My Husband and I went to purchase our new lease at Levittown Ford. We were greeted by Ramsy, the sales person. The lease was purchased, a deposit was left and we took leave of the dealership being assured that the Ford Taurus would be available in a few days. Little did we know, Levittown Ford was disingenuine with regard to the incentives I was entitled to. After calling Ford Motor leasing, I was informed that there were mulitple incentives I should have gotten, including but not limited to, the early bird special and 0% Leasing. We immediately called Ransy. All we wanted was for Levittown Ford's finance manager to call over to Ford Motor Leasing so that they could hear, first hand, what we were told. Instead, we were told to come to get our deposit and that the finance manager did not want to make the deal. We were not asking for anything that wasn't earned. We were entitled to the incentives. I hope you do not treat all your customers like we were treated. We had to fight for all the incentives and then were told to go somewhere else. So we are going somewhere else. read more

i was at the ford in wantagh, to purchase a fordf150. they did not have the car i wanted so i decided to try levittown ford. what a huge mistake, i should have stayed at wantagh ford. i decided to go there because my husband had bought his first ford truck at this dealer...well there has been a change of ownership since then and its terrible...it was the worst experience of my life. i have recently called because they have still not sent the sticker and bill of sale to my insurance company...at time of sale the loan officer was so disrespectful that he thru papers at me an stormed out of the room...the salesman was new an was so misinformed..and inexperienced. the manager dan was a nice guy and tried to hold it all together but it was definetely out of his control. then my son took the truck for service and some kid was returning his truck to him and scrapped it under a tree branch. i have never seen such rude employees and been so ripped off, i have owned many cars and never has my experience been so bad....i reccomend driving passed this dealership its a nightmare...seriously, i held off writing this review because i have put serveral calls into a manager and the big boss have left voice mails, and received no response...if at all possible i will take this further and call the better business bureau so no one else has to go thru this....awful place read more

After having a poor experience purchasing my car from this dealership I filled out a survey stating that I was unhappy. After honestly going through my experience I had many people reaching out to try to make amends. Once I was finally able to speak with someone she began by defending to dealership then heard me out for one statement then didn't want to hear anymore of what I had to say. She went straight to what they could give me to "make things better". She offered me a service credit, which I would only receive iffffff I answered yes and yes to the 2 questions on the next survey I was going to receive, because "the answers and credit are linked". As I had no longer a desire to deal with this group I agreed and hung up. The answers to these questions are linked to their ratings and that was what was important to them not hearing what I have to say. In the end I never received a survey because of a glitch in their system which they said they would look into, I never heard back and never received my credit. Awesome business. read more

