and step out for some cooler air before returning for the last bit. Currently, single IR Sauna sessions are $25 for 20 min and $40 for 40 min. But they offer package deals for the IR Sauna: 10 sessions (20 or 40 min) is $150, 5 sessions is $100. Unlimited sessions are $100/month. And you can add on a salt boost (which has essential oils and a stronger salt content) for an extra $10. If you are unsure about this service, you can try out a 20min session for $1! The restroom is very spacious and clean, offers hair ties, gum, and mints.

I found the Lifestyle Spa because I have been following my skin guru, Kimberly Ross, for the past 10+ years. My mum connected me with Kimberly when I was 12 years old because I had a pretty bad unibrow- couldn't be walking around like that! I'm not going to lie, I have some great brows- they are full and thick and have a nice natural arch, so many people wanted to thin them out and make them something they structurally shouldn't look like. But not Kim! She really knows how to work with each individual and cater to what they want/need when it comes to alignment and shaping. I really don't know what I would do without Kim (probably still walking around with my unibrow or had someone ruin my thick, full brows). Kim also changed my world when it came to my skin. Kim has always gone above and beyond to make sure I feel confident and beautiful in my skin. She helped me understand the importance of taking care of my skin, the best products that work for me and shared best practices for taking care of my skin. I basically can't go without my regime she curated for me otherwise my skin starts to freak out. She knows my skin better than I do. She takes the time the time to understand the full picture; your diet, medications one takes, hormones, the sun & environment you surround yourself in and how it all plays a part in the appearance your skin. I've lived in London and Los Angeles and I can honestly say, there is NO ONE like Kim. Even being on the other side of the country, she has taken the time to make sure I have everything I need. One of the first things I do when I know I am making a trip back home to Indy, is scheduling an appointment with Kim. If you are struggling with your skin, brows or need to relax with a spa treatment- Kimberly R. is your lady. She is the secret behind my healthy skin and beautiful brows. She should be winning some awards with her talent.

The sauna was perfectly relaxing. I was so surprised by the hydromassage! It was amazing. Nasya took the time to explain each treatment and the benefits behind them, and her knowledge and friendliness immediately made me feel comfortable. After chatting with her, I ended up booking all four services. First impression: very clean, organized, and welcoming space. Compared to other spas I've visited, the pricing here was also very reasonable. I started with the steam room and chose the eucalyptus and mint combination, which felt incredibly refreshing. The funny thing is, 30 minutes on a treadmill feels like eternity, but 30 minutes in a relaxing steam room feels like 30 seconds. Time flew by. Robes and slippers were provided since you move between rooms for different treatments. If you plan to do multiple services, I recommend bringing a small tote bag to keep your belongings together as you go from room to room. Next was the salt sauna with infrared (an additional upgrade), and it was absolutely worth it, especially for my aching back. The hydromassage bed was a really interesting experience. You can adjust the pressure, choose specific parts of your body to target, and even adjust the temperature to your liking. The zero-gravity massage chair was another highlight, offering different massage programs, heat options, and positions that really help you relax. By the time I finished all the treatments, my skin felt soft, my back felt amazing, and I walked out feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. If you're looking for a clean, relaxing, and friendly spa to relieve stress, body aches, or even sinus pressure, this is definitely a place worth checking out. Bonus: free street parking and an adjacent parking lot, which makes visiting easy. Highly recommend stopping by and ask for Nasya. She'll take great care of you.
