They were able to squeeze me in, and match the best price I had found to earn my business. Once I arrived the experience was amazing and smooth from beginning to end. Eli was super easy to work with, communicative throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right. Had it installed by a professional company. 14 months after the fact, the wrap started changing color and looked burnt. I never car washed the car. It was always hand washed so the issue wasnt washing it. When I contacted them, they told me in southern California they warranty covers only 13 months and they its due to sun and how I park my car possibly The offered to reprint the panel and charge me again for it although it would be a different color and mis matched w rhe rest since It would be a new print. Products sometimes goes bad absolutely understandable but for something that would cost u north of 5k to last only a year and then they resell u the same thing rather than taking responsibility I was trully disappointed. I have other wraps on my other cars from other comapnies and non have changed color even after 3 years so it cant be the area rather the quality of the material. I wish someone would tell me this before I would spend so much money on it. Hope this would be a eye opener for others thinking of it. I took more pictures and this is in a span of 2 weeks. the deteriations is significant and the companies claim of this being due to the heat is not true since Los angeles hasnt even been hot yet.

High-level summary:…read more Customer service (patience, friendliness) - 5/5 Technical knowledge - 5/5 Transparency - 5/5 Review: Given my previous experience with torn bushings at 57,000 miles and consistent premature wear-and-tear on my tires - replaced every 20,000 miles or so, partially due to my lowered car with a staggered wheel arrangement and poor alignment - over the lifetime of my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Performance, I wanted to take a preemptive approach at 125,000 miles in improving and preserving the functional performance by doing a suspension refresh. After doing extensive research on MPP suspension upgrades, I reached out to TDW Auto and sent a summary of my desired scope of work, my budget, and a request for feedback on whether I had the correct approach in addressing my concerns. From Will's first response, we had seamless back-and-forth conversations over E-mail and text to clarify the current setup of my car, highlight my major concerns, address these concerns with the proper MPP upgrades, and align on my budget, must-haves, and nice-to-haves. There was never once an upsell; only cautionary words of unnecessary upgrades for my use case, which is really just the daily work commute in a lowered setup for personal aesthetic purposes. My original request included MPP front upper control arms and rear traction arms with my Unplugged Performance lowering springs, along with swapping out the front lowering control arms and rear camber arms. However, Will explained that the FUCAs and traction arms served no improved performance for commuting, and that the existing springs were more of a budget-friendly fit that compromised on long-term performance due to its reliance on Tesla stock dampers. Instead, he recommended swapping out the springs for MPP coilovers, and replacing the toe arms in conjunction with the camber arms to improve upon long-term lowered car hardware wear-and-tear. I followed up with Will after our virtual exchanges to get his opinions in person. He took me out for a test ride with me in the passenger seat, immediately identifying that my dampers were squeaking noticeably and that hard cornering at highway speeds felt bumpier than it should. Additionally, he patiently answered all my technical questions over the hour I was there, and adjusted the quotation when I made the final decisions on the suspension refresh. Will was completely transparent about pricing: he categorized the costs by the "front" and "rear," clearly highlighting the number of hours required to replace the front control arms, coilovers, and rear camber and toe arms. Alignment was included in the coilover work as well as solid front lower control arm pressing. He was even able to slot me in his 2-3 weeks' booked schedule on short notice because I wanted to complete the suspension refresh before making a drive to Canada. I picked up my car today after leaving my car overnight, and am extremely satisfied with my decision and results. Special shoutout to Mike, who I believe is the other co-founder and technician who stayed late just to work on my car to meet my schedule!

For Brian Santos -- I hope you become even more successful. Thank you…read more Honesty. Integrity. Skill. This message is for anyone who values character, peace of mind, and happiness. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars, so finding someone both honest and skillful matters to me. Speed Element was recommended by my friend Ronan, who said this is where "car guys" go. I'm not a car guy--but Ronan is. He drives a Nissan GT-R with full carbon fiber throughout. I don't fully understand what that entails, but I trust his judgment. If he trusts Speed Element, that carries weight. Brian handled all communication and coordination, and from my first message on Yelp, everything was clear and transparent. He broke down pricing and parts in a way that was easy to understand, answered my questions patiently, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Before I even came into the shop, Brian was already helping me over text when my car had trouble starting. Instead of pushing a sale, he suggested trying a battery tender first. That said a lot. By profession, I'm a doctor in rehabilitation and sports medicine. Most people don't fully understand what's happening in their own bodies, which is why transparency and patience are essential when working with patients. I shared this with Brian, and he said he approaches his work the same way. That philosophy resonated with me. The team in the back handled the work--wheel balancing, an oil change, and a battery replacement--and Brian coordinated everything smoothly, even applying a discount. I had a vibration between 50-70 mph, and Brian took a test drive with me to confirm it was resolved before I paid. The garage is open, so you can see the work being done throughout the process. Another small but telling detail: Brian offered to secure my belongings from the car in a safe location. It reinforced that professionalism isn't only about technical skill--it's about consideration. It also helped that we're both Filipino-American, which made communication easier and the interaction more natural, though the quality of service stood on its own regardless. No hidden fees. No surprises. Full transparency. If these values matter to you, go see Brian at Speed Element.

I got an email shortly after the inquiry was sent to come in and chat more about my project. From the initial meeting with Inti, at the front sales, my impression of the shop was that they were very trustworthy from their overall knowledge, recommendations and experience. They weren't pushy in trying to sell me things I didn't need as they utilized the understanding of my usage I communicated to them. Inti even pulled out a sample tire from inside the shop up to my truck so I can get a better visual of what my project may look like. I appreciate customer service like this where you don't feel rushed and the rep really spends time to understand what you want. I kept seeing Advanced Trucks on my way through Morgan Hill and I wanted to patronize this independent shop rather than going to a chain 4x4 shop. I'm glad I did as I am thoroughly happy with the final product. Inti kept me in the loop on the progress, checked in when needed, gave me an accurate timeline and delivered within that timeline. The paperless contract was also a nice touch which made everything easy to access and pretty transparent as far as costs were concerned. I definitely will come back to this shop if I ever need anything else in the future. Thanks Inti, Joseph and team for getting me setup right and one step closer to my dream rig!
