She stormed off after giving me a dirty look and went to register and approved the change. No thank you or sorry just a dirty glare. I ended up getting charged twice for an item and had to go back to the store a few minutes later. Jon took care of it and was friendly. A few days later we had a return and an online purchase. My partner went in and sadly got Tracy again. She wasn't going to give her the online order because there was one letter spelled wrong on the name. Foster was spelled Fostee (my fault). Once again unhappy and rude. I know retail is hard and people generally stink. But if you can't be pleasant maybe consider something different or work behind the scenes.

I work at home and they respected the need to keep noise down - they were so quiet! The preparation to protect the area where they worked was thorough and the paint job was excellent. This was my first experience to shop at The Tile Shop on Kingston Pike . After looking at several similar businesses with a particular problem to create a solution to repair a tile floor which is approximately 15 years old, I was nearly defeated. Adam, In less than 15 minutes, showed me the perfect creative idea and the perfect tiles to what I thought was going to be a "make do." . However, we did buy a copper finished light pendant from Natalie for $137.00. At time of purchase she opened the top of the box so we could confirm it was the pendant we had chosen. Before assembly, my husband opened the box and a unique little screw and loop was missing and the cord was frayed. We immediately called Natalie and she said we were a couple of days past purchase date. She would not swap it out or even give us a stored credit. She got me to send all sorts of pictures on March 8 and said she would research to see if the manufacturer would take it back and would call us back in a couple of days. So... never heard back from Natalie, so my husband spent a lot of time looking for the special screw and top loop and spent over $40 on parts to rewire the pendant. Thank goodness we did not spend thousands of $ on tile from them. I'm supposing if some tile were to break during shipment, they would not consider it their problem. Not a good way to run a business!
