In town for a surgery for my husband who has pancreatic cancer, in a fog I booked the wrong night caught it called in five minutes to correct it and the heartless staff refused to change or credit it. I booked thru a third party company, when I got to the hotel I went to check in, they send you a link to check in and that is where I noticed there's a resort fee. Basic customer service if it's not on the listing, waive the fee, right? They refused to waive the fee. Had to spend an hour on the phone and the resolution was to cancel for a refund. It took me over 20 phone calls and many emails to the third party company to get my refund, all which could've been avoidable if you'd just waive the fee. I give two stars because at least the hotel emailed me quickly during the back and forth w/ the third party company. read more

We stayed here over the winter holidays and had a great experience. We stayed in a suite with 3 bedrooms to fit 4 adults and 2 kids. They provided a crib for our youngest (I brought my own crib sheet though). Very family friendly hotel. Would definitely stay again in the future. Pros - family lounge with indoor toys and outside playground - indoor pool that goes no deeper than 4 ft - you can text them to request things like shampoo and kleenex - suite was modern and came with a great view (33rd floor) - friendly staff on the ground floor that were very helpful with everything - carts available for moving luggage - spacious game room with arcade-like videogame machines, ping pong, etc. Cons - elevators take getting used to, and you might have to elevator hop if you're coming/going to the parking garage - very dry air causing everyone to have dry skin - lots of dogs, so hopefully you're not allergic. The only reason it's getting 2 stars is because the front desk staff was great. They seem to be understaffed because 9/10 times they will not answer the phone if you need something in your room you will have to go down and speak to someone directly every time for my 4 day stay I had to go down and speak to someone with a issue multiple times which is quite frustrating when your paying a 40$ resort fee a night with no resort like qualities. Not to mention I went to use the oven and the little notch thing to use it just fell off when I touched it so then I couldn't turn it back on I had to open the windows till someone could come look at it since it's a gas stove. It's just not been the greatest experience for the amount of money I spent to stay here and won't be back again. read more

So we had an amazing experience at this hotel. Not sure if we got lucky or not but we have no complaints. It was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We used all the amenities though and loved them. I would say the outside area on New Year's Eve after 4-5pm was INSANE!! People were stuck in traffic for like 20-30 mins trying to check in and park. There was yelling, honking, people about to fight. So if you come around that time just stay in the hotel if you have kids. It was a little scary but that's seattle. We still enjoyed our stay here anyways. Only like a 10 min walk to the space needle for fireworks amenities: Cold plunge was amazing!! Hot tub outdoor was not hot enough but still ok. Hot tub inside was great but also needs to be hotter Sauna was great! Steam room indoor was closed Steam room outside was PERFECT!! With the eucalyptus scent. Basketball court was nice! Gym was amazing There is a nice self dog wash below on P2 The little market was Great for snacks Get your robe at the counter Get your extra bedding at the counter it's not in the room Love the washer and dryers in the room I wish they had more soap and conditioner in the bathrooms. The outdoor doggie play area is Great! Rooms where different We had the 1 bedroom deluxe. The bedroom should not be called a bedroom. It has walls around the bed but you can't walk in it like a room. Never seen a room like it lol. The TV is right at your feet and the end of the bed because the wall is touching the end of the bed. Still not a big deal for us but I can see other people being mad about that. The balcony had a view of the pool. At check out and check in the elevators are packed so expect to wait. Overnight parking is $35 but I highly suggest it, there was a lot going on outside so I didn't want my car parked outside. **** biggest problem and only is that they called my room at 9am to come in my room to check for a leak that was happening below us. So to be woken up at 9am on New Year's Day by a phone ringing. I was pretty pissed that someone had to come in my room and wake up my kids. read more

