In the 2015 Ford Escape, the Check Engine light indicated a need for service so I scheduled an appointment at Levittown Ford. The vehicle was purchased in January, 2015. The vehicle was sluggish when accelerated and posed a safety hazard on the highway. The selonoid was replaced and when I began I observed there was was no digital speedometer readout on the dashboard screen. I reported this to the Service Manager who informed me this vehicle did not have the option. I attempted to convince him to no avail and he acted like I was crazy and had six heads. Well, he was wrong as Ford put "new" software in the Escape that omitted the digital speedometer readout. I had to contact Ford Customer Service to get satisfaction and scheduled a second appointment to handle the matter. What a waste of time! Very disappointed and may be last Ford I purchase. I took time out of my Sunday to speak with a salesperson about my current Ford lease and if there was a way to terminate it early to get into a 2015 Taurus SHO or Flex Limited; I had a more lively conversation with the receptionist. After waiting for almost a half-hour, I finally sat down with Eric and explained my predicament. Long story short, he seemed more concerned about my previous experience with another local Ford dealer/salesperson. He claimed he was going to work on it and get back to me first thing Monday morning. Well Monday came and went as did Tuesday and it wasn't until 8:53 p.m. that night did I get a random "follow-up" call from whom I assume was the receptionist on duty without a stitch of valuable feedback and said "someone" would follow up with me Wednesday; for the record they close at 9. It is now 2:30 on Wednesday and my contact is conveniently off today. Clearly this dealership needs to work on their customer service skills. I'm better off dealing with a competent dealership that actually cares such as the one I dealt with in New Jersey as the ones in New York are lacking rudimentary practices. read more

Had my first experience with Levittown Ford recently and I am truly amazed at the level of customer service, convenience in getting a no hassle and no hidden detail quote, and most importantly the best value. After a mixup that was my fault, my sales associate James Mangual bent over backwards to make things right. I thought I was getting a 2016 Explorer Sport with a moonroof yet the model I was about to take delivery of didn't have one. In the rarely practiced mantra of the customer comes first, James and his team secured another Explorer with a moonroof for me in under an hour, took care of all paperwork with insurance and registration for the new truck, and had me on my way. We have been leasing Explorers since 2001. We came to Levittown Ford with the website ad for an XLT at $349 a month to replace the XLT we have had since 2013. Frank was helpful in locating a vehicle in stock and negotiating the out of pocket costs. We felt the costs were fair for a new XLT without any extra features. The car was not available for us to look at, but another truck had the same color and we accepted the color and left a deposit. Upon delivery, Frank and I discussed the keyless keypad entry feature and I told him how dependent upon it I had become - having nearly locked the keys in my friends car forgetting it wasn't my own. At the time of the delivery, Frank agreed that it was a great feature. The Securicode card with the 5 digit keypad code was sitting in the cup holder as I expected. I left the dealership very happy. Two days later, after I had memorized the code, I left my keys in the console and locked them in the car. When I attempted to open the door using the code, no numbers lit up - I called Frank the next morning thinking there was a malfunction. His voicemail message to me told me the base model we purchased did not have that equipment. We later discussed the delivery, the conversation we had, and the Securicard that came with the car. I asked how it was possible that this was not brought up during the delivery. I had been misled to believe we had purchased a car with the keypad entry - it is standard on the XLT, the vehicle we expected we had bargained for which was pictured in the Levittown Ford ad we showed Frank at the time of the purchase. Frank said it must have just slipped his mind. He said he would find out if the keypad could be installed. I did not hear back from Frank. I contacted the sales manager Ed and relayed the situation. Ed assured me he wanted to keep our business and would see what he could do so that we would be completely satisfied. An email from Ed stated he was able to get our DMV records returned and he would be working on locating a vehicle that would fit our needs. He stated that Frank would contact us to let us know the next step. Frank left an voicemail stating a couple of vehicles had been located but he needed us to call him with any color restrictions we would not accept, we promptly replied. The next voicemail message from Frank stated that a keypad was authorized to be installed on our vehicle. We replied with a request for an explanation - messages from both Frank and Ed had indicated a replacement vehicle was located to fulfill our expectation of an XLT, not a plastic keypad attached above the door handle. A conversation with Ed revealed he was not able to locate a vehicle that was a 'reasonable' loss to the dealership. I asked what a reasonable loss would be and Ed would not offer a number. He told me to come up with a number, which I did. The difference in base cost of an Explorer and the base cost of an XLT is about $2350. I indicated I would accept half that amount to compensate the misrepresentation of the sale. We paid well over the base price for the Explorer we were given - almost $600 more than the base model XLT would have cost. From this point forward, I am requesting all communication in writing - I have emails and recorded voice-mails, but I have lost trust in the implied resolutions I have been offered during phone conversations. I am submitting this review hoping a general manager becomes involved. Clearly, Ed and Frank agreed that a replacement vehicle was not unreasonable, it now becomes a question of how much they value my loyal business as a returning Ford customer and how much of a 'loss' they are willing to take to compensate for the serious omissions made during the sale and delivery of this Explorer. I am optimistic that a positive outcome can be reached, but I will withhold a rating until that time. read more

