Sometimes they might have a slightly different discounted merchandise depending on what sells better with the demographic so we wanted to check it out. The dressing rooms are at the "tunnel." The sale items were indeed different from what we have in Roseville and I ended up finding jeans I liked, had it altered for $5 (the jeans were under $20, any bottoms purchased over $20 is free alteration). My item was ready for pick-up in a couple of hours. The employees were friendly and helpful and provided great customer service.. The Great Mall is one big circle and Uniqlo has two entrances on each end... I think it's the only store that has that feature. Thank goodness Old Navy at Pacific Commons had it. L O C A T I O N Old Navy is located west of 880. In the area right next to the freeway. It's near Sephora and Coldstone. There is a lot of parking in this shopping area so it's not hard to find parking. They also have designated 5-10 minute pick up only spots which I utilized when I came in. I N S I D E It does smell funky in here. Not sure what it is but it's funky. I walked in and went directly to the line for the registers as I didn't know how else to pick up an order. It said there's a designated spot. I saw a sign but not really a place to line up. S E R V I C E I did wait a bit in line as there wasn't many folks shopping the day I stopped by. It was a weekday. When I finally got to a register, I pulled up the order bar code from the email I received and they found my order and I went out right away. I did have to come back to return my order and again, I went on a weekday and although 3 registers were open, they were all busy with complicated transactions or returns. After I finally get up there to do my return, I didn't have a bar code but they were able to find my order on my account and easily did my return. That part didn't take too long. O V E R A L L Old Navy is a place I used to shop a lot as a teenager due to the deals. I find myself not gravitating to it as often as other stores but when I see a deal and cute items, I will shop here. It was easy to order online and do a store pick up. Unfortuantely wait times can vary and can cause an easy 5 minute stop to become 15-20 minutes. Again not too bad but wish it could be faster. I will definitely utilize this store in the future due to the proximity and the easy parking, but unlikely to often shop here.

When it was my turn, the cashier helped me with my jacket exchange first. It was quick and seamless, and the order for the new size was placed within minutes. For the hemming, she explained the process and told me to go to the dressing room, and someone would help me there. The hemming process was easy. I tried on the pants and the fitting room person helped with pinning the pants to the length I wanted. After that she explained that I would get an email when my pants were ready for pickup. Come the day of pick up, I found a staff member and was able to try on my newly altered pants. It fits well, and you can't really tell that the pants have been altered! Parking was easy, since I went on a random weekday. I would return back to this Lululemon location to shop and get any future hemming done!

I called customer support to ask for a price adjustment, but they said Express no longer offers price matching. Instead, I was told I would have to go back to the store, return the items, and repurchase them online to get the lower price. That is extremely inconvenient for customers and honestly makes no sense. Stores like Abercrombie make this process so much easier. You can quickly chat with customer service online, and they take care of the adjustment right away. This is probably one of the reasons companies like Abercrombie continue to grow while Express keeps losing customers. Unfortunately, I'll be returning my purchase and shopping somewhere else.