This hotel looks fun online but definitely don't bring your family here. Horrible customer service and so much more expensive than it's worth. After being awake for 24hrs traveling, they made us and our young children wait 7 hours before they let us in to a room. We got there at 10am, expected to wait a few hours, sure, but not 7. Check out is at 11am, they made us wait till 4pm. They just don't care. Staff were dismissive and rude. Even before waiting 7hrs, check in was a joke. They didn't tell us where anything was or how the keys worked. They just handed us a piece of paper & told us it was too much work to explain more than that. Told us they text us when the room was ready, but they never did. I went down and checked every hour and was told "not quite ready, hopefully soon"! For. Seven. Hours. We set up in one of the activity centers and blearly waited and waited and waited. The activity centers are all pretty dated, lots of components don't work, and the staff bring though people who they are trying to sell residence suites to every 30 min or so. I was surprised they didn't find us a room sooner just to get us out of sight given how tired & travel weary we looked to these prospective residence customers. When we finally got into our room it was not as advertised. The view was nice, I'll give them that. But that's all. They told us each room takes two hours to clean and that was why it took so long to check us in so I thought well at least the room will be clean. It was not. On top of that, the door to one of the bedrooms was broken and wouldn't close and there were large metal shavings out on the balcony, rendering it unsafe for our children to be out there. There was also no way to lock the balcony door. Unlike most high end hotels, nowadays, there was no way to text or call anyone with any concerns either. They told us if we wanted to check in early, we should've booked two nights. When I explained that every other hotel I've stayed in would've canceled a reservation without someone checking in in person by 6 PM, they told me "oh no, you could've just called us." It seemed pretty clear that they wanted us to pay for two nights at 400+ dollars a night without actually staying there for two nights and needed to make sure we and our children were miserable for seven hours in order to drive this message home. This place cares entirely about making money and not at all about accommodating guests. I've never been more miserable while traveling. read more

Second time staying at OSLU. First time was good. This time, it seemed super unorganized and the staff was not helpful. I specifically rented a 2 bedroom for 5 guests. Our room was a 1 bedroom (with 1 nightstand) and 1 other room which was actually a closest with closet doors and the bed went from wall to wall. I know by fire code this is not a second bedroom, with no window/closet and only closet doors (one of which was off the hinges, so you couldn't even open one side). There was construction right outside of our window that went all night, I understand that is city, but management should know and warn visitors. I reached out to them about my concerns of our apartment size a guest count and never heard back. Upon check out, there was no bell carts and when I asked the front desk, they told me to go to the garage and look for myself because "that's where people leave them". We had 2 towels in our room upon check in, no blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa, and no staff to help. The whole thing seemed unorganized, and the staff did not care. They have yet to respond to my emails. read more

Stayed here recently, and I thought this hotel was lovely. The location is good for walking around (be aware, there are some hills!) and the hotel has every kind of amenity you could hope for - a beautiful gym, hot tub, dog relief area, meeting rooms, game rooms, etc. Our room, a little suite, had a separate bedroom, an eat in kitchen, a living room, stacked laundry, a walk-in closet, and even a little balcony. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want, including a nespresso machine and dishwasher. The room was very clean and everything seemed new and in good working order. Despite other reviews, I found the room to be very quiet and I didn't notice any street noise. I slept like a baby. The outdoor pool area was fantastic, there were also grills, a steam room, and sauna near the pool area, as well as plenty of lounge chairs and dining tables. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful Friday night. Different staff members Saturday morning were the opposite. When we checked in on Friday night, we asked about late checkout on Saturday morning. They told us to call the front desk Saturday moning between 7 - 8 a.m. When we called at 7 a.m., the front desk staff first said they don't do late checkout, then said they had given all of the rooms away. They then said that we could stay and use the amenities, but it turned out that they turned off our room keys that were needed to access the elevators, the pool, and basically all of the doors to all of the amenities. The front desk lady explained, "Oh yes, you could use the pool if you were already there, but you can't use the doors anymore because it's after checkout." Sorry, that's not really letting guests use the amenities instead of late checkout. If people can't leave the pool to use the bathroom, you probably don't want them in the pool, you know what I'm saying? I tried to explain this but the front desk lady just kept saying "It's after checkout, I can't give you a new keycard." I also heard her arguing with someone else who wanted to use wi-fi after checkout. Anyway, the rest of the place was nice so I tried not to let that one lady get to me. I just don't think she understood the concept of letting guests stay and use the amenities after checkout. read more

Horrible customer service, tried to make a reservation by calling and their reservation line is not in order, went in and had to wait 45 min just for someone to help me still did not get any help because the front desk didn't want to "override what the other worker has told me" so I had to wait another 30 min to find someone to help me. Really enjoyed our time at the outdoor pool on the 2nd level. There were plenty of lounge chairs and also some cabanas available for guests. The whole area was clean and we were able to relax in the hot tub too which warmed us right up on a cool day. Right outside of the pool area past the gate are the steam room and dry sauna, which I enjoyed in peace as they were empty. Conveniently, showers are right outside so it was nice to be able to rinse off afterwards. read more

