    Missing compartment door

I purchased a 2022 Ford F-350 used from them a few weeks ago. First, they make you pay $1200 for a 90 day mini warranty and for " key insurance" since you only get 1 key for 40k! They still charged it even though I took out the Ford extended warranty, so it's basically $1200 for a key if you need one. Saw it was missing a cup holder door for rear seats when I got it home. " Sorry, sold as is" . Really, for $40k, a $50 part too much? Found a red clay wasp nest on top of engine( came from down south), undercarriage filthy, onion ring under seat and a few other things. I guess the "100 point" inspection missed those! Don't think anything but what needed to get inspected was done. Overall I would rate whole place poor and wouldn't recommend it to friends or family.

Just leased a new Ford Bronco and from start to finish Brad and Waiel went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the truck. I can not thank them enough! I will definitely return and send anyone who is looking for a vehicle to see them!

I purchased this Jaguar online as I'm out of state and I specifically asked if there was any chips, dings, scuffs, ect before I would agree to buy it and Matt my salesman went out and looked over the vehicle and told me the suv was perfect and had zero damage. Lied and when I called they told me there was nothing they could do it's a used vehicle! They refuse to make this right or do anything about it and basically told me to f off!!! Don't trust this dealership!

Extremely DISAPPOINTED that I bought a brand new truck in July and after 3 months the paint started to deteriorate on the roof and the response is there is nothing we can do since it is an environmental issue. My suggestion don't buy any new cars from them because the paint will get ruined due the normal weather we live in on Long Island. I would leave zero stars for having me chase them for an answer and then not doing anything to resolve the issue but I can't!!!!

Bought a used 2021 mustang from this dealership 3 months ago with less than 15k miles on it. I dealt with Matthew Monahan, who for the most part was good...besides the fact that he lied about his knowledge of the vehicles history. I live 3 hours away, so I discussed the condition of the car over email. I was told, "The car is in great shape. It does have one little rock chip on the hood that has been touched up but other than that the vehicle is fully ceramic coated and it was done by a professional detailer. Car is mint in and out." I go into the dealership to buy the vehicle, and run into Kevin Kirby, the Pre Owned Manager who has been there for years, who tells me that the car was actually his own personal car. Told me he was getting rid of it for a dark horse. It's dark when I get there and the car is already outside (it was in the showroom prior), and I buy the car. Within 30 minutes I drive the car to get food on my way home, and notice a huge scratch on the driver side of the fender/front bumper. I ask Matthew about it only to be told "I'm sorry, I have no clue where that came from". Fast forward a couple months, the rear defroster malfunctions and the entire rear windshield shatters and needs to be replaced. Fast forward another month, and the paint is chipping on the passenger side of the front bumper. I take it to my local Ford dealer who tells me that this car has been previously repainted along both the bumper and passenger side fender, and the finish is all off. The previous paint is shown underneath the chipping paint. The bumper was misaligned with the hood and passenger side headlight (I didn't notice prior until they pointed all this out), and the inside of the front passenger fender/wheel well was all deformed. The CARFAX was clean, and only had one previous owner (the Pre Owned Manager of the dealership). Bottom line is that the dealership, or at the absolute least the Pre Owned Manager of the dealership, lied about damage to a used vehicle and misrepresented the vehicle in order to sell it to me. I am in touch with Ford Motor Company themselves about this issue which they have already escalated, and will be hiring an attorney. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!

They advertised and discussed vehicles that either weren't actually available or were nothing like what was promised when I arrived. It felt like they were just trying to get me in the door with unrealistic offers. The lack of honesty and transparency made the entire experience stressful and disappointing. I would strongly recommend being extremely cautious-- you can't even verify everything ahead of time. They said a vehicle was on the lot, don't rely on what you're told. Honestly, I'd suggest looking elsewhere to avoid the headache.

Like most people, I trusted what was being handed to me without combing through all the fine print. That trust cost me--and I'm sharing my experience so it doesn't cost you too. Victory Cars Central had me completely fooled. I originally posted about how the Dodge Durango they got me into was my dream car. I thanked Oliver and Laura for their "honesty" and hard work. But the truth is--they were just working hard to get me stuck in a terrible contract, and they knew exactly what they were doing. Here's how it went down: We were originally told our down payment would be $5,500. Then out of nowhere, we were told the bank had flagged the deal because I supposedly entered the last digit of my Social Security number wrong, and now they suspected potential fraud. Because of that, they claimed the bank wouldn't approve the loan unless we put down $8,900 instead. Maybe I did enter it wrong. Maybe I didn't. But we trusted what they told us, and agreed to pay the extra $3,400 without seeing a shred of proof. No email, no official note, nothing from the bank. Looking back, we absolutely should have asked for documentation--but when you believe people are being honest, you don't expect to be lied to. And then came the hidden fees. They slipped in a $4,375 "advertising fee"--for a car that was never even advertised. As I said in a previous post, they showed us the truck before it had even been washed or prepped for photos. There were no online listings, no ads, nothing. So what exactly were we paying for? They also added a $3,500 warranty to the contract--without providing any details. How long is it for? What does it cover? One year? Two months? We were never given a straight answer, just another vague fee buried in paperwork. We put down $8,900 on a 2018 truck priced at $17,500, and somehow walked away with a loan for $551/month for 72 months. That's over $48,000 for a used vehicle. For comparison, a brand new version of that same model goes for about $42,000. So again--where did our $8,900 go? And what really sticks with me is how Laura insisted that I sign everything alone. My husband and my mother were there with me, but she kept them out of the room on purpose. We didn't even talk about the car--I was distracted with personal small talk while she rushed through the paperwork. It was intentional. They didn't want anyone else there to spot the red flags or ask questions. I would never recommend Victory Cars Central to anyone. They prey on people who are kind, trusting, and just trying to get into a decent car without getting taken advantage of. Oliver and Laura are exactly what people fear when buying a car--they smile, they act helpful, and they completely take advantage of your trust. If you're considering this place--don't. Protect your money, your credit, and your peace of mind. Demand proof. Don't sign anything alone. And if something feels off, it probably is.

However, months later, the dealership has still not applied the refund to my loan account. When I contacted the warranty company, they confirmed that the claim is closed and that the dealership has already received the funds. Communication has been terrible. I've had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates, and even then, I've either been ignored or given vague responses with no real resolution. Antonio Salamone literally has no idea what's going on. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it involves a customer's finances. A reputable dealership should handle something like this promptly and transparently. If you're considering doing business here, I highly advise you to think twice. There are plenty of dealerships that actually respect their customers and handle transactions properly--this is not one of them. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Gloria, who was extremely friendly, and made my experience wonderful, so I need to shout her out! My car was ready around 5 PM, and upon picking it up, I did not find that I was overcharged like some of the comments I've read. Gloria had let me know that they were able to fix my squeaky brakes which was amazing, and for around $400 between an oil change, tire rotation, and a brake pad fix, that definitely did not seem like it was breaking the bank.. Since visiting I have not as of yet heard any squeaks coming from my brakes , and overall had a great experience at this business.
