Would be fun if they posted recipe QRL code next to exotic types on how to cook them. Would probably help sales too. They had little craft kit ($7) to grow a handful of mushrooms at home on newpaper in a few weeks. I think the kit would be fun for kids! And a larger kit available to harvest 2 pounds of mushrooms but they were out of the large kit when I went. They had many fresh and dried mushrooms available even fresh white and black truffle! Parking across the street was easy at ProPark located at Washington and Embarcadero. Make sure to ask for the validation sticker to save some money.

I don't typically dunk my biscotti in coffee so I was really able to taste everything in the biscotti itself. Had some nice chunks of cherry and notes of chocolate in it, with some chunks of walnut. As a stand alone item, slightly above average, but I imagine if you got one of these little guys wet with some coffee (or vin santo with a lovely obliging pal) they'd probably be even better. I'd purchase if I saw them again, and I might even consider venturing into the world of savory as they have so many interesting sounding flavors (after some advice from a shopkeep of course.)

They have a mailing list you can subscribe to in store or online, and be sure to do it! They make sure to only mail you news about the types of grapes/regions you choose. I am always happy to open their emails b/c they are purposeful and infrequent. They always offer a special on a dozen wines, so I finally decided to take them up on it. I submitted my order online and during COVID, they operate with curbside pickup. After I submitted my order, I emailed asking for the weight of the dozen b/c I was planning to walk back w/my dozen. David very quickly replied with a kind recommendation based on the distance and weight he estimated. I arrived with a 60L backpack in tow, I gave them a call that I was outside, and they safely placed my dozen outside and patiently waited while I packed to confirm that I was able to transport everything myself. They also include a description of each wine w/the dozen purchase including pairings. The dozen is a GREAT deal b/c it averages to about $10 a bottle for quality wines that I will certainly be buying again.