I stayed while visiting family in Seattle area. Wow. The front desk staff were so very helpful, especially Zuzu (spelling?) who not only answered all of my goofy questions but was especially kind while explaining the reservation system when I called up today. The amenities list is phenomenal. I had time to use the gym and indoor pool and tried the Karaoke lounge (I need to be about 30 years younger to really enjoy it!). Next visit is already scheduled. The 24hr hot tub was down and so I was sent a text saying to use levels 2 and 13 at around 11pm me and my autistic partner went to go for a swim before bed and joined 3 other ladies in the hot tub when all of a sudden staff comes and tells us WITH AN EXTREME LANGUAGE BARRIER we need to go to the 1st floor hot tub so the ladies replied and said that they just went there and it had a sign to come to the 2nd floor instead and I said yes that's true I have a text saying that and then he leaves and grabs another person with an extreme language barrier after we all asked if we could speak with a manager and they told us that there's no manager and that we need to go to the first floor and then lied and told us they were just there and it was open so all of us asked for an actual manager because for 1 they wouldn't give us any names and for 2 we genuinely were all confused and trying to just figure this out I didn't spend all this money for my partner's birthday for the main amenities we came for are not working and these ladies LIVED there as well and just wanted to speak with a manager who would actually give us their name and then someone came out in regular civilian clothing and was cussing and yelling at us to get the f*** out and that he called the police and was following us asking for our room number which then sent my partner into a full blow stress induced seizure and we had to medicate him and I had to stay up with him all night to make sure he was okay after all that on HIS BIRTHDAY I was so excited to take him here this is where me and all my friends and family go regularly and WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER LEVEL AGAIN thankfully the next morning the front desk person was nice when we asked for a manager and explained what happened he just took off the resort fee and stuff since we weren't even able to enjoy the amenities we came for not to mention when I first got there I literally had to move room immediately cause the first one they gave me had a extremely loud fan in the bathroom and didn't even look fully cleaned...thanks for ruining my poor boyfriends birthday and giving him a seizure and me an anxiety attack that required to have to take medication for it as well so I could stay calm and help him with his seizure. I was super impressed with my stay at Level Seattle and all the amenities that came with it during my short trip earlier this month! In terms of amenities: There are three pools (although one was under maintenance so it was reduced to "just two") in the hotel, and almost all come with an additional dry sauna and steam room. The first floor pool also has a cold plunge, which due to maintenance meant we did not get to try it out. However, the second floor pool had a hot tub, steam room (that seemed to have been infused with eucalyptus), and a dry sauna. The gym was also very large and a ton of equipment that many commercial gyms do not even have. I was also surprised to see that the equipment was also very clean and included free standing squat racks and bench press (as opposed to only smith machines). I was also really impressed that there was a whole underground basketball court and mini "rock wall". There were also additional amenities that were for long term residents only (theater and karaoke room) which we unfortunately didn't get access to, but for the most part, we were well entertained by all the other things that were available to us. The rooms themselves were very clean and the one complaint that I would have is around the lack of sound proofing - although it may be that the larger issue was around our neighbors not respecting quiet hours... Overall I would definitely recommend this location for its cleanliness, general amenities and convenience to popular sites in Seattle. Without a doubt the worst experience we've ever had at a hotel. Save yourself the money and the headache by staying literally anywhere else. Upon check in over 4th of July weekend, we entered our room and immediately realized there was a mistake. We were downgraded significantly from what we booked so we went back to the front desk. The agent was aware of the downgrade but didn't bother to tell us. She informed us it was a booking error on their website but it's not Level's fault and there's nothing they will do. I was 8.5 weeks pregnant at the time so having a second bathroom while staying with 5 other adults was nonnegotiable (IYKYK). She eventually told us she'd go call her manager real quick to see what he'd let her do for us and disappeared into the back. After 15 minutes my husband asked the other agent where she went and he told him that she said she was going on a break. Almost 40 minutes passed before she returned and we were apathetically told to go away and try tomorrow. We go back to the downgraded room and start to unpack only to realize how filthy the room is. Exploded Coke can in the fridge, a broken pull out couch, plastic remnants all over the floor - it was clear this room had not been properly cleaned. Again, I'm 8.5 weeks pregnant so I'm not risking mine or my baby's health. We were put in the identical room next door which was significantly cleaner. The following morning, we come downstairs to straighten things out with the manager who was "not in." Alright, we'll try again in a few hours. Come downstairs again and we can see she's in but it takes some time for someone to become available. Finally, we are told that they will provide an extra studio room to offset the difference in bathrooms. Despite the now 3 hours we've taken to find a solution, this is wonderful news. They then give me a bottle of wine to apologize (strange considering I've repeatedly told them I'm pregnant) and I'm told by the Operations Manager she will follow up via email. This did not happen. The rooms themselves are fine. Minimal stockings in the kitchen like no salt/pepper, tupperware, things like that. But if you're just eating quick and easy meals then you're fine. The freezer is also extremely tiny and can't even hold a full size frozen pizza. Views are also not great from the rooms unfortunately. The amenities are also lovely but given it was the 4th, we were not able to use the game room a single time because it was completely over run by large families with kids running around and their trash. The biggest complaint about the hotel is definitely the elevator. Expect to wait in a long line for at least 5-10 minutes anytime you have to use it. Even without the crowds they were oddly slow. Overall, the stay itself was ok, but certainly not worth the issues or the price. We'll definitely be choosing an AirBnB next time we're in Seattle. I travel almost monthly for work, and never in my life have I ever stayed at a hotel that will downgrade you without telling you (even at Check In!) then tell you it's not their fault and offer no compensation without fighting them for hours during your vacation. To make it all worse, we are now on Day 16 of trying to receive a receipt for our stay because we were overcharged. We were promised this would be adjusted but we're still waiting and no one is writing us back or returning calls. Stay far away and spend your money where you'll be treated with respect because the staff here could care less about you and your stay. read more