I was looking to move up to a small suv and visited several dealerships, like Chevy, Nissan, Ford, and Jeep. I finally narrowed it down to a Ford Escape. I initially went to my local Ford dealership, and was given astronomical numbers. When I said I need to think it over based on my monthly budget, the salesman tried to sell me a car that I wasn't interested in at all; I left with only his business card with one price of a car written on it. At least other dealerships gave me paperwork to compare. I decided to go to the Ford dealership in Levittown. I met Joel Jones. Now there's a class act! Welcoming, kind, and understanding, he offered me several options and several payment decisions. I decided on the spot I would walk out of there with a car from Joel. Let's see....I go to buy a Mustang. Manny Mori is my salesperson. We agree on 23K for the car. Manny says "We can do that" We go inside and I give him information and to see what their financing is? Manny goes to the desk and comes back with a white paper. He says the 140 point inspection and my fee comes to $799.00 because that will fool me, that it is not $800. On the bottom is a $299 fee with no real explanation. I say, What is this? Oh, everyone gets this. Really? Your fee? For what? You don't work for me? Then to add icing on the cake tells me, the car is now $23,290. because that is not really $23,300. So, they now have padded the bill to $24,400.before taxes .And the $500 they add to every car for their negotiation fee to make you feel that got money off has been put in effect. I just get up and leave. This is the reason why people hate used car dealers. If you want a horrible experience and to be thought as a complete moron. Please feel free to go to this dealership. And here is another business that has people write 5 star reviews for them. All the real people that dealt with them give them 1 star. So, if you read the reply from them, it's a complete joke.There is a reason they have a 2.5 rating. If I could give zero I would. Never go to them. There was a recall on Lincoln MKZ airbags. Appointment was mad for today 9 am to replace the airbags. We asked for an oil change and inspection too. They said not a problem. We explained we needed the car back today because my husband needs it for work tomorrow. The car was dropped off at 8:10. I called at 3:00 to find out the status of the car. I get a run around to get an update. We are then informed that the airbags haven't been done and won't be today. It's atleast 1/2 days work. Which when the appointment was made we were told 1-2 hours but can't wait there because of COVID. Then they say they will look into this and mistakes happen on why it hasn't been done yet. Come to find out they don't even have the parts. Excuse me? Nobody called nobody communicated. They are horrible. Eric is the manager his answer is people make mistakes. not to happy that levittown ford keeps refusing to honor my 10% groove car coupon. why issue it on a new car purchase if in 3 1/2 years, i've never been given a discount. talking to managment did no good. in fact i had the service manager shut the door on me when i asked him to speak to the rep that i had on the phone. groove car rep. what kind of customer service is this??? usually when i bring the car in for a check up, the tire pressure is checked, as indicated that it was done on my on my car fax report. i was driving down the sagtikos when my low tire pressure light came on. couldn't pull over there, but when i stopped soon after, 2 tires were at 25 psi and 2 were at 17. so much for having my tires checked. could have caused a bad accident. let me note that i love my ford escape but boy do i feel let down by the service department. nobody there cares about pleasing the customer anymore. i guess being rude and hurting the customer means more that giving a discount and having a customer leave happy. read more

