He came first thing the next day (yay), a Sunday too, and on time. Not only did he mount our tv and set up everything, even our soundbar, he also fixed several electrical issues around our house for a very reasonable price. Levon came very quickly to assess what I needed to get done. He was very knowledgeable, giving me information that helped me to make the right decisions for what I wanted and for my budget. Levon even sent me links to recommended products that would fit my needs. We just moved into a condo with 2 master suites upstairs and our wifi is downstairs in the living room. I have charter/spectrum and while I haven't had too much trouble with it yet, I found I couldn't use video streaming upstairs in one of the bedrooms, especially when using streaming in another area of the house. We also wanted to set up a home theatre system, utilizing built in ceiling speakers that came with our new condo. Levon was so helpful in giving me all the information I needed to understand the process and what equipment was good for what effect. I am very ignorant of these electrical/technology related topics. But Levon took the time to explain everything to me without trying to take advantage of my ignorance. He is very patient, kind, honest and very skilled at what he does. He also took the time to explain how my electrical circuitry and panel works in my condo so now I feel more confident and informed for future electrical incidents. On the day of the actual work, I think he spent a much longer time than he expected due to my myriad of questions, which he answered thoroughly and patiently. With absolutely no complaints, Levon spent more than half the day helping me figure out my wiring since I did not know my unit too well yet. He worked quickly but also took the time he needed to work out kinks and miswirings, explaining to me what was what. After he set up my home theatre, he went through each menu item, showing me how to operate the various functions. He set me up with such a nice system. He left my entertainment area and really my whole house in clean, efficiently running state...We are sooo thankful and thoroughly enjoying our entertainment system and more efficiently running wifi! He even set up my 50" tv above my fireplace in my master suite even though it wasn't included in his original quote. We watched a movie in our living room after he left and it was like we were in our own private theatre!!! Thank you, Levon!