We have high hopes for our upcoming stay but trying to book was a nightmare. It is for my daughters birthday so I wanted to talk to reservations about some specific questions. First call was great, the gentleman was helpful and ready to book but I needed to talk to the other parties staying with us. Once I was ready to book I tried to call back and have called 6 times over the last 72 hours. Each time I am on hold for 15-40 minutes and 3 of the times I was hung up on after waiting, another time I was told who could help me was out to lunch and they would call me an in hour, 3 hours goes by and I call back and they say everyone is in a meeting now and I'll have to call back. The last time I called, they said they don't even have a reservations department, and they only accept online bookings. The online information doesn't answer my questions, so I am stuck with booking on-line without them. read more

Very nice and clean property in South Lake Union, great location as well. The units are furnished, have cable and WiFi. They come with all the amenities for a short stay to long term if need be. They have plenty of garage parking as well as a pool (indoor and outdoor). The walls are not thin like a hotel and made to feel like you're at home! read more

Was there for a get together for our lovely friends birthday, we were mindful of the residents and kept our music and tone down. They then decided to kick out our group even as we offered to buy a separate room. Why have an area called " party area" when we cant even group up and take pictures? A separate group outside was having an actual party. They called the police on the group and assumed we were with them . ( racially motivated?) . I stayed at Level SLU while on a work trip that was booked for me. As any good Yelper does, I looked up the property prior to my visit and was stunned that I was booked into an apartment-esque suite... in a really good way. While I wasn't planning to use the kitchen or lounge in the living space, I was impressed by how literal Level meant "a home away from home." If we are talking impressed, then I would be remiss to not bring up the bountiful amenities this place has to offer: 1. Fully equipped gym (could rival against any well-known chain) 2. Peloton Studio 3. The Mirror (you'll have to look this up if you don't know) 4. Indoor AND outdoor pool 5. Sauna 6. Rockclimbing wall and indoor basketball court 7. Music room (It almost sounds like I am lying, but I promise I am not.) Something to note: this hotel is also (or part?) apartment building. I saw lots of dog owners going in and out, which is atypical for a hotel, so I put the pieces together. In hindsight, that might have been something that deterred me booking, although I saw plenty of safety measures in place (key fobs). read more

