I always have great service from the employees here - specifically there are 2 guys who you typically see working, which I just realized I've never gotten their name. When I need help deciding the size of something, they're very informative and I love that they don't try to up charge anything. They're honest and helpful always. Call center told me all I had to do was send a copy of the registration. I did that, and was told I then needed to send my drivers license. I did that, I was then told that the registered owner, our CEO, would need to fill out all the paperwork. I explained that the tiny home was owned by the corporation as noted on the registration. I further attempted to explain I had power of attorney and a letter from our legal department validating said authority. The manager said no. I will not name him since I feel this is a broad issue with the company. The manager was very rude he did not even ask to see the documentation I discussed. I was already heading to the yard and I was planning on arriving before LA traffic started to get bad. Had to reroute and find another yard that understood business 101. Luckily found one by end of day, but would not be able to store until documentation was reviewed. Rental was approved early the next morning. Unfortunately I had to drive an additional 60 miles from where I was and could not avoid traffic. Lost several hours and an additional day since I had to rebook. I do not recommend this business at all. Common sense, knowledge and respect our not available at this business.
