Their croissants are wonderfully flaky and light, the quiche is rich and creamy without being heavy, and grabbing a coffee out on the patio makes for the best slow morning. The way it works is you place your order online during the week and choose which weekend to pick up your order, Eastvale on Saturdays or Eastvale and West Covina on Sundays. They're closed during the week. It's not a storefront like I initially thought; it's a house! We ordered the Okinawan Sweet Potato Haupia Mac Nut Pie and the Kona Mud Pie. The haupia pie reminded me of the one my uncle used to make in Hawaii. It's very similar. It's a macadamia nut shortbread crust topped with the purple Okinawan Sweet potato, then another layer of the haupia on top! I can eat this entire pan by myself. I honestly don't want to share it. ;) The Kona Mud Pie should be called the Kona DREAM Pie! This was so good!
