I understand wanting clients to take advantage of a promotional offer, but if a service isn't actually available to be booked through ClassPass, it shouldn't be listed there. At the very least, alternative services that qualify should be offered. What frustrated me most was the response from the front desk. Instead of trying to find a solution, I was essentially told that my ClassPass credits didn't matter and that my only option was to pay out of pocket. As someone who pays for a ClassPass membership, that wasn't an acceptable answer. The issue wasn't the price. It was the lack of transparency and customer service. A little effort to accommodate the customer would have gone a long way.