Well Here we go again, This is the second review I have written about the ford service center in Hicksville, I thought I would give them another chance to work on my car, I dropped off my car 2006 GT Mustang on Wednesday April.18,2018 at 3:00 to get an oil change and also a wheel Alignment, At 5:30 they call me and said they can't do my car today because they ran out of time, ok wasted my time, So I made another appointment for Saturday April 21,2018 I got there at 7:45am and I told the guy that was looking over my car for scratches that I want him to write down on that paper to be careful of my bodykit watch the dips in the road and also watch out for who ever opens my hood because I have the hood pins and I don't want anyone just pulling the pins out fast they could scratch the hood.I must have said this a 5 or 6 times, So now I go into the office where they write it all down in the computer Joe was doing this anyway I told Joe about my body kit on the car its very low and I also told him about the hood pins he said ok we will be careful with it, ok fast forward until I picked it up and I had to go to work so I was rushing around trying to get ready and on sunday I go out to my car Guess what? someone must have hit my body kit on a curb or something low because they is a big chip out of the front of the bumper and it is all cracked and underneath the bumper you can feel where someone hit something and whoever did this knew they hit something you could hear it when you hit something, Well My husband and I called Joe and he said come show him the car so we did, he said "oh I don't think someone here did that I'll show you where they do all the work, ok that shows me what? So Joe said he will check the Surveillance Cameras to see if someone hit my car, Well what do you think happened when he called me? Oh I couldn't really see the car too clearly from the cameras,Surprise Surprise, so I said so I guess I'm stuck paying for my car to get fixed. He apologized and said if theres anything he could do for me, Yeah there is.....fix my car.I'm not blaming Joe he did try to help but not enough, Some peckerhead that works there knows he did it and Karma will come and bite him in his ass one day,If they had said to me oh we hit something with your bumper we are sorry I would be mad but to not tell me and hide the fact that you did it, Well they will never see my ass in that place again,I have a recall on a air bag and I have to go back but I rather leave the old airbag in my car then EVER let them work on my car again. Maybe one day they will get their shit together and be a better place but I really don't see that ever happening they have Kids working there,I want men to work on my car not snot nosed kids out of high school because of them now I have to get my whole bumper stripped and repainted and then I have to get new stripes put back on my car, In the last year I spent a lot of money on my car, and for them to mess my car up pisses the crap out of me. Terrible! Had an appointment and had to leave my new Fusion all day. At the end of the day they said they did not have time to look at it because they are understaffed. It had to stay overnight. Never had such bad service before. Service manager Manny would not take my call, no one called me back, not even the Customer Service Satisfaction center responded, nor the dealer management. Do not go here they are unprofessional, rude and think you have to wait for their convenience and if you want a loaner car you need to wait more than two weeks! read more

Apathetic bordering on incompetent! Brought my Mariner in for service after I began receiving intermittent transmission issues (vehicle entering low power mode on startup). Issue sounded like a described problem from a Ford customer satisfaction program regarding the throttle body. First problem I encountered with service began when attempting to make an appointment. I was put on hold, had to be called back, then put on hold several more times before being able to make an appointment. The person taking the appointment was not really listening to the vehicle problem and could not find any information on the satisfaction program. When I received the confirmation email, it was for a different Ford vehicle I had brought in for service two years ago that I no longer own. On the day of the appointment, I dropped the vehicle off at 0915 in the morning and spoke with the service advisor. The advisor was knowledgeable about the throttle body issue. He stated that the repair could take two days and made me sign that if the work was not done by the dealership I would be required to pay a $129"diagnostic fee." Since I intended on the work being completed, I agreed to the fee and asked the service advisor to let me know about the work as soon as possible because I would need to rent a car if my vehicle was being kept overnight. After not hearing anything, I made my first call at about 245 PM and was told my service advisor was out to lunch and to leave a detailed message. Called again at about 4 PM and told he was with a customer. Called again at 5 PM and told to leave a message again, which I refused saying I needed to know what was going on with my car. After waiting on hold, I finally got to talk to the adviser at about 515 PM to find out that my car hadn't even been looked at yet and that the 930 AM appointment wasn't a "guarantee" that the car would be looked at that day. After hearing my displeasure, I can only imagine that they quickly brought my car over and read the diagnostic code that the car's on-board computer was storing (for those of you that don't know anything about cars, this involves plugging a reader into a port on your car and pressing a button to read codes and takes approximately 30 seconds to perform). I was next informed that the car was showing a generic transmission sensor code and that they needed the "transmission" guy to do a full test drive workup on the vehicle but...wait for it...of course he had left at 430 PM so that would have to be done tomorrow. So I said I would pick up my car and return in the morning for the "transmission" guy to diagnose the car but...of course I had to pay the $129 diagnostic fee that night before I could get my car back. I was also told that I had to be there by 630 PM if I wanted my car back (8 hours for them to do 30 seconds of work on my car, which I had to pay $129 for, and I have to bring it back in the morning BUT I get an hour to come and get it...seems fair). The next day, my wife returned so the vehicle could be test driven by the "transmission" guy. She was told she shouldn't wait but since she was stuck with our two year old there she said she didn't have a choice after they kept it for 8 hours the day before. Amazingly, within 10 minutes someone came out and talked to her. She was told that it was the same generic transmission code from the previous day and to get an accurate diagnosis they would have to take the transmission off and it would cost another $900 dollars just to diagnose. Here is the kicker! The service advisor told her that the repairs would be really costly and that my wife should probably just start looking for another car. Unbelievable! read more

The worst service I ever received. Sent an e-mail to the GM and never heard back from him. Never again!

