Only had one person working / making ice cream... felt bad for her because there were several customers and I'm guessing the owner just stood there and watched her work... and didn't really help her at all! The poor girl was making all the orders herself! The wait for the ice cream to be made was OVER 30 minutes.... I paid and got a text at 9:17pm that my order would be ready in 5 minutes and it's almost 9:50pm and I still haven't received my ice cream and there is a line inside so it was really frustrating to wait and watch. They gave us one and a half roll short on our strawberry shawty ice cream roll. When confronted, the owner said that it was because the one roll "fell" and they couldn't serve it to us. Later we found that they served it to three young women after us who were asking to have a sample of their product. 1-- they could have told us why we got only four rolls instead of five when we clearly saw that they left a roll in the cold slab. We would have appreciated if we were asked how we wanted to proceed either by making a new roll or by refund. We were not given any options. The lady who was making the rolled cream was confronted by my father after they gave the cup to us and said that she couldn't understand him. Later my pops explained when we sat at our table that the one roll left was split and given to the customers after us as a sample for them to try. 2-- they should NOT have served it to the three young ladies after us if truly it "fell" out of the work station. That's just unsanitary. The cashier offered to make another roll after the fact, which we had decline; so he proceeded to offering us a refund of $2. We had to also decline. All in all, flavors were ok, but cost is pricey for a single cup. Customers pay $5.99 + tax for a cup of mediocre flavors and the novelty of having rolled-up flavored cream. read more

Visiting from out of town and was craving a dessert so made the drive from Grapevine. You pick a base, something to mix in and then 3 toppings. I got vanilla with fresh strawberries and wafers, pretty simple but really good. Very refreshing and not too sweet which I enjoyed. What I would say is that it was a little dirty. I like this place because it is near our college campus and cheaper than creamistry. Also the only rolled icecream in the area, and also like the only icecream place that stays open past 8pm--late night treat after studying . The icecream is really creamy but not disgustingly sweet. I like to create my own as well. We actually have been coming here once or twice a week and we've been recommending this place to all of our friends on campus it's that good and convenient. read more

The second you walk in, the place reeks like a rest stop toilet. It was very off putting. We were ignored and waited for quite a while. Brought my boys over for some Ice cream after eating wings next door. What an awesome surprise! Ive never heard of "rolled cream". I ordered a waffle cone today and they used their bare hands to handle it before realizing that they didn't wear groves. I saw it at the beginning but didn't say anything, hopefully, they will change a new one for me, but they didn't. My friend and I tried this place after dinner and it was delicious! We split the Coffee item that has chocolate chunks and vanilla cream wafers (can't remember the name) and it was so good. Horrible customer service! I went in one evening with my niece and we were the only customers. We were super excited to try rolled ice cream as we've never tried it and asked the lady behind the register for information about how the process works and she rudely pointed up at the menu board and walked away without further explanation. My cousin ordered boba, but the girl said they didn't have boba and don't serve it since it's not Summer. Um, what? Like boba is a seasonal thing? But, they'll serve rolled ice cream? That makes no sense. So she ordered a mango milkshake. My husband wanted a strawberry shortcake milkshake and she said they didn't have it. So we asked what they did have and she said, they only have chocolate, mango, mint chocolate, and peanut butter chocolate. That's a bad sign. My husband didn't want anything after that. I told my cousin to leave, since she didn't even pay yet, but she's way too nice and proceeded to give them the benefit of the doubt. As we watched them make her milkshake--all the girl did was blended up ice cream and milk. Then for reasons I can't even fathom, she put chocolate sauce and drizzled it on the side of her cup. Mango milkshake with chocolate drizzle? Um what? At this point, where was the mango? After the chocolate drizzle, she poured the milkshake into the cup and topped it off with whipped cream. She then grabbed puréed mango from the fridge and poured a small amount on top. This was their mango in their "mango" milkshake. Loved loved loved loved this place! First of all it was super friendly and entertaining. Through the roof customer service. They even wrote our names in chololate, caramel, or fruit before they rolled it up. Just cute! Tons of flavor combinations. My favorite of our group was the Monkey Madness with banas and Nutella.
