We had a big issue with our Pool last summer, last year. It was green! It was learned that another Vendor had unplugged their equipment. We were not sure if this was also tampering as this Pool area had been vandalized several times over the years. There was only one key to the Pool Pump Room and the previous board member had given it to me. The technician made it over that day and handled it immediately. We appreciated the super fast response as this was indeed an emergency. It was back to normal within 24-36 hours. I think that we had to allow half a day for all of the levels to be normal again. We also made a sign, "Do Not Unplug" this Cord, with an arrow pointing for reference, for the Pool Pump Room, and placed it inside. It was taped in the needed area. I don't understand the bad reviews, as I have always had a positive experience with this company. I appreciate all the communication. I appreciate all of their knowledge. Rob claimed it was because he saw three dogs and a baby in the pool and would not pay any fines. That is a flat out lie about the dogs and baby. There was no chlorine because the pumps had stopped and Rob did nothing about it until I reported it to management and was handled...but too late. Now out of bitterness they have stopped cleaning our pool even though still under contract. Here is how our pool looks now with them "cleaning it." They are under contract to come out three times a week and for 3 months have been showing up twice and sometimes once a week and not even cleaning.

I had to explain how to put my simple pool system into service mode! He changed most of my settings and screwed up the auto cleaning system. After the first visit fiasco he has refused to complete the other 3 services that I paid for, not that I want him touching my pool again! He promised a refund but has not delivered and it's been over 2 months. Avoid this company at all cost, they are a joke.

My husband called Sparkle Pool, and they not only said they would come out immediately to help, but told my husband they would teach him how to maintain it as well! So cool!! We quickly learned that maintaining a pool on our own would be more expensive than their services, so we have signed up for weekly pool maintenance :). Both of the workers were extremely friendly and positive! When we offered them cold water, they shared that they had plenty and even kindly offered us some of their beverages. Within about 45 minutes, our pool went from that murky, foggy, green to a crystal clear blue color! We absolutely suggest this company to any future customers :).
