They replaced the cabinets and installed a beautiful quartz countertop and backsplash. We ended up having them resurface and paint the living room walls since the kitchen walls looked so good (we went from textured to flat). There were carpenters, plumbers, electricians, an amazing sheetrock team and other specialists that helped with everything. All of the professionals that did work, did everything according to code and I'm happy with the end result and quality of work inside and out. Second - Do not, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, pay him until the job is completed and you've inspected it. Even if he says "I'll finish today" you need to push back and tell him "no problem I'll pay you when it's completed". I sat this because the second you give him all his money he'll disappear. Sam Tuttle was hired to do a build out on our metal building to be an Airbnb. In short Sam Tuttle is an con-artist. He mismanaged the funds for the job he was hired to do. He lied about how he spent the funds. He asked for more money when he knew he was going on vacation. Then he asked for the entire amount of the project when his agreement stated "three installments as the project moved forward." He refused to follow our vision. He did things his way and when we asked him for explanations he said he was going to need more money. In a meeting in our home he insulted our guest when they asked him a question. He got into a screaming match at our front door because he didn't want to answer legitimate questions about the concerns we were having. On this same day he walked off the job. Sam said he was a Christian and that he was honest. He was recommended by a close family friend which is why we hired him. There were huge discrepancies about how the money was spent. He told us different amounts on three different occasions which he why we wanted to talk to him. We knew based on the material at the job site and the number of days he worked that there was no way he could have spent all of the first installment. Because Sam walked off the job in anger we asked him for an amount we believed he should return to us. He agreed to this amount in an email and then has refused to pay us. He does not return our emails, he does not return our texts. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for anyone. In this case, it is the right thing to do. Sam Tuttle is not ethical. He took advantage of me and my 82 year old mother. He lied to us. He mismanaged the funds and walked off the job in anger. I do not suggest you use him for any service. We regret trusting in him and allowing him into our home. Do not use his services. Stay away!!

He is really innovative and could help a fix a number of problems that I could imagine needing multiple repair people to come address. For example, he was able to help with replacing a bathroom vent (which included electrical), closet door system, kitchen drawers, and more. He did have to make a few trips to the hardware store for some repairs (the landlord added a few repairs too as we went), but he always was able to come back that day or reschedule the updates when it worked for both of us. Carlos was very friendly, wore his mask so I felt safe with COVID-19, and we were able to speak in both English and Spanish. He even helped us with a small repair on our own bookshelf. I would highly recommend Carlos for all your needs. He will figure out a fix, even if it is not his main expertise!

For the dartboard, Dave incorporated a bunch of wine corks we had been saving in a starburst pattern to create a work of art. The little touches on the bar rail like custom corbels, grain matching mitered cuts, matching the stain color to our stairs' handrail, scribing the rail to the (imperfect) wall and adding 3/8" notches to the rail to keep the pool cues from falling over left me a very satisfied customer.