I am two years into a three year lease and I already needed my transmission replaced on a 2016 explorer. Two days after the vehicle was returned to me "fixed", it wouldn't start. When i called the service department to tell them my car wouldn't start, they gave me a number for a tow company and had me schedule my own tow. I was not offered a replacement vehicle while my vehicle was being fixed. When i called the manager of the dealership he said he can get me into a newer more expensive lease to get me out of my current problem vehicle or i could "take my chances" with the vehicle until my lease was done. Today i called to see if my vehicle was done they said yes. When i asked if they could drop the vehicle off to me, they said no. The best they could do would send me an Uber. I strongly advise against purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership. I will never own another Ford, due to this experience. read more

This Dealer had the vehicle I wanted. I did my due diligence and knew what I wanted to pay. Dennis (sales mgr) did not believe I could buy the same equipped vehicle 25 miles down the road, after disclosing the competitors quote we shook hands as he agreed to match the price. He then added $488 dollars to the sales agreement, After catching his slimy act, I questioned the higher than agreed amount. He said he didn't agree to the price but his salesman watched us shake hands! He then proceeded to say if I buy an extended warranty that he'd honor the price!! Foul language, unprofessionalism and attitude when I am about to spend 70K!! Both the salesman and the finance manager apologized to me for Dennis' actions and attitude when I refused to pay more! It's people like this that give car salesman a bad rap. I learned a valuable lesson. Deal with people you trust (even if you pay a little more) and be happy about who your spending your hard earned dollars with. I will never buy a car from Levittown Ford read more

Have been to this dealer's service department a few times now. So far, I am pleased with their service. They are very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Treat customers nicely. Their waiting room is very nice with a lounge with TV, Delicious Bagels, Fruit, Pastries, cookies and coffee. They are excellent in terms of keeping appointments. If you have an appointment at a certain time, you need not worry about getting there before everyone else. They actually stick to the appointments unlike other dealers in the area that make you line up before opening even with an appointment. Oil changes are first come first serve. They are expensive in terms of repairs however any dealer is. You get what you paid for. The will even drive you one way home if you want to leave your vehicle and come back later. read more

