We converted our chlorine pool to a salt pool and also wanted to replace all of our 23 year old equipment (pool/spa lights, pump, heater, filters, and also added the salt cell needed to convert to salt pool). Let me start off by saying I have been a customer of Rick Jones and SwimTech Pool & Spa for over a decade. They were recommended to me by a colleague. My pool is now 22 years old. Over the years Rick has always been there to ensure all of my pool equipment issues were resolved. In addition, whenever I looked for upgrades like adding Wi-Fi to my pool making it a smart pool, upgrading to a variable speed pump, replacing my filter when the old one cracked, and converting my pool cleaner to a side suction cleaner. Everything Rick has done for me has always made my pool better. This experience caused me to take a giant leap with SwimTech. My original plaster surface was at the point where it was so pitted that my grandchildren were getting their feet and arms all cut up. So, I asked Rick if he could renovate my pool. Well, what an excellent job they did. Both Rick and Laurie recommended a Radiant Micro Pepple Surface which turned out amazing. We also got beautiful NPT 6" Tiles and a Ledger Stone. We were very grateful they both helped ensure we weren't making mistakes in our surface, tile and ledger choices. I was quite surprised at how great they were able to install the Ledger Stone since our pool is very curvy. I even asked him to use the same pool tile and placed them on the stucco wall around my pool equipment. He replaced my Joint Sealant around the Coping as well. In addition, I asked Rick to add two more LED lights to my pool since this one-time opportunity presented itself. He also replaced my cracked Deck Drain with a much better one. Rick also added five Umbrella Pole Holders all around my pool and patio and even added two more to be used for a Volleyball Net. In the end I have zero regrets. The cost was reasonable, the quality was excellent, and I know I could count on Rick should any issues come up.