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Picked out a car I was interested in and when I test drove it there was a ticking noise coming from the engine that would start after the car was running for about 2 minutes. They said it would be no problem to fix the noise so i signed all the paperwork and let them run my credit for financing. Had them put in the agreement that they would fix the noise before pick up of the vehicle. Received a call that I got approved and that they were still working on the noise. A week later I was told the car was ready, got in the car to test drive it and the noise started after 2 minutes, left the dealership and told them to call when they had an update on the condition of the car. About 3 hours after I get a call from an employee telling me "all engines make noise, the ticking noise is normal". First of all the ticking noise is not normal and Secondly if it was normal for the car what did u do to the car for the last week? That is when I realized I was done with this dealership and said I was not interested in the vehicle. After 3 calls that day from the salesperson, sales manager and general manager they finally understood I did not want the vehicle. Called a couple days after to see when I should receive my deposit back on my card and the response was "oh, I thought someone already took care of that for you". i made an appointment on a recall and asked for a loner car. i was told what was needed.well i brought my car in and was told since i did not buy it there i could not get a loner car, although i serviced the car there since i had it for three years. so i had to get a car from enterprise and pay for it. when i called to see the status of my car i was told they had not looked at it and would call me the next day. well what was the point of making an 8 a m appointment if it was not even going to be looked at, after all it was a ford recall. also no one picks up the phone when you try to call. used to be different. very disappointing. i was considering buying a new car there when i am ready but after this i am asking friends which dealer services the car best. read more

Worst dealer ship ever! Problems since day 1. I drove 30 miles there for an appointment to look at a truck, when I got there they sold the truck that morning and didn't have the courtesy of calling to let me know. I decided that I would still give them a chance and bought a different truck from them. Every time I had to go back to them for warranty work they always said they can't replicate the problem so I would bring it to my mechanic and the problem was always solved. My last dealings with them was so disappointing, my warranty is almost up and I explained to them what was going on and I was told they couldn't get me in for a month and I would not be able to drop off my truck and leave it there. Basically I paid 50k for a vehicle from them and I get no help in return. What a sad place I will never recommend them to anyone. read more

Charlie Spears was the best salesperson I've worked with during my search for a new car. I went to Buick GMC, Toyota, Nissan and Mazda dealerships and Charlie's customer service was by far the best! Charlie focused on my comfort in both driving a vehicle and affording the payments. When I brought my husband in to meet Charlie, he found him to be a nice change of pace for a salesperson as well. He didn't make us feel pressured into anything and let the choice be completely up to us. As much as I love my Ford Escape SE, I have to say Charlie's customer service is what sold me. When he brought over Mr. Merritt, I was so pleased to find his humor and genuine spirit matched Charlie's. I first met with Justin, who instead of trying to get me in the Escape told me to come back, so I made an appointment for a few days later. At that time Justin threw me to Dan K to handle my deal. I never saw or heard from Justin after that. Dan K was patient and tried to make sure I understood everything. I had a friend who worked in the car business with me (who probably drove Dan up the wall) and answered all our questions. I felt like a lot of my options were not presented to me though, I always had to bring it up and question it. Picking up my vehicle was an issue because my mother and I both had to be there and our schedules were not accommodating. I had to leave work early because of it and was not too happy about that. Also, an hour before I was coming to pick up my car I get a call from the finance department, who never spoke with me before this, and they tell me I am no longer eligible for a $500 rebate for being a student because I was not primary on the loan and my credit score was too low. I called Ford and they told me this is not true. So this made me feel like I was being jerked around because I decided not to get the extended warranty through Levittown Ford because it was over-priced compared to getting it through Ford directly, which I did. Then when I come to pick up my car the computer system was down and my mother and I were left sitting there, no one , but Brittany came to make sure we were ok. Once we expressed we weren't thrilled she rectified the situation. Dan K showed me my vehicle and upon looking at it there were scratches all along the driver side. A work ordered was made, so now I have to inconvenience myself to drop my brand new truck off to get scratches fixed. Also, I was told there would be less than 20 miles on the vehicle - and I got it with 85. That is a lot of mileage for a new car that was never registered or used - plus the inside and trunk were dirty and there were marks as if it was used for something. Not sure if this was a vehicle the manager was driving around and then they just sold it to me without disclosing that information. My experience with Dan K was great and would definitely work with him in the future, but my experience with Levittown Ford was less than desirable. My aunt and mother were both thinking of getting their Escape and Expedition from Levittown Ford but from what my mom saw the day we picked up the car so is second guessing it. read more

