The full day coastal tour was packed with beautiful vistas, historical sites, gardens,beaches and natural habitats. We had frequent stops along the way to stretch our legs and take in the sites. Bring your camera and a hat and be ready for a day of touring the scenic San Diego coast. Definitely will do a trip with Morty again and maybe visit some of the other trip options he does. I worked alongside Elaine who answered all my questions and concerns, including the the recent low starred ratings. It was an honest and humbling exchange and really eased my leadership team to move forward with the booking. Elaine was so knowledgeable with the industry and events in/around SD and OC during my timeline (I.e. ComicCon, Disney's Grad night). Once booked, Loraine and George took care of the backend, while Rick was assigned as our driver the day of. The mini coach arrived on time, clean, and cool, combatting the summer heat. Rick was so chill, easy to communicate with and didn't mind the group's energy! We were truly excited for our trip and so relieved to not have to drive. Toward the evening, we started to get burnt out and he was responsive to texts, flexible about our return and made it so easy to locate him in a massive parking lot. The Royal team was excellent in every way, from clear communication, professional service, and fair pricing. This is a third party and doesn't seem to have a good partnership with bus companies. After paying for the contracted services they never got back to me nor guaranteed my bus. 10 hours to the trip I still didn't have any confirmation on the bus company that was going to give me the service (no driver's or company's contact info). The salesperson John, who is also their customer service representative, their dispatcher, their salesperson, and reservations kept giving me the runaround. After finding out the bus company that was supposedly giving me service they confirmed that there was no bus booked for my organization because they never got paid for it. So 10 hours to the trip I had to no bus even though I had paid for it. Since then, I never heard back from John or the bus charter company. I called and texted several times and nothing. They took no responsibility and took my money away. It's been two weeks now and they are still not giving me an answer and are not returning my money nor my calls. They are irresponsible and have no customer service at all. I was forced to book another bus at the last minute due to their negligence. Their "owner" Shawn was "looking" into the situation and to this date, they haven't called me back. Please DO NOT book with this company. I never had such horrible service from any company before.
