Dennis was able to help find the codes on their Pantone palette and get a custom manual color match order (one quart of each color) started for me. Came in the morning (around 8ish) and the order was done by 2pm, I wasn't able to pick up until after I got off work but their store is open from 6:30am-7:00pm which was convenient. The custom paint quarts were about $25 each but I had a $10 off $50 coupon from the Sherwin-Williams website. The colors were matched perfectly to what I needed. I didn't purchase any other paint supplies here though.

I gave them another shot today and it confirmed I will not shop here again. It's a waste of time. They don't know their product and they don't really know how to help their customers. It's unfortunate because it's closer for me but due to the poor service and lack of product info from staff I'm headed to the Noblesville store.

Well the tens of times I've been in that exact area had told me otherwise. Additionally there was no sign that said employees only. I waited a few minutes to be helped and none of the other customers were helped. Needless to say, I will be taking my business across the street to Sherwin Williams or another PPG. Whatever that's fine... I found it odd the salesman wanted to show me sooo many options via text and only brought 2 to my house to look at it in person. I really liked one of the options though so it worked out. Scheduling was easy, the team was at our house on time to install, and were done in a couple hours. That said, I'm pretty confident in my assessment that the floors that were installed were not what I picked out. What I picked was very light, grey, almost concrete looking. What was installed was very dark and a lot of brown tones... it's like it's the same style but the wrong color was ordered. I mentioned this to both the project manager and the salesman, neither acknowledge me. For that reason I wouldn't use them again and unlikely to recommend to my family and friends.

When we decided to go ahead with the project, the entire team came to my house, plumbing, electrician, etc. to assure that what the designer had presented was all doable. Our designer, Dani, was excellent at accommodating all our wishes and our project manager, Ryan, was very thorough and communicative. The actual project was mostly completed while we were out of town, but through their app and texts, we received pictures and questions every step of the way. At the end, every minor detail was attended to and we couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. I highly recommend this company for your remodeling project!
