I was treated poorly and was disrespected by not only the staff but a particular client who inserted her negative opinion on a situation that had NOTHING TO DO WITH HER. I asked one of the staff to start service on my niece who was waiting on pedicure for an HOUR. We made appointment prior to coming in and the staff kept doing services for other clients. I simply could not wait anymore and kindly asked the staff member to assist me. We already paid for service for my niece and the staff member continued to say we did not. The staff member was working on another clients nails and the client kept being completely unprofessional and to be honest was using racist remarks. The staff stood there and watched me and my family being mistreated. DO NOT PUT YOUR BUSINESS TOWARDS THIS ESTABLISHMENT !!!!!!!!!! This nail salon is cute, chic, friendly, clean, fast and precise to say the least! I've had 3 mani/pedi's here and I'm hooked. Their shellac still looks new after 2 weeks with no chips. The grow out is better than what I've ever experienced elsewhere. They follow Covid protocols and it's by appointment only at this time. Definitely recommend checking this salon out! read more

The nails work is pretty, and employees are nice. But I'm not sure what the point of appointments are at this location. They will have you waiting for over 30+ minutes past your appointment time. Honestly, the more I come here, the less I like it. I had a younger girl smell like fried food do my nails, and when she had to fix a smudge near closing, the other techs walked over and laughed and spoke in a different language. I could tell she was frustrated, by her being more rough with my hands. How relaxing!! Today, I got a mani pedi, and I asked the guy doing my manicure if I could have what was in the picture. When I asked about the finger that was all glitter, he said I didn't ask for that, sped through it, and walked off without saying a word. There's white paint outside of the nail, and my glitter looks nothing like the picture. Honestly, only go there for the owner, Evon to do your services. Came for hard gel overlay.... on the price menu posted on Yelp it says they do gel powder, when I arrived it was as if they have never heard of the term and kept offering shellac. I opted for the acrylic.... big mistake. Only one nail is actually done pretty well. The others have crooked round shapes. One is oddly longer than the rest. The sides are thicker making them just weirdly shaped over all. I saw Nancy working on two girls while I was with probably the grandma of the shop. Nancy did a good job. I wish I had Nancy. I saw the picture of a FB post to speak up instead of posting a review. But the point of reviewing is so others can know what's up. The point is that a service should be done right, perfect, every time. Not just because one wasn't happy the first time. Knowing this, I debated on saying I wasn't happy with my nails, but I was also kind of worried of the aftermath. Waiting for acrylic removal, and from another round of photos posted, one was cut very badly and said the removal was so painful she left without finishing... did I want to go through that? Nah. I paid for the service, which now I'm thinking I was over charged ($40 for overlay of acrylic but a full set is listed as $25!!!!) so I paid and left and will never go back and hope people will see reviews and just go somewhere else unless you have the time and patience to wait around to have it done right after it was done wrong. read more

Friendly, clean, and reasonably priced. The massage chairs are very nice too, more options than just the usual "boring" settings. I actually got some relief from my chronic back pain. Really unfortunate experience. If you look at this salons FB page and yelp page you will see some really beautiful work. Im from out of town and was looking to get my nails done. Did a yelp search and found them. Was able to secure a same day appointment so very thankful for that. I felt that from the start that I wasn't getting the same service the other ladies were getting (and their nails were really good!). I'm in the Army so my nails look like crap most of the time, therefore I wanted to be bold and to do something fun while on vacation. I feel like they saw it and figured I wouldn't care if the work was rushed and not to standard. The first photo is what I asked for. The next are what I got. Not to mention that out of an entire wall of color she only wanted to use the few colors in her color bin. If it was a dark green she wanted to use neon green. I feel like I shouldn't have to pressure a nail tech with an inspiration photo to use the same colors, especially when there is an entire wall of color to choose from. She made me feel like I was asking a lot to color match, and I could tell she was frustrated. The nail shape is horrific. The acrylic is so thick that the new Tech had to file the acrylic down before she could cut the tips off because it hurt so much. The designs don't match. The color is thin in transparent - it looks like it was colored on with a sharpie pin. Then, ate didn't separate my skin from the excess superglue at the corners, so when she filed my nail she caused my skin to break and bleed on multiple fingers. I'm certain this is not the standard for nails. I paid $75 for this garbage and gave a $20 tip. I HAD to get them completely redone at another salon and the tech agreed they were badly done and upset that i paid that amount for the work I received. Oh, also got a lip wax. Had to ask the other lady to go back over an entire portion of my lip she missed. Ended up going back home and doing the cupids bow and philtrum area that she completely missed. read more

