Great customer experience, we have been blessed to have come across Ben with pools R us. He has…read morebeen a headache saver between my wife and I, but I'm sure we gave him his fair share of headaches, lol Let me start off with the initial visit. Which was on a Saturday, believe it or not. Ben With Kohl's rest was the only company I can find. That would meet me on my time window. We had an appointment at 2:30 he got there at 2:15 and sat in his truck till our appointment time. Watching from a ring doorbell. I felt bad and told him we could start earlier if he was able to. I only bring this up. Because the last 3 companies I had. One company showed 45 minutes late. Now he did call when he was 20 minutes past the hour. The other one showed up on the wrong day and blamed it on me. And the third one straight up, no showed which I'll be writing a review about that company as well. As far as the bill process, it was very smooth. The only problem that we had was that we didn't read the packet that was provided. That gave instructions on how to do certain things like watering the concrete. i think that's what it's a called . So we had to keep calling Ben to give us the answers that had been sitting in front of us the whole entire time. Other than that, our overall experience was fantastic. I'd hardly recommend them if you're in summerlin or Las Vegas. I'll be posting pictures once my landscaper "meaning me" finishes the landscaping, lol