Towed my still under Ford bumper to bumper warranty 2013 Boss 302 for a leaking rear diff on 08/14/2015. Amanda who took my call a week prior to my arrival gets 5 stars for her friendly, professional service and my service adviser Michael Gallway was very accommodating even though I had to wait for over half an hour to sit down with him as the elderly lady at the counter "forgot" to tell him I was at their premises. In fact he called me on my phone thinking I was off premises as nobody informed him that I had accompanied my towed car and was waiting to see him. (So if Amanda is not at the window make sure the people at the counter know you are there to see an adviser by mentioning it at least 3 times as opposed to my once) Nevertheless Mike and his crew did an amazing job to the point of even having my car covered during its stay and he gets 5 stars. No make that a 10 as it was delivered even before the estimated time and the mechanic seems to have done an amazing job! The reason I gave Levittown Ford only 3 stars is because their warranty rep deemed my issue of a cracked rear diff cover as not under warranty due to it being caused by a rock or some outside source so it was my fault/problem. My entire rear diff was replaced by another dealer in April due to a factory defect but I couldn't go back to them as it entailed an over 70 mile tow. I just moved to the neighborhood and thought why not give Levittown a shot. I drive a limited edition Boss that I do not abuse, much less take off road to warrant a rock impact and that too from the rear of the car. Logic dictated that it was probably improper workmanship by the other dealership which should still put it under warranty as its been only 5 months. Regardless the warranty was not honored no matter how much I haggled so I paid for the repair but I did ask for the damaged diff cover only to find that the part was damaged NOT from the outside but from the inside which lead to the crack and the diff leak. So if it was an internal component that broke the diff, how is this my fault and not a legitimate warranty issue? One bad egg does not make a bad dealership but it sure does make me question the point of having a Ford warranty much less an "Extended warranty" if customers need to pay for a Ford vehicle's "internal defects." Replace or educate your warranty person. UPDATE 3 days after driving my car I noticed a loud noise coming from the rear diff. I called Mike Gallway and informed him about it asking if his tech properly drained the diff fluid when they replaced my diff cover and added new fluid as there could have been debris that was lodged in the diff from before. I asked him if he tech checked the car thoroughly and I told him there was NO SOUNDS coming from the rear of the car when I had it dropped off so why would it happen now? His curt reply was that if they had to even check they would charge me and if anything needed to be replaced I'd have to pay for that too. So what the hell is the point of having a Ford warranty? If a tech is going to replace a diff cover and drain the old fluid why on earth can't he or she check if the internals are in working order instead of just putting it back together? SO his final reply was "Take it back to the other dealership or pay to have it done...when ever they have the time to do so as it could take 2-3 weeks" Had the car towed 70 miles back to my original dealership and had everything covered under warranty. Diff cover, diff fluid and entire diff assembly. UNDER WARRANTY read more

I was there for service today and they told me I needed tires but they had to pick them up and told me they would not have them till 3 PM. I said no thanks, Service guy goes away and comes back and said they could get it done by 1 PM and I said OK. It was not done until almost 4 PM. They claim to have a price match for tires. I went on line to Goodyear and found them for about $40 less. The service guy calls and confirms the lower price, but then tells me that if I want the price match I have to go to Goodyear and get the price on their letterhead. Checked out Mavis and they were $70 less. If I have to go to the other place to get the match, then I would just go to the other place. Really sketchy.... read more

If you want a great experience ASK FOR VINNY. From the first day we walked on the lot he was upfront. He was incredibly personable, didn't try to push us to spend more, and above all else he was honest. Told him my price limit and he was respectful enough to not go over or try to get us to buy another car. Besides Vinny's service, the cars there are absolutely fantastic. I bought a 2011 Ford Escape and I could not be any happier. They clean the cars and have them detailed so well it looks like a brand new car. My parents have gotten their cars here too, leased and used, and have the same feeling towards Levittown Ford. If you want quality cars go to Levittown Ford. Once you're there, go to Vinny to get quality service as well. read more

I made an appointment at Levittown Ford to have an oil leak checked but was told I had to wait 3 weeks for service. A second call to the Dealership requesting an earlier appointment before my warranty expired didn't help. I was told there were no available appointments but if someone cancelled I would receive a phone call. I never received a call from the dealership so guess no one cancelled their appointment during those two weeks. By the time my appointment date arrived I had exceeded the mileage on my warranty by 400 mi. The dealership said the PTU (for the all wheel drive) had to be replaced and they wouldn't honor the warranty so nothing was done to the car. In 2012 the PTU was replaced, the PTU seals replaced in 2013. There are 4 separate TSB's on the PTU and neither Levittown Ford or Ford Motor Co. will do anything about it. Obviously there is a chronic problem with the car. The quote to replace the PTU was nearly $2,000.00. Lesson learned: Ford will sell you a vehicle, but if they can't service your car due to their delays YOU will pay. read more