3 months ago I saw a Lincoln on their site went in on a Saturday and I was one of the first people their. After waiting 45 minutes I finally was attended to by a salesperson named Bob who was really nice. I asked if the car was still available, he said yes but for the next 20-30 minutes he tried to locate the car but couldn't find it. So I have been at the dealer for over an hour and still not seen the car. He comes to me and says it's at a different lot, so we drive over. I take one glance at the car and it is nothing like the photos. Bumper has a bunch of scuffs, cracked chrome accents, scratches on the rims, cigarette burns, rust and missing paint on the door, and it was just plain dirty. We go back and I am about to walk out but Bob asks me what kind of offer I am willing to make. I mention the price on the site and he says that the price is only if I finance and he gives me a price $3,000 over the internet price, $1,000 of it being in dealer fees. I offer a low ball offer due to the fact that the car needed work and because it couldn't be certified since it was a Ford only dealer and because for a little bit more I could get a much nicer car from a certified dealer. They say no but kept me there because they needed to give me my registration back from my possible trade in. This goes on for 40 more minutes. In total I spent over 2 hours there for nothing on a car that was priced like a CPO but needed hundreds of dollars of repairs. Save sometime and go to Lincoln of Wayne who wont waste your time and actually certify Lincoln and Ford cars. The price I saw at Wayne was the price I got and the car I saw on Wayne's site was the car I bought. read more

Ive been dealing with this service department for 3 1/2 years and for the most part, have had good experiences. This time was not one as I arranged in advance for some work to be done and a loaner car to be used for what was to be at most, a half day work on my car. I came in at 7:15 am and went of to work expecting to hear back from my service advisor when the car was ready. By 2:30 I hadn't heard anything so I called and after checking with the shop he suggested I hold onto my loaner car for another day as the shop was backed up. I asked if there was something wrong with the work on my car and he admitted that they hadn't even started it. They had it for 7 hours, hadn't started it and he never called to let me know. I was not happy. I asked if I kept it overnight when would he guarantee my car would be ready and he said he could not guarantee it would be. I was now upset at this lackluster response and asked for the service manager, Manny. I got his voice mail and left a detailed message. I never heard back from him which made me more upset. This is not the service I had come to expect. That said, I'm assuming he got the message since despite not hearing from him (as courtesy would dictate), my service advisor did thereafter call me back to let me know that my car was now being worked on and would be ready end of the day and could be picked up before closing or first thing in the morning (I chose the latter at this point). My car was out and waiting when I arrived and appeared to be in fine working order which I would expect. This was not their best customer service work and I'm still annoyed at the cavalier attitude of my advisor but more so at the failure of the service manager to return my call but having said that, with 3+ years of positive experience with this group I will chalk this experience up to one bad day and give them another shot. read more

I dropped my car off for service little over a week ago 4 transmission flush and oil change Facebook page they call me and tell me my water pump is leaking I don't believe that for a second cause I didn't see any evidence of a water leak in my driveway what I didn't say too much about it because it was covered under the warranty plus I need a right rear tail light lens replaced they told me $740 I call another dealer they told me the part was $472 so I called them back and I said what is this he said he'll call me back when he calls me back tell me all they made a mistake was 540 installed I don't believe this for a second if I did not question it would have ripped me off plus they have my car for over a week for water pump that is ridiculous I do not trust this deal at all so if you go there you've been forewarned read more

