i've been coming to this place often and on over the years this past Friday, I went in for a lesson and a manicure & pedicure The manicurist kept digging into my toe which eventually led to my foot being cut fast forward to less than 48 hours later I'm currently in the minor ER getting my toe looked at because it's double the size and appears to be infected because of my botched pedicure. I would not recommend anybody coming to this location. It's very sad that I have to write this. The standard has really gone downhill and I will not be returning and requesting a full refund regarding this poor service. read more

The guy that did my nails was heavy handed! He filed my damn cuticles not my nail. Everything he did hurt. His nails were super sharp and he was stabbing me the entire time. He was not polite at all and didn't even speak to me at all. However, he spoke to other ladies who were there none of which looked like me if you get my drift. He used sanitizer but I noticed his nails weren't actually clean about half way through. Lots of dirt or residue under his nails. Nasty. On top of all this, there was another lady there questioning my choices which was super weird. She must be a regular because she ran the place. I will never step foot in there again. Do not recommend. I went to this location based off other reviews and I will not return. I've never had a "painful" manicure before but this one was. Even while simply filing my nails, the gentleman would file my skin down rather than the nail. Pictures are proof of the work done here. Price was reasonable. Staff very friendly. I got nexgen nails and was immediately disappointed. Nothing was done to clean or manicure my cuticles (I have not had manicure in a year!) and the powder didn't go all the way back so after a week it looks very grown out. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with this place. It's a small no frills salon, very clean and well maintained. However, I have to agree with an earlier review that the mani and pedi were 'painful' which was quite a disappointment as I hadn't had my nails done in months and was really excited to have a relaxing day. The gentleman who did my nails clipped then really hard somehow, and it felt like my nails were going to snap off. He filed my nails very harshly as well, it felt like my nails were being strained because of how hard and fast he was filing them. I have long nail beds and thick nails and I still felt like he was being too harsh on them. And my nails weren't even smooth, they had lots of pieces on the end that were catching that I had to file off later. I will say this place is very affordable. We got 2 mani's and 2 pedi's for $100. But unfortunately I am someone who is willing to pay more for a better experience read more

Great pedicure from the older gentleman. Walked right in with three other people and had space available immediately.

I have been going to this salon for over 15 years and I have gone there for the LAST time. Sandy the owner is very rude and confrontational. She cut my finger with the drill bit. She then put acetone on the nail next to it in foil, the cotton was soaked so it leaked out on the finger she cut and she blamed it on me. The time before that her husband gave me a bottled water, which he unscrewed the cap on and told his wife this and set it down. Sandy came over and picked up the bottle of water by the cap and the full bottle fell in my purse and got water all over everything. She proceeded to yell at him because of it. Each of the last three times I have gone to her, she has cut one of my fingers with the drill bit. Because of her mouth she has run off most of the workers. I will NEVER go back there again!!!!!! read more
