Also, the Features section on the Best Buy website for this burner stated it was compatible with a variety of windows operating systems including Windows 11, but the User Manual does not indicate that feature. I returned the burner to the Best Buy store in Joliet. I explained my findings and suggested to the customer service girl that this was "deceptive advertisement". She said "they have no control over third party sellers". I guess a third party seller can lie about a product and Best Buy is okay with it???!!! So, buyer beware. Had a great time, I was interested in subs at the time and was impressed by the JL audio demo. After the demo, I met Mike, Holm Audio owner. Seemed like a cool guy. He loaned me a couple of E110 subs to demo at home. He reached out via text to see how I was doing and negotiate a possible purchase. When I told him I was interested in demoing the E112's he told me they only one, he tried to sell me the 10 and 12 inch sub at a discount. I wasn't interested, as the size difference would bug me too much. So he asked me if was interested in anything else. I told him I was also interested in a direct to consumer subwoofer brand from Norway. Well I guess that upset him because he told me to return the subs right away, and that I would not be in his "VIP club". Needless to say, I returned the subs and did not make a purchase. This sucks because I really wanted to support a cool local Hifi shop like Mike's. But if he can't accept the fact that people are cross shopping consumer direct brands, he has a rude awakening coming. One star is for the staff, they have been nothing but amazing. After going to the Bolingbrook location for the second time this week and being given absolutely worthless P.o.S. instruction and advice, I headed over the Romeoville location to fix the software glitch on my Blackberry that disabled it from doing anything, not even able to turn it off and on. Anyway, I was fuming when I came in. Like literally, I was a mutha f*cking fire breathing dragon and the young man behind the desk was quick to sense my fire and calm me by taking my godforsaken Blackberry away from me before it literally combusted through sensing my hate for Verizon. The man ended up fixing my phone in less than 5 minutes without losing any of my precious photos, contacts, etc when the garbage Bolingbrook location told me I'd need to drive all the way here to get a new phone and lose all my upgrade purchases. The man was able to plug my phone itno some miracle machine and totally reset it without losing any of my info or upgrades, and at the same time avoiding my major meltdown. Even though this place is 20 miles from my house, I'd gladly drive here for better, smarter, and more efficient service than the Bolingbrook location.