Took my Ford in for service (I have a Ford Extended Warranty) and during the initial call they did everything they could not to give me a loaner car despite the fact that my extended warranty called for it (we don't have a lot of loaner cars was the women's first response to me when I inquired). When I dropped my car off and asked to speak to a manager I was told there was no manager today, he is out sick. Surprisingly, the service agent told me that "he was acting manger" so I told him the story. After work was done I picked up my car, was given the keys and walked to where it was parked. Plastic still covered the seats, paper matts still on the floor, cardboard tags hanging from my mirror. I took all the materials and brought them to the service counter and was accused of being a trouble maker. Will not go back. read more

Bob was very personable, patient and accommodating, and he went above and beyond to meet the never ending requests from my credit union. Well let me start out first by saying, my least favorite thing to do is shop for a car. The B.S. you usually have to deal with when speaking with the sales people and the high pressure I have no patience for. Spoke with several dealers and was not happy with the sales pitches. Levittown Ford was like a breath of fresh air. My sales person was James Mangual and he made leasing my Explorer a GREAT experience. I had found an XLT model in inventory on line that I was interested in, I spoke to James a few days later and he told me that that Explorer had been sold the previous day. He asked that I give him a few minutes to speak to his Manager and see what he could do for me. James came back and offered me another Explorer in the color I wanted but upgraded 2 models up from the XLT to the SPORT model with all the options I wanted and then some for about $10 more a month. Agreed on everything on a Monday night and I drove the car away on Tuesday. I live in Queens, NY and went to about 5 Ford Dealers that were closer to me but James was really the reason I closed the deal at Levittown Ford. He was just a very pleasant guy to talk to and didn't come across as a pushy salesperson. I would recommend Levittown Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle and suggest you ask for James Mangual specifically. read more

I was reluctant to complete this survey since I'm owed a remote start on my car but if I don't speak up people will think they can trust this dealership & they are not trustworthy!!!! I was at the dealer for 5 & 1/2 hours and was giving a sign & drive price & told I was approved & then they tried to pull .... Well... You are approved but now we need a down payment & $50 more per month...... During my 5 & 1/2 hours I was there I kept saying to the sales person I better not get any surprises in the finance room & he kept reassuring me that they are not that type of dealer.... So they tried pulling the higher price but after losing my temper and scarring customers off they immediately said we will give it to you for the price...... But you can never leave your guard down with car dealers.... They tried again to charge me for their VIP service that they told me was free & already in the price they gave me!!! After all was said & done they gave me the car at the price quoted but it ruined the new car buying experience!!!! I'm still amazed that car dealers still dealers are still very distrustful!!!!!! So last month I went in for a oil change at the ford in Hicksville, i thought everything was well, little did I know today 8/6/16 I get the engine and oil change light on, I got concern because this is an 2015 that I bought at Levittown and may I say best service ever by Adam Diaz! So with me being concern I call ford at Hicksville and I got transfer to some guy Eric, I explain my situation and I thought I would hear on his part that he was a little concern, he asked me a couple of questions even though I mentioned to him that I was at the mechanic because I had no time to go all the way to Hicksville since I am about an hour or more away, all he said he can do is have the oil changed, not even an apology came out of his mouth! I am very disappointed that he did not cared about my situation explaining to him that I had planned to pick up my niece an hour away and that now it is my responsibility to pay this mechanic for another oil change! No one Cares and their SHADY!! I am a current Levittown Ford customer as I leased from them in March 2015, but I see much has changed since then. My husband and I went to in to look for a car for him and were trying to figure out our best options even thinking about an early lease renewal for myself. The first encounter was short, but we chose to go back and really see if there was a deal we could make. It was clear that the salesman did not want to do business with us. He LIED to us about his inventory, encouraged me to hold onto my lease and make a deal on the new 2018 (shocking), and maybe my husbands car could last a little longer OR go to Chevy! Wait aren't I at Ford?! This salesman knew my husband was a first responder and a Veteran (being it was Veterans weekend) and needed a car to get him to work. The ironic part was he could have made a deal and sold 2 cars if he didn't LIE about the inventory I can't understand why he would shy away from a deal. We left and I could not believe that he basically blew us off SOMETHING SHADY IS GOING ON AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I called and spoke with a sales manager, who apologized showed concern and NEVER called me back. I called the general manager, the one who sends the impersonal blanketed emails to everyone after they visit not even knowing the outcome, and was outreached by the service manager, who said the GM would be calling back. Needless to say I am still waiting on that call. This is a clear indication that their rep was a LIAR and the professionalism of the overall dealership has declined. I book and appointment through Myford (online) about 2+ weeks in advance with details of what I need done. I needed my recall fix and I write everything out. I get numerous text and emails reminding me of my appointment on 11/8. I show up and I am informed that they can not do recalls during the weekend. I am sorry but not acceptable, you had my appointment for a minimum of 2 weeks and not 1 call or email that you can not do this. There was no manager on staff on the weekends (not okay). I speak with Sean and he takes care of it and gets me in. Informs me I have two recalls - Ford never send me a letter for the second one which has been out for 1.5 years+. he explains the issue, basically my car could stall. Okay fine fix them both. They get fixed in a timely manner. I go do errands on Saturday. I pull back up to my house, make a u-turn and in the middle of my u-turn my car stalls. Back for Ford I go, I though the recall would fix this so it did not happen (which it never had happened before) but you caused it to happen. I go back they now need to replace the throtal body I have to wait about 2 hours for this to be done. Really not okay. I can not believe all the problems 1 recall appointment could cause. You need to do better making sure you have the peoples contact information so this does not occur. Oh the kicker is- this happens a lot I get told. then do something about iT! read more