I would like to give 0 stars. I brought my car in for a recall. The appointment was made in advance. After keeping my car more than 24 hours I was told it would not be repaired because the parts are on back order. In my opinion this is poor customer service. It was a complete waste of my time to drop off and then pick up my car the next day when nothing was fixed! I got a loaner car, which was small and I felt unsafe in. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They charge much more than other FORD dealerships for the same work, they are disorganized, the mechanics do not know what they are doing, and the service advisor does not check the work performed by the mechanics. I went in for the works (oil change and tire rotation) @ $29.99, and came out with a $600 bill for additional work, a new tire and front brakes. They told me the front brakes cost $269.00, so I brought along a FORD Owners Advantage discount coupon for a "complete brake job for $179.00 or Less", which they did not accept,, and explained that it is up to the dealership whether to honor it. I called Hassett FORD and found that their regular price for brakes is $219.00, and that they would also honor the coupon! My tires are white walls and they put a black wall tire on my car. When I complained, they offered me $40 credit toward my next visit if I kept the tire. I told them that if they gave me back the entire $225 I paid for the tire that I still didn't want it because it didn't match and why would I want a mismatched tire on a almost new $70,000 Expedition EL Limited? So my car stayed another day, for the correct tire to be ordered and put on. When I picked the vehicle up, I drove the 3 miles home and the vehicle was vibrating uncontrollably when I applied the brakes. I brought it back, and it stayed for a 3rd day, this time the rotors were replaced. I was told that the rotor got hot and warped from hard braking. I questioned how this could happen within 3 miles of just driving from the dealership to my home. No explanation was given. When I picked up the vehicle again, I noticed circular gouges, chrome ripped off, and scratches on my rim (of the tire replaced). They told me that it was old and was from hitting curb and that the front tire will get damage that the rear won't because the front tire is the one that hits the curb when you pull into a spot. Aside from the fact that this clearly was not curb damage (because it was not to the entire rim, but only in four corners), their logic wasn't valid because they did a tire rotation. THIS RIM HAD BEEN ON THE BACK AND JUST PUT ON THE FRONT. Even the vehicle report card was bogus (which they emailed). The sent them each time the vehicle was brought in. The first two were blank. The last one had all incorrect information. It said that the RL brake pad was at 1 (in red) and that the RR pad was N/A, and that a complete rear brake job was done. When the vehicle was initially brought in, I was told that both fronts were at 3 and that both rears were at 4 and that the front needed to be done now because 70% of braking wear is on the front brakes. They advised me to do the rears at the next oil change. Do yourself a big favor and avoid the aggravation , stress and getting ripped off, go to ANY FORD dealership except Levittown! read more

I did replace both the front rotors and pads with Ford parts, using a dealer coupon for an additional discount. So I guess Levittown Ford's pricing was MSRP for parts and book rate on the labor. The longest part of my install was hammering off the rotors as they were stuck. read more

I went here in September because I was in desperate need of a car, and I made that clear to them. Obviously, I should not have done that. As an 18 year old college student, I was looking at a base model focus to start. Then, I was shown a fusion energi with all the bells and whistles. Once I was shown the fusion, they practically forgot that the focus existed. So, being desperate, I got a fusion, and that was a terrible move on my part. It had 4,400 miles when I got it because it was used for test drives (by the way, I wasn't even offered a test drive). They didn't even let me inside the car before I bought it because they "couldn't find the key". Then, I spoke to the finance manager about payment. I made it clear that I didn't want to go above a certain amount, and I was assured that I would stay under that threshold. The next day, he calls me and says that I can only be approved if I pay a higher amount per month. I said yes, because I thought I didn't have a choice since I had put down a deposit. They rushed through the entire process. I got in the car after I finished the paperwork and it smelt like someone left their lunch in there a bit too long. It was bad. But, being that I detail cars as a hobby, it wasn't that big of a deal. About a month and a half goes by with the car, and it starts leaking water through the headliner, the window grinds when it's rolled down, and the gas cap wouldn't open. I tried going through Levittown service, and it was a mess. I went to Hassett in Wantagh instead. When the gas cap issue happened again, I gave Levittown a second chance, just to be talked down to and treated like a dumb girl that didn't even know how to open a gas cap. I feel I was taken advantage of by the salespeople at Levittown because of my age, gender, and situation, and I now want out of my lease, but can't get out. Don't come here. After waiting five and a half hours for an inspection and a brake job, I was shocked to see my invoice. The labor was unbelievable . My truck is only two years old, why was I told it took so long due to the fact he could not get the rotor off. I have had this same job done on an older truck in less than three hours . But that was from a neighborhood shop. I guess they don't work slow there. Just so damn unbelievable. Was told my battery was bad after only two years the battery is fine I had it checked. My Husband and I went to purchase our new lease at Levittown Ford. We were greeted by Ramsy, the sales person. The lease was purchased, a deposit was left and we took leave of the dealership being assured that the Ford Taurus would be available in a few days. Little did we know, Levittown Ford was disingenuine with regard to the incentives I was entitled to. After calling Ford Motor leasing, I was informed that there were mulitple incentives I should have gotten, including but not limited to, the early bird special and 0% Leasing. We immediately called Ransy. All we wanted was for Levittown Ford's finance manager to call over to Ford Motor Leasing so that they could hear, first hand, what we were told. Instead, we were told to come to get our deposit and that the finance manager did not want to make the deal. We were not asking for anything that wasn't earned. We were entitled to the incentives. I hope you do not treat all your customers like we were treated. We had to fight for all the incentives and then were told to go somewhere else. So we are going somewhere else. read more

