I could not have asked for a better team to spend my wine tour with. Liz was funny, out-going, and always available to take a picture for you. We went to three wineries and each one had something special to offer. The lunch we had was exquisite. The brownie pairing with wine was amazing!!! My group had the turkey wraps, roast beef sandwiches, and the Cesar salad! Food kept us going as we sipped many great wines. Transportation was great. The vehicle was exactly as pictured and the sprinter van was clean, and most importantly... Cold! During the ride my man children of friends had to use the restroom and couldn't hold it anymore and I sent one message to our driver and he found a place for us right away. And then on our way to our destination we realized it was CLOSED and asked him to take us somewhere else and he did. I felt so bad but our driver was so nice and helped us out. Booked and pre-paid for a Yukon to take my family one-way to the San Diego airport. Received…read moremultiple confirmations, including a text at 7:40 am this morning cinfirming the 8:40 am pickup time, as seen in pictures. The car did not show up. When we called to sort out where the driver was, we were told the reservation was for 2/3, not 2/2. This is not true, as you can see from the screenshot attached. Six people were left without transportation to the airport. With no time to call an Uber (or two to fit everyone!), we had to load up two personal vehicles and drive to the airport where we will now be hit with vehicle storage fees, wear and tear to our vehicles, and we are forced to park at the airport, which we simply do not do. Additionally, this will cost more than $1,000 out of pocket due to their negligence. Under no circumstances trust these people to get you where you need to go.
