Then, Sunday night at 7:10 pm he informed me that "I won't be able to do the work for you, you may want to call someone else, as I've been offered a large volume of work at another site." My opinion is the job was harder than he thought it would be or he doesn't know how to do the job. While he did spend 15 minutes installing the mini blinds, he left all trash behind. Left me in a tough spot with a partially torn up room. Also, communication was difficult as he does not speak much English (he speaks Russian). Do not recommend.