i wish i could give levittown ford ZERO stars! i purchased my 2010 mustang convertible from levittown ford. great, no problem. 1 year ago, i needed a new transmission. the first problem arose when i was quoted 3 different prices, at 3 different times from their service department. i ended up paying the highest quote which was $3,600. they gave me a signed document telling me i was warrantied for this service for 2 years. 2 months ago, my transmission went again, it was less than the 2 year warranty. they did not honor my warranty, instead i had to pay an additional $900 to get my mustang fixed. they are HORRIBLE. they are THIEVES and not to be trusted. i will NEVER buy another car from them again - and i absolutely LOVE mustangs! stay away! read more

Terrible! Had an appointment and had to leave my new Fusion all day. At the end of the day they said they did not have time to look at it because they are understaffed. It had to stay overnight. Never had such bad service before. Service manager Manny would not take my call, no one called me back, not even the Customer Service Satisfaction center responded, nor the dealer management. Do not go here they are unprofessional, rude and think you have to wait for their convenience and if you want a loaner car you need to wait more than two weeks! read more

Apathetic bordering on incompetent! Brought my Mariner in for service after I began receiving intermittent transmission issues (vehicle entering low power mode on startup). Issue sounded like a described problem from a Ford customer satisfaction program regarding the throttle body. First problem I encountered with service began when attempting to make an appointment. I was put on hold, had to be called back, then put on hold several more times before being able to make an appointment. The person taking the appointment was not really listening to the vehicle problem and could not find any information on the satisfaction program. When I received the confirmation email, it was for a different Ford vehicle I had brought in for service two years ago that I no longer own. On the day of the appointment, I dropped the vehicle off at 0915 in the morning and spoke with the service advisor. The advisor was knowledgeable about the throttle body issue. He stated that the repair could take two days and made me sign that if the work was not done by the dealership I would be required to pay a $129"diagnostic fee." Since I intended on the work being completed, I agreed to the fee and asked the service advisor to let me know about the work as soon as possible because I would need to rent a car if my vehicle was being kept overnight. After not hearing anything, I made my first call at about 245 PM and was told my service advisor was out to lunch and to leave a detailed message. Called again at about 4 PM and told he was with a customer. Called again at 5 PM and told to leave a message again, which I refused saying I needed to know what was going on with my car. After waiting on hold, I finally got to talk to the adviser at about 515 PM to find out that my car hadn't even been looked at yet and that the 930 AM appointment wasn't a "guarantee" that the car would be looked at that day. After hearing my displeasure, I can only imagine that they quickly brought my car over and read the diagnostic code that the car's on-board computer was storing (for those of you that don't know anything about cars, this involves plugging a reader into a port on your car and pressing a button to read codes and takes approximately 30 seconds to perform). I was next informed that the car was showing a generic transmission sensor code and that they needed the "transmission" guy to do a full test drive workup on the vehicle but...wait for it...of course he had left at 430 PM so that would have to be done tomorrow. So I said I would pick up my car and return in the morning for the "transmission" guy to diagnose the car but...of course I had to pay the $129 diagnostic fee that night before I could get my car back. I was also told that I had to be there by 630 PM if I wanted my car back (8 hours for them to do 30 seconds of work on my car, which I had to pay $129 for, and I have to bring it back in the morning BUT I get an hour to come and get it...seems fair). The next day, my wife returned so the vehicle could be test driven by the "transmission" guy. She was told she shouldn't wait but since she was stuck with our two year old there she said she didn't have a choice after they kept it for 8 hours the day before. Amazingly, within 10 minutes someone came out and talked to her. She was told that it was the same generic transmission code from the previous day and to get an accurate diagnosis they would have to take the transmission off and it would cost another $900 dollars just to diagnose. Here is the kicker! The service advisor told her that the repairs would be really costly and that my wife should probably just start looking for another car. Unbelievable! read more

