There are surprisingly few ice cream shops in the Dallas area. My friend and her 5 year old tried this one. I'll first say, I'm not a fan of stone cold. The ice cream is too rich / thick for my taste. This was essentially slab ice cream - but rolled (hence the title). The options were plentiful. The prices a little high. It's a good choice. racially profiled as me and my family member walked in, person was staring at us and told us we had to order online and do contactless service while a couple passed behind us walked in and they helped them immediately at the counter. I thought They maybe had misunderstood what I had said and then again just pointed at the tablet while he gave continued to place an order for them. It's was ok. No issues with the ice cream and definitely a conversation starter. The guy ringing us up kinda grossed me out. He had really bad breath and yucky teeth. That may be part of the reason I didn't love the place. A little pricey too, $6 per bowl. read more

The best thing about this ice cream is watching it get made. The portions are so small considering it's about 8$ a cup. The number of rolls don't even fill up the whole cup. The portions of the ingredients inside the ice cream are so ungenerous that you can't even see the color change of the ice cream. I got Monkey Madness and the person there didn't even use the whole scoop of Nutella and it was barely 1/5 of the banana for a not even a whole cup of cream. Had little kids 5 of them but the person choose to not make them rolled ice cream rather then just give them scoop of ice ream where as he choose to do it for adults right in front of them while the kids were watching and asking why did he choose not to so it for them instead and while not just that he also choose to give the order for the person after them before he could scoop out ice creams for little kids what a pathetic place it is. I went here for the first time tonight and loved it! I've been to a few other ice cream roll places in town and they either take too long, or aren't as good a value. You can pick three toppings, a sauce, and an add in. I did a make your own and I LOVED that they had nutella as an add in for the ice cream. The guy who made my ice cream wrote my name in the caramel sauce before rolling it and it was a nice touch. Everything tasted delicious! I'd definitely come back to try their other flavors and really want to try the ice cream bun. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had and gave great customer service. Very impressed with this place because like I said, I've paid more for way less service at other joints in DFW. read more

We ate here on Monday night and fell sick by 2 am Tuesday. While we there, we noticed that the workers did not clean off the iced grill. We didn't think much of it at the time. The worker used the same ice cream utensils for each person while we were there without cleaning them. Later that night, my husband fell violently ill with food poisoning.