Brining my car to Levittown Ford for service was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I had a 7 am appt. on 6/10. I had a friend follow me there as I needed to go to work. The "Valet" didn't arrive until 7:10 to check in the cars. then I met with my "advisor" Mike who took the info, my car was in for a recall. I explained I needed the car back by evening as I needed it for work on Thursday. Mike asked me how late I could leave the car I said 6 pm, no problem it will be done. By the time I got out of there it was 7:40 AM. At 3:30 in the afternoon Mike called me to advise they were about to start the work on my car but he was afraid I would have to leave it till Thursday. I said I told you I can't leave it there I need it to get to work. (they don't have loaner cars available) I asked why he had the car 8 hours and it wasn't worked on. He said they overbooked appts. and someone called in sick. I told him they could have the car till 6 pm. He said the Mechanics are only there until 4:30 so that would help, why he asked me earlier how late I could leave the car is beyond me. I picked up the car and brought it back on Thursday evening. At 10:15 Friday morning Mike called me and said the car was all done, since I left it there Thursday evening he had them start it then and finished it Friday morning. I said really, you told me the mechanics leave at 4:30, I didn't drop the car off till 5:15 how did they work on the Thursday evening. He didn't answer me. Anyway I pick up the car Friday evening and drive home. It was sunny out and I didn't notice that the interior lights were all on. At 7 PM when I went outside I saw it. I called Mike who told me to "disconnect the battery" and bring the car back on Saturday morning. I chose to take out a fuse but brought the car back on Saturday. When I got there Mike was off and he didn't bother to advise anyone I was coming in. I spoke with a new Advisor Rob, who was very understanding. He asked me to leave the car there and he would see that it was fixed. Rob called me about 2 hrs later and said it was a wire that was in the lift gate that was crossed and it was now fixed and I could get the car. I did. Approximately2 hrs. later Rob called to tell me they forgot to put the panel back onto the hatch door and it was still in the dealership. He said he would have the mechanic come to my house to put it on. I live 1 mile away. this was all done. Yesterday when we loaded the car to go to the beach the lights went on again. upon slamming the rear door several times we got them to go out. So now I have to bring the car in again. In June of 2013 I happily leased a 2013 Ford Escape from this dealership. Little did I know this would end up being the worst decision of my life. Since leasing the car I've had to bring it in multiple times to the service department. It's had multiple recalls on it and it's also had numerous amounts of problems that have had nothing to do with the recalls. One persistent problem that this car has had is that the battery light and check engine light will constantly come up. At times my car will shut down as I'm driving it and it will tell me that my battery is dead or that my engine is dead. One time I was driving on the intersection of 106 and Northern Blvd when my car broke down in the middle of turning left on a green light. If anyone had been behind me then I would have been done for. SO freaking dangerous yet it has been a persistent problem with my car for over a year now. Since April of 2015 the service department has been telling me they can't find anything wrong with my car. Every time I have dropped it off since then it's always a waste of my time because they find nothing yet my car continues to act up. Even corporate has been absolutely no help because they tell me that if the service department finds nothing wrong then they can't do anything about it. Last month once again my car stops working and the check engine light is once again back on. I called to make an appointment and they were not able