Curry Beef Brisket Rice was stewed well to achieve really tender tendons. These are still two of our go-to dishes here. We did notice the environment gets loud from time-to-time, when it's fairly packed with patrons but some have split to the new rice roll spot nearby. Skip it or hit it? Rather than taking responsibility or working professionally toward a solution, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. Fortunately, the lady working with him was kind, professional, and genuinely tried to explain the situation and find a way to accommodate us. She deserves recognition for her efforts. Our group was in town for an eight-day conference with more than 3,000 attendees. Because of this experience, this restaurant has unfortunately been added to the "not recommended" list for this annual event. When restaurants host business travelers, the way guests are treated matters just as much as the quality of the food. Unprofessional treatment of customers and business partners can damage relationships and cost businesses significant opportunities.
