Nothing in the middle! This store has quality, at what I would call reasonable prices for such quality. The showroom is beautiful with a great selection and comprehensive illustrative materials for reference. Sanjay and Sean know their suppliers, and are excited about the pieces they represent. The pride in their stock is obvious. And, they are very helpful with tips regarding additional brands they have access to. We came in for a bedroom suite recently, and were dealt with fairly and honestly. Delivery does indeed take a long time, but I've heard similar quotes while shopping at other stores during this crazy covid time. Many of their suppliers are amish and make the furniture on spec, so it makes sense. We can afford to wait, so no biggie. It's all probably going to mean we visit there again soon for our living room, too. If I remember, I'll update once we get delivery.

They've got beautiful art prints from independent artists, handmade ceramics, plus stationery, a bangin' candle section, lovely housewares and textiles like throws, pillows, and tea towels, plus jewelry, the list goes on and on. Plus when you shop here you're really shopping small, because most of what they carry falls into that category. I just talked to somebody in customer service who told me that they cannot service it because they did not move it to my new hone. I asked her what I should have done and her response was to call Arhaus and ask how to move the table. That is the dumbest response I have ever heard! So according to her thinking I need to call each individual furniture company to find out how to move each piece of furniture in my home. She did however give me the name of the company that Arhaus refers to for issues after the item was moved by someone else. Also, the manager of the store where we purchased the table told me to call customer service and there wouldn't be any problem since it's still under warranty. I'm not blaming the manager at this store. They need to train their staff properly too.

When we heard it was sadly closing down at the end of the year, we made a special trip just to stop in here. It's a beautiful store with more than just gardening supplies. We picked up some toys for our cats as well as some Christmas ornaments and postcards as memorabilia. And I especially love how despite Luis the store cat passing away over 10 years ago, you can still find lots of references to him around the store. Really wish there was a way to save this place. :(

I love coming here in the summer to find garden decor like lawn stakes, planters, and decor like solar lawn gnomes and the like. They also have a great selection of umbrellas and cushions for outdoor furniture. And if you need the furniture frames, they have that too. From sectional couches to single seats, lounge chairs and more. Prices are pretty good, too. It's not the most high end stuff but things I've bought for my yard are going into year 3 now and have held up pretty darn well during the various swings of Michigan weather. All that said, there's just something about this location that doesn't feel as polished as the other ones I've been do. It's always empty, not just of employees on the floor but also shoppers. I often feel like I'm the only one there. Some silky texture some velvet.As he tried to try on one the belt is tied in a million knots ...You cannot get out.I dont lnow who toed theses knots but its very tacky...I fell in love with 3 robes , We purchased them.Forgetting about the knots in the mens robe..But we purhased the womens robes...Well i get home and he wants me to model each robe...Im so excited I pull them out and startto put on ....But I cant ..Because its tied in huge intricate knots ....I try to use my fingets and nails to get out Once I get one level ofk ot out ...Another huge multi knot appears after 30 mins!!!!! I finally get the knots out of the belt ...then to notice another set of Japanese style bondage type tied knots inside robe on the interior inside tie ,Thats keeps robe closed snug ..This and all the robes each took me almost 2 HOURS !!!! To get set free...We are so furious and disappointed.. One for them putting theses knots in there in the first place ,And second ruining my night of play and dress up.These robes were over $170 dollars for all three.But the pain of disecting those knots was ridiculous. I will be forwarding this complaint to corporate..If they are putting the knots , They should remove them before you purchase!! The sales people, have been very pleasant & helpful, without being pushy. There was a glitch where our kitchen furniture was delivered with screws missing from the chairs. (The furniture was shipped from California and assembled at their warehouse in Yspsilanti). We were like WTH? But when we called the store our sales person Ross, came to our house the next day and put the screws in. So I'd call that pretty good service. We will keep using Tyner since we consider them one of the better furniture options in the area.
