I then received multiple delays, first being told it would be ready Saturday night, then Sunday, and ultimately not receiving the vehicle until later. Two days later, I picked up the car and was charged for an XPEL PPF installation and was provided an XPEL warranty. The following day, I inspected the vehicle in direct sunlight and found numerous installation defects also observed damage to two window trim components, damage to paint on the door and found that the reflectors had been covered with film/tape. I then had the vehicle inspected by another professional. Based on that inspection, I was informed that the material installed appeared to be 3M vinyl wrap rather than XPEL PPF. Concerned about these findings, I returned to the Tint World location twice on Thursday, once around 11:00 AM and again around 3:00 PM. On both occasions, no one was there. The store was empty and in disarray. No one responded to my repeated phone calls and texts. I called an area manager at Tint World as well and haven't heard back.
