Then, I realized the auto-fill they installed wan't even complete. There is a custom piece that connects the water supply to the pool that was never left with us that renders the feature completely worthless. Spent 10's of thousands of dollars just to be ghosted. In 20 years of owning this pool and using several services over the years for the problems that are beyond me and I've never dealt with another company as unprofessional and self righteous.