to see me until last Friday. You have to wait almost a month for your car to be seen when the check engine light is on and your car is randomly breaking down? How ridiculous! Anyways, I finally dropped my car off on Friday and later on that day I was told that they were finally able to pinpoint what was wrong with my car! I was so relieved until they told me that unfortunately the warranty on my car was up so I would have to pay for the fix out of pocket. Ummmm what? When agreeing to this lease I was not aware that there was a warranty for service. In fact I was under the impression that I would only ever be responsible for oil changes after the first year, brakes and tires. It infuriates me that conveniently they find whats wrong with my car when the warranty just expired yet for almost 9 months I was told nothing was wrong with it. On top of it all this is a problem that was fixed a year ago that needs to be fixed yet again but since it was fixed November 7th of 2014 the warranty on that work expires after a year. Well maybe if I didn't have to wait a month to get into the service department or if you fixed it right the first time both these things wouldn't be a problem. Now I'm being told that I have to pay $400 out of pocket to fix this which I absolutely will not do. I even called corporate yet again since this has been a problem with my car for awhile and they were "nice enough to offer me $100 towards fixing my car for being a customer." Ummm no thanks Ford how about you do the right thing and don't charge me anything! It was even a waste of my time calling the sales department to help me because they just offered to get me into a new lease but the payments that are left on my current lease would roll over onto my new one. No thanks never want to deal with Levittown Ford or this company EVER again. Apparently customers don't matter to them and screwing them over is what they like to do. DO NOT BUY OR LEASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR COMPANY. I have made it my goal to spread the word on my horrific experience so no one has to deal with these kind of problems in the future. Thank you to my service advisor Mike for your help and trying to rectify this situation for me but at the end of the day your manager and corporate still failed me and I will never, ever buy from Ford again! read more

I came in to Levittown Ford very skeptical and annoyed after car shopping for what seemed forever. Before coming in I made sure the car was on the lot, it was and I also wanted to make sure that there were no hidden fees and he explained the fees over the phone. Coincidentally the same person I spoke to on the phone was the same person I was greeted by when I showed up at the dealership and his was Daniel. Very nice guy from the start, we sat down and negotiated a price that seemed fair to me and went ahead with a credit application. He gave me an invoice sheet with everything we had discussed and I was in and out of there just like that. We agreed for the ID cards to be emailed and that he would have all the finance information ready by the next day. I got a call from Daniel the next day explaining that it would be better off to come in when the car was finished and ready to go to review the financing, that way everything could be done the same day. This was on a Saturday. He said come in on Monday and the car will be ready. The car needed a few repairs. It had minor scratches, a falling panel in the backseat and it needed new brakes. Monday comes and the car looks great, scratches buffed, brakes work great and panel has been fixed. I sign paperwork for the financing and leave the dealership with a huge smile on my face. Great experience at this dealership, I would sincerely recommend Daniel if you ever found yourself shopping for a car at this dealership. I was a first time buyer and he was very straightforward and personable. Just a short review on my experience, I hope my feelings stay the same throughout my relationship with this dealership. read more