Stay far far away. I didn't want to have to make this review, but I have yet to hear back from anyone at Level regarding this serious issue. This hotel refuses to acknowledge any form of noise concern brought to management and after not hearing back from the manager Raul Peralta, I wouldn't be surprised if I don't get a response to this review either. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday weekend expecting a memorable and relaxing experience, but instead my stay was a total nightmare. Loud disturbances from other guests disrupted both nights, starting at 2 AM and then 4 AM on night 2. The noise--blaring bass music, screaming, and dancing on top of cars--was clearly coming from a group of 10+ people right outside the hotel entrance (who I proved were in fact guests at the hotel as we witnessed these people entering and exiting the front entrance). This exact situation with the same people happened both nights - After 30 minutes I complained to the front desk both nights, along with other guests, but it took over an hour to address the situation, and the police had to be involved on the second night. After nearly 2 hours of noise There were roughly 8 police cars that arrived and started making arrests. Still, no acknowledgment from management. My group had a really rough sleep on night 1 and I did not get any sleep on night 2. When I initially called to complain after my departure, the manager tried to gaslight me by saying, "we are not responsible for city noises as we are close to the fire station," even though it was clear that the noise was caused by guests staying at the hotel and my concern had nothing to do with the fire station. The police were involved, yet my concern was brushed off as if the management didn't see/hear/know what was happening directly outside the hotel entrance. I recognize city noises are unavoidable, but I do not appreciate being completely gaslight and disregarded. Despite providing the requested clear evidence--emailed photos and videos showing the commotion right outside the entrance-- I never heard back from the manager or the general customer service email address. It's disheartening that a hotel would not only fail to control its guests but also dismiss and ignore the legitimate concerns of those who were extremely disturbed. This is not the place to stay if you're looking for a restful and respectful environment - especially if you have any little ones. read more

What truly set this concierge apart was their genuine kindness and willingness to assist with my request and even went above and beyond with a special accommodation! Pros: The hotel is nice in terms of decor and furnishing, and we did not/could not hear a peep from anyone in surrounding rooms at all. Even city noise was minimal and we slept well. Room was very clean and A/C worked well. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and pleasant. The pools are nice, we spent time at both the indoor and outdoor ones (see below on cons for the pools). The indoor pool is chlorinated and the outdoor is salt water. Outdoor has little cushioned cabana things great for lounging and with a sun shade. Cons: check in took forever, between the line and the actual conversation with the agent. There are no extra blankets in the room, though there are robes so we ended up using them for blankets. The TV looks like it has streaming apps on it, but the remote only allows you to watch cable via xfinity, which is confusing. Our key cards randomly didn't work. It would work in the elevator and then not work for the room door. Speaking of elevators, they are too high tech for their own good. You have to enter the floor you want on a digital screen, then scan your key card, and then the screen will tell you which elevator to take when it arrives. It took us 3-4 times of looking like idiots to figure this out, so signage would be helpful. Some of the people in our group thought the mattresses were very hard. The flooring around the indoor pool is tile that is way too slick for poolside. It was precarious to walk around and we watched a woman slip and fall hard on her butt. There are no pool towels available at the pools and only two in our room. We asked the front desk for more towels and it took a few hours for someone to bring them up. We had fun, but probably would not choose to stay here again. read more

One word: avoid. More words: stay somewhere else. Rant: Worst experience ever. Looks great online but it is not what appears. It is primarily a furnished residential facility and apartment building, full of Amazon employees. The entries and other public spaces smell of sewage and garbage, the ventilation fans in the garage are painfully loud, the building occupants are rude and leave the elevators floors wet from the pool and dirty and smelly with their take-out food, and if the marijuana fumes don't wake you up, the noise will. You take your life in your hands driving in and out of the building with all the recently licensed Amazon employees driving their Tesla's and BMWs too fast and with no regard for anyone else. You can complain but nothing will happen. The gym, which they promote with glee, has its own horrible smell because it has no ventilation, and the indoor pool has so much chlorine it hurts you eyes. Really, truly a horrible place to stay. Just don't. read more

They stole $3,000 on our credit card, above our stay contract. After Neary a month of trying to get the money back, we're now forced to report it as theft. Every time we talk with accounting, they say they'll fix it, but don't or reverse the change and then charge us again. Absolutely unacceptable. Level 0 stay away I should have listened to all the bad reviews of this "hotel" what a joke! First, it took us 45 minutes to check in. There were 5 people in line and not once did the staff apologize or even acknowledge we were there. They have you sign a long release form which they spend a good 5 minutes highlighting- couldn't you do all this prior?? No mention of amenities, wifi password, and assistance with luggage. The gym, pool, and basketball court is a scam. They share the space with OLSU (apartment shares pace) next door so it's constantly overcrowded and packed. Our unit was filthy - floor was grimy, kitchen was greased up, dishwasher smelt nasty, the washer and dryer looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a year with scum and residue built up (I was scared to put my clothes in), and as mentioned by previous reviewers the areas around the vents had black mold. The ac unit never worked on a weekend that was upper 80s. Maintenance repeatedly said it was running ok while our room was 80 degrees blowing warm air... Plates and dishes looked like they were unwashed, the pillows they use are terrible quality and flimay reminds me of the free airplane pillows. How badly can this hotel f*** up?! House keeping stole $100.00 worth of scratch tickets I received as a gift for New Years from my daughter :( This was last night. I called the front desk to go check the room which he decided he couldn't do. I called the front desk worker over 4 times the next morning asking them to check with the housekeeper that cleaned the room and he just blew me off every time I called, then finally told me they did not find anything! Thats not possible as I placed them in the bedside table myself! This was 24 hours ago! Your staff are thief's and cannot be trusted. They should have turned in our stuff! Take your stuff with you if you're staying here as there is no safe in the room and housekeeping cannot be trusted! They will steal from you! I am very disappointed. read more

