I vintage dress I wanted the arm holes made larger. Again, she marked these with pins. I dropped these off in the middle of May. I am just picking them up today. After multiple attempts to pick them up twice, nothing had been done to either garment even though they said they were done. Today I picked up my vintage dress where I only wanted the sleeves made larger. The dress is now ruined. Because they shortened the straps and made the arm holes larger so now the front of the dress fits incorrectly. Multiple times I had to go back to try to get my garments fixed. Each time the woman would laugh, giggle and make no attempt to make this right. Each alteration was $53. I felt this was high, but I had always heard. They did great work and it would be worth it. Each time I went in I told them how disappointed I was and how frustrated I was because I missed wearing the dress to one function and now I can't use it at all. There's no offer for a refund or an expedited service. I will never use this company again. The woman who helped me was so nice in the beginning and I felt very comfortable dropping my items off. The minute thing started to go wrong. The customer service was gone. Sina wasted $106 and can only use one of the items.

I'm thankful that he arrived less than 24 hours of my phone call. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part in the same visit. But now it is 4/20/2026, and we are having the same problem again. It is already expensive even for labor. I don't know if it is comparable to the market for such services. I wish the diagnosis included the why the unit is having these electrical problems. Update: A experienced tech was sent to our home on 4/21 to diagnose the problem which was a loose wire. No charge. The technician was understanding and explained what was going on as well as checked the heating just in case there was a problem. I appreciate the time he took to throughly let us know what to expect. AC has a time delay as a safety feature for the compressor. It blinks "cool on" and takes time to turn on. If switching on and off, the time delay is extended. Praying all runs smoothly from now on. Btw, thank you for wearing shoe booties to keep the inside of my home clean!

I was reluctant to mount my TV above my fireplace, but unfortunately there was not another configuration that would work well. I even had to downsize my TV, and despite multiple changes to the original request, UMS was super flexible and accommodating. They came through on time, and knocked the job out in a little over an hour. I opted for conduit vs a recessed cable run, but it looks super clean and professional, as I envisioned. Should I decide to go in-wall in the future, I will definitely call them back to take on the job.