My recent transaction with Levittown Ford has been a disaster from the start. Not only did the salesman Frank literally tell me he could not explain the numbers he was giving me from their bank but almost two months later I am still waiting for my plates from a deal done on April 14, 2018. I have been give the run around from my salesman Frank, their finance guy Adam Diaz and now the General Manager Ed Kava. Not one of these individuals can give a clear and concise answer as to where my plates are except that they are "in transit" for the last 20 plus days. Frank relayed to the receptionist he didn't know at all actually. No surprise. I'd like to know what Frank does know ? I was not notified of an issue with my deal till almost a month after where they sent me temp plates with four days left till expiration. I did not get a free vehicle from this dealership for them to brush me off as much as they have. Frankly, I have had better car buying experiences off of Craigslist. Don't walk away from Levittown Ford for your next car buying experience, I insist you run. read more

He provided us w/ a number of options and was low pressure throughout the process which ultimately made us purchase the vehicle and drive it off the lot w/in a matter or hours. read more

Have been to this dealer's service department a few times now. So far, I am pleased with their service. They are very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Treat customers nicely. Their waiting room is very nice with a lounge with TV, Delicious Bagels, Fruit, Pastries, cookies and coffee. They are excellent in terms of keeping appointments. If you have an appointment at a certain time, you need not worry about getting there before everyone else. They actually stick to the appointments unlike other dealers in the area that make you line up before opening even with an appointment. Oil changes are first come first serve. They are expensive in terms of repairs however any dealer is. You get what you paid for. The will even drive you one way home if you want to leave your vehicle and come back later. read more

This is by far the most shady dealer I have been to. I am still in the process of trying to get my deposit back after I did not fall for their deceptive financing and changed my mind. Very unprofessional and discourteous staff. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer. read more

i was at the ford in wantagh, to purchase a fordf150. they did not have the car i wanted so i decided to try levittown ford. what a huge mistake, i should have stayed at wantagh ford. i decided to go there because my husband had bought his first ford truck at this dealer...well there has been a change of ownership since then and its terrible...it was the worst experience of my life. i have recently called because they have still not sent the sticker and bill of sale to my insurance company...at time of sale the loan officer was so disrespectful that he thru papers at me an stormed out of the room...the salesman was new an was so misinformed..and inexperienced. the manager dan was a nice guy and tried to hold it all together but it was definetely out of his control. then my son took the truck for service and some kid was returning his truck to him and scrapped it under a tree branch. i have never seen such rude employees and been so ripped off, i have owned many cars and never has my experience been so bad....i reccomend driving passed this dealership its a nightmare...seriously, i held off writing this review because i have put serveral calls into a manager and the big boss have left voice mails, and received no response...if at all possible i will take this further and call the better business bureau so no one else has to go thru this....awful place read more

After having a poor experience purchasing my car from this dealership I filled out a survey stating that I was unhappy. After honestly going through my experience I had many people reaching out to try to make amends. Once I was finally able to speak with someone she began by defending to dealership then heard me out for one statement then didn't want to hear anymore of what I had to say. She went straight to what they could give me to "make things better". She offered me a service credit, which I would only receive iffffff I answered yes and yes to the 2 questions on the next survey I was going to receive, because "the answers and credit are linked". As I had no longer a desire to deal with this group I agreed and hung up. The answers to these questions are linked to their ratings and that was what was important to them not hearing what I have to say. In the end I never received a survey because of a glitch in their system which they said they would look into, I never heard back and never received my credit. Awesome business. read more
