Eugenia called me and asked if Michael could stop by EARLIER than scheduled. I was happy to accommodate that request. Michael is knowledgeable and efficient. He knows time is money. He quickly installed the sump pump and we headed to the kitchen sink. He checked a few things on the faucet and had the matter resolved in a matter of minutes. Great service. It got so bad that water slowly starting to leak into our kitchen so we had to run and turn off our main water line while we looked for someone to come help us fix our issue in hand. An uncle of mine somehow came across Matt and Yunke's Plumbing and Matt was able to come out within minutes. He let us know of the worst case scenario of what it could be up front costwise just to be aware or costs and I truly appreciated that. If it was the worst case scenario which luckily it wasn't, we wouldn't be out of water for the whole house either for a day it would of only been that show. He was able to find the problem in hand which was the cartridge. However it was installed previously or it being old, it wasn't easy to put in a new one and remove all the old parts. Other people I think would of caused a fit or stressed out about it but Matt was so patient and went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. He even had time to install a new shower faucet (he went to home depot but we paid for it) and everything looks great. Honest, great prices, great attitude and overall just a great company/person. Not only did Green Tech Plumbing check all these boxes, but they also offer fair pricing. A unicorn of a business. After being overcharged and underwhelmed by our previous plumber, I was on the hunt for a capable plumber to install a whole house water filtration system. From the moment I reached out to Green Tech Plumbing, they were nothing but responsive and helpful. I purchased the filtration system from a vendor, yet Kevin willingly answered all my questions (promptly!) about the system. He even pointed out that one of the options had expensive filters that would need to be changed frequently saving me hundreds of dollars in filters. What a gem! Kevin came out to look at how the system could be installed in our space and talked to me through how the system would work and answered all my questions. He then provided a fair quote. Once our system was delivered, I emailed to set up the installation. His team came out the following week for the installation. The tech Kevin sent was just as helpful! He moved the 100-pound tank from the garage to the basement, which wasn't part of their scope.