Last three times I went weren't good. I'm not sure what happened here. Teen daughter didn't want to go back because last two times she went with me to get her nails done, they were really rough and hurt her. But I still went back cuz I like the way they do mine. But last time the lady did a terrible job. And here's what really upset me, one of my nails broke, snapped in half, causing bleeding and so I went in to get it fixed. And a girl knows, that if one of your nails break and you go back to the place that did them, they fix it for free. Nope. Not here. Why not? I don't know. It's annoying and not cool. When the lady told me it would be 3.00, (3.00 is nothing, but it's the principal of it) I asked why do they charge for a broken nail when this is where I got my nails done? The lady looked over at Evonne, the owner, and she ignored her and me. Didn't even answer her question. And she was sitting 5 feet to her left. So I paid, walked out, and sadly, won't return. Sad that since Levon's has such good reviews lately and suddenly things are going down. It's pretty frustrating and its out of no where. :( I guess they got too good for their customers. I've found my new nail spot! Not only was Evon nice and dang good at hooking my nails up, she stayed an extra hour AFTER closing to get my nails and toes done. If that isn't the true essence of CUSTOMER SERVICE I don't know what is! The nail shop is located within a plaza. It was clean and had very cute and modern decor. I didn't feel rushed (even though I felt really bad for keeping them open) and she did such a good job! You pay for what you get and that means amazing quality! For a shellac mani + regular pedi it cost about $53. Not bad at all in my opinion. If you want great customer service and amazing quality, Evon and her shop is where you need to go! read more

Me and my BFF came here on a whim. We were waiting at another nail salon and yelped this place because the other salon had a backlog of customers with one manicurist. No bueno, I'm pretty sure we would have been turned away even if we stuck around. I'm so glad that happened because we found this gem! The customer service here is top notch, the manager/manicurists are all incredibly nice and wonderful. We walked in randomly on a Friday evening and we were greeted with big smiles and felt at home. I feel horrible that I don't remember the beautiful ladies that took care of me and my friend, but they took their time on our nails and struck up conversations with both of us. It was so relaxing and nice! I'm extremely picky with my nails. Usually I'm terrified of doing French tip nails unless I'm sure the salon can do it right. Have you guys been to places where your French tip looks like they used a bandaid to try and get the edge straight? Not the case here, they do a great job cleaning up the lines and shaping my short ugly nails LOL. My manicurist redid two of my fingers because it wasn't as perfect as she wanted and I really appreciate that! Also, I have a habit of running my hands into random objects haha, per recommendation, I got gel for the first time here and three weeks later my nails are still looking pretty decent. This place is hit or miss depending on who you get so I made an appointment with James because he always did a good job. I showed him a picture of a super simple design-white with silver sparkles lining the base of my nails-which he said he could do. He did part of it then grabbed the top coat. I asked about the silver sparkles and he said he thought just silver was best. I explained that I don't like it with silver and if I would've known I would've done just plain white. He got up, stormed toward the back saying something in Vietnamese jerking his thumb toward me. One woman's eyes widened and she rushed over to finish. It literally took her less than a minute. I was shocked that James was so rude over something so simple so I asked when the owner would be back. The nice woman who helped me said she wasn't sure so I paid (and still tipped over 20%) and left. When I got home I wrote an email to the owner just so she was aware that James' reaction was so overblown and I got NO response from her. I didn't expect amything major but a "I'm so sorry that happened!" Would've gone a long way customer service wise. I've also been in there and been there and rushed through my service so they could go home (45 min. before the posted closing time) so I guess customer service isn't a priority. read more

