We also got 12 oysters to split, a mix of Kumamoto and Sweetwater since my personal preference is for sweet oysters. The geoduck ceviche had a unique spicy heat to it. Geoduck has a texture comparable to octopus, so if you're into octopus you might like geoduck. Matt and I both approved of the oysters. It's easy to dine quickly when you're eating seafood so we probably only spent 20 minutes or so seated. Eating oysters for your first meal of the day probably isn't the best move as we both felt a bit queasy afterwards, at no fault of the oysters themselves.