Amazing stay! Amenities are insane: MULTIPLE pools (indoor/outdoor) on different levels. Multiple saunas, a gym, steam room, cold plunge etc, fitness center. So much to do! Had a one bedroom booked and it was very well sized. Cleanliness was a 3.5/5. Our toilet clogged after using it once and it took all day calling and talking to the front desk about it, for them to finally drop a plunger off at our door so we could unclog the toilet ourselves. What a stunning hotel! My husband and I were only able to stay for one night as it was a quick trip for us but we wish we could have stayed several days. Rooms so very beautiful, quiet and private. We were fortunate to be in a gorgeous 36th floor 2-Bedroom Suite and it was furnished in a modern way that made the space feel enormous! There was a full kitchen, washer and dryer. I enjoyed the TVs in every room! Our bed was very comfortable with top-of-the-line bedding. The pillows and duvet were soft and luxurious. Beautiful views of the city from the wall of windows we had plus a terrific deck with table and chairs where we were able to enjoy morning coffee. The bathrooms were elegant yet practical with enough counter space to really spread out in the "getting ready" stage. Wonderful lighting for make-up application. A terrific shower - wanted to stand in it for an hour! The security of the hotel is unlike anything we have ever experienced and gives a very safe and pampered feel. Parking is safe and plentiful. Nice modern suites that look like a nice apartment . Reasonable price. Nice indoor AND putdoor pool ans weughtroom .....shares with the apt tower next door. Weekends tend to brung in families or groups since each room sleeps 4 , so if you want quieter fo for the 12 th floor. Only reason I gave 4 stars is I gor a room with no toiletries and I couldnt get housekeeping to come back at a later time. read more

Three stars is being generous for this property. Overall I do not recommend the hotel and will choose another location next time. The positive: 1. Good location 2. Nice gym 3. Nice decor 4. Friendly desk staff 5. Comfortable king bed 6. Beautiful music practice room with a piano and drums 7. Full sized washer/dryer The negative: 1. The alarm system had a "test" which started at 7:30 am on Labor day. It went on for several minutes. Despite witnessing many guests complaining at the desk that morning, the staff on Tuesday morning said, "We were not aware of this and it wasn't authorized." Maybe, but it was clearly their recording and they did not offer to compensate us in any way. Despite asking for an explanation later, they were not able to provide one. 2. Pools were overcrowded with very large groups of people which I am assuming are residents and friends. 3. There are grills available and you can check out utensils to use but we were told that they had to be returned clean. The ones we checked out were not clean. 4. Consistently low water pressure, only warm water, and a leaky shower head. 5. The units are very tight. You cannot walk around the king bed and the fan blowing in the hall, which you cannot turn off, is loud. So, if you are able to close the bedroom door (some units cannot), the room gets stuffy. 6. There are alot of dogs which is fine if the owners clean up after them. But we noticed a puddle in the entrance, near the edge of a chair. We reported it right away but came back later and it was dry. So, we reported it again. Finally someone from the desk (not housekeeping) came and cleaned it up with a swifter and some spray. 7. For the price we paid for this property, there were a couple of disappointing factors. First off, we chose this spot specifically because we needed to work during our visit to Seattle. On the first day we realized the wifi wasn't working and had to call front desk. Luckily the wifi was fixed, but even after that the wifi was spotty all throughout our visit. Second, the remotes in our room were not working properly. We were excited to see that we had smart TVs in both the bedroom and the living room, but soon became very annoyed when we realized the remotes didn't work. (one of them was completely out of battery). We called the front desk and was told an IT person had been sent to help us. We waited 30-45 minutes and the person never showed up. We had other plans that day so we ended up never getting our remotes fixed. For the price we paid for the room I really did not expect to have so many issues, especially with something has simple as Wifi. Probably won't be staying here again. read more