It was horrible) I am so satisfied with this salon. They fixed every mistake, without complaint. And it was a lot of work. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and they had 9 people working. I didn't have to wait one minute. They give out complimentary water bottles. I tipped wonderfully and paid less than I did without tip at my usual salon. Although out of my way, I will return. I do not wish to change my reviews because I am still satisfied with their services =) Although, I would like to give tips to the new comers or customers who aren't a regular yet. I do not recommend walking in, especially around their busy time (before the weekends, evenings, around any holidays or events) as this place does get quite busy. It is very hard for them to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend phoning them first to get an idea of when would be a good time to come in. Totally fooled by other good reviews. 1st off, customer service sucks here. It made me feel very awkward. 2nd, I got a full set put on last Friday, by Monday I had black bubbles in my polish. I went in yesterday to get them fixed, they just changed the color and still charged me $15 for something that was they're mistake. Today I am noticing I have bubbles again in my shellac. I'm livid. Had my first visit today! After seeing the great yelp reviews I decided to give this place a shot! I called ahead to make sure they were not too busy. After arriving, I chose my color and was seated after a few minutes. The man doing my nails (I think his name was Daung?) was very friendly and made sure that I liked my nails after each step. I showed him a few photos of what I wanted and he got it spot on! The salon itself is very beautiful and up to date. I don't think I've ever been in a nail spa that looked so great! I really liked that they had water bottles available for guests. They also have a very large selection for shellac/gel nails. I wish they had more selections for just regular polish. My new favorite nail shop to go to get my nails right. Decided to get my nails done at this place before my trip to Cabo and I'm so glad I did. First, when you walk into this nail shop you immediately notice there is NO chemical smell to the salon like most nail shops. It's SUPER clean and organized. The decor is tasteful and modern. The owner was super nice and listened to what my needs were for my nails and feet. Another girl named Amy did my pedicure and the owner did my overlay. Amy is an absolute sweetheart. I love how they take their time with you and they do not rush to finish the job to start on a new customer. Another plus? They give you a hot stone massage with your pedicure! How awesome is that?! My nails are ON point for Cabo. Everyone thought my nails were real.. which technically they are, but with acrylic on top. I didn't need a tip added since my nails were already long. I came in with my 2 year old daughter hoping to get us pampered and have a good time. But I left disappointed at my overall experience here. The ladies that did my mani/pedi seemed like they didn't want to help me. One was speaking in her native tongue and smirking while the other had a cross look on her face the majority of the time. Her displeasure was made known as she tossed her bowl and utensils she used on me, into the foot of spa chair my daughter was sitting on. While my daughter was waiting for her turn, two other customers came in and we're helped BEFORE my kid. When I saw a 3rd person being helped before my daughter, I expressed my frustrations and began to get ready to leave. It wasn't until then, that the lady that did my manicure rushed over to paint my daughters nails. I was still disappointed because she didn't give my daughter the spa treatment. NO, they removed her from her spa chair, sat her on the stool they use to service the customers, and the woman did a rush job because there were 2 more customers that walked in. SMH . They may have done a good job on my nails, but because they mistreated my daughter I will NOT be coming back. She's a PAYING customer just like everyone else. If that's how they're going to run their "spa", I wont be spending another CENT of my hard earned money there..ever again . Lets be honest... So far I have had good expierences. I am really picky with my nails because I never get acrylics and I love getting shellac manis. My nails are long, thick and naturally just really nice. So, it always bugs me when they dont file or put on the polish correctly. The ladies here are very friendly and funny! I dont recall them speaking in a different language, which I totally support being bilingual but sometimes it is offensive because it can come off as if they are speaking about you. I like that they make conversation and are honest. I got my first pedicure from here last week and it was great! I was a little clumsy because it has been so long since I let anyone touch my toes. They only coated my toes once but so far the polish hasnt chipped! I dont usually do shellac on my toes so I expect the color to come off quicker then my finger polish. They used hot rocks and massaged my entire leg. YES, just what I needed. The only down fall for my last visit was the flower design and shaping. I showed a photo to the gal and she did a completely awful looking flower. She tried really hard so I wasnt going to complain. Next time ill ask Le'von to add a design. The filing was also off and not what I wanted but my nails will grow and ill be more specific next time. I finally found my go to nail salon! Based on other reviews, I've decided to give this place a try. I normally don't get my nails done because of bad experiences with other nail salons in the past, but this place sure has changed that! I wanted to get a full set of acrylics. As I walked in, they were all busy and I had to wait. But it didn't take long for someone to help me. The staff was kind and welcoming, a very peaceful atmosphere. The lady who did my acrylic nails was so nice and good at what she did. I noticed how she didn't rush, she made sure every single thing about my nails was exactly what I wanted (shape and length) before she proceeded to the next step. Most other places would just hurry and not even ask you unless you tell them! I wish I got her name because she was far the best nail technician I've had and would love to have her do my nails again! A full set of acrylics was $25 flat (no extra charges) and my nails turned our amazing! I highly recommend NOT going to this place if you don't have all the time in the world to get your nails done. I went in for a shellac removal and regular manicure. I brought my own brand new OPI Infinity Shine nail color. A few of my nails had polish that had peeled off already and it took them an hour to do my nails. AN HOUR. They don't use a fan in between coats and as careful as I was opening my car door I smudged a nail. GRRR The girl offered for me to come back after work so she could fix it but I'm not going back. read more
