On the food side: -The beans were prepared with way too much salt.. inedible was the way we would describe it.. -Mexican rice was awful. No sign of a single vegetable or herbs... Mexican rice should and can be made flavorful with ease by any chef. -The guacamole was clearly made well in advance and brown... I'm sorry, happy to pay a premium for guac at a restaurant but this product shows no effort to ensure freshness. -Main dishes , both submerged in oil and our chicken was served nearly cold... fajitas served lukewarm and lacking flavor which seems hard to do but that was our experience. - Drinks - the unsweetened ice tea was served carbonated for some odd reason from their soda machine... not drinkable sorry. Service: - servers were kind and attentive, checking in routinely for anything we may need which was deeply appreciated. After a few shots at this restaurant we both agreed there is a reason the restaurant is empty, the food , the ambiance, the overall experience for our hard earned money.
