Only had one person working / making ice cream... felt bad for her because there were several customers and I'm guessing the owner just stood there and watched her work... and didn't really help her at all! They gave us one and a half roll short on our strawberry shawty ice cream roll. When confronted, the owner said that it was because the one roll "fell" and they couldn't serve it to us. Later we found that they served it to three young women after us who were asking to have a sample of their product. 1-- they could have told us why we got only four rolls instead of five when we clearly saw that they left a roll in the cold slab. We would have appreciated if we were asked how we wanted to proceed either by making a new roll or by refund. We were not given any options. The lady who was making the rolled cream was confronted by my father after they gave the cup to us and said that she couldn't understand him. Later my pops explained when we sat at our table that the one roll left was split and given to the customers after us as a sample for them to try. 2-- they should NOT have served it to the three young ladies after us if truly it "fell" out of the work station. That's just unsanitary. The cashier offered to make another roll after the fact, which we had decline; so he proceeded to offering us a refund of $2. We had to also decline. All in all, flavors were ok, but cost is pricey for a single cup. Customers pay $5.99 + tax for a cup of mediocre flavors and the novelty of having rolled-up flavored cream. read more

If you don't wanna get a COVID, keep your eyes carefully on how they prepare your food . I ordered a waffle cone today and they used their bare hands to handle it before realizing that they didn't wear groves. Came in after a nice meal of soup dumplings and wanted something sweet to top off our sweet cravings. We were going to get boba elsewhere, but my cousin saw a sign that said they had rolled ice cream, milkshakes, and boba. Excited that it was walking distance from where we were, we walked in. The place was empty and bare looking. Two of the employees were sitting at a table talking and got up as soon as we walked in. My cousin ordered boba, but the girl said they didn't have boba and don't serve it since it's not Summer. Um, what? Like boba is a seasonal thing? But, they'll serve rolled ice cream? That makes no sense. So she ordered a mango milkshake. My husband wanted a strawberry shortcake milkshake and she said they didn't have it. So we asked what they did have and she said, they only have chocolate, mango, mint chocolate, and peanut butter chocolate. That's a bad sign. My husband didn't want anything after that. I told my cousin to leave, since she didn't even pay yet, but she's way too nice and proceeded to give them the benefit of the doubt. Loved loved loved loved this place! First of all it was super friendly and entertaining. Through the roof customer service. They even wrote our names in chololate, caramel, or fruit before they rolled it up. Just cute! Tons of flavor combinations. My favorite of our group was the Monkey Madness with banas and Nutella. Horrible customer service! I went in one evening with my niece and we were the only customers. We were super excited to try rolled ice cream as we've never tried it and asked the lady behind the register for information about how the process works and she rudely pointed up at the menu board and walked away without further explanation. I attempted to ask another question and she yelled "MENU" I would have normally walked out but my niece really wanted to stay so we ordered and sat at a table. My niece began eating her ice cream and the lady from behind the counter started cleaning a table with a cleaner that smelled like bleach which made me nauseas so we left.
