Ordered takeout and I have to say the food/BBQ Ribs were truly not good. BBQ is the last thing you would them. Falling off the bone?? Yes, By way of boiling. Louisiana hot they were not. Likewise, they were sauced on one side with a hint of heat and covered with brush bristles from wherever. Also found a human to top it top it all off. Seasoning was nonexistent as far as the meat was concerned. Barbecue sauce was added after boiling. I wouldn't recommend. read more

A gem! We are fortunate to have this new location in our neighborhood. They did a great job putting it together. We went for lunch, it was busy. We ordered the blue cheese chips, which were great and actually had a good amount of blue cheese. I had the French onion soup, which was amazing. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs which was perfectly cooked and outstanding. My wife had the chicken salad sandwich which she really enjoyed. The service was excellent. I had the worst service and food at Libby's tonight. The waiter could not get the drinks order correct. The Cosmopolitan was made with too much Cointreau. The waiter did not deliver waters. Waited over 30 minutes to place appetizer orders. The wedge salad with medium rare steak was served well done! I returned the salad and was told it would be taken off the bill... the salad was on the final check. The waiter was offended when I asked him to remove the salad from the bill. I would recommend everyone to run away from this restaurant until they can upgrade the wait staff and kitchen staff . The manager never came over to the table even though we had several issues over poor drinks, poor service, and food that was over cooked. I would rate this restaurant below fast food. Have been going to Libby's since they opened and tonight the meal was very disappointing. My husband and I both ordered the 6 ounce filet and requested it medium and it came out rare. The mashed potatoes and vegetables were cold. Sam our server was very nice as we sent it back to have them cook it to medium and have hot potatoes and vegetables. We've ordered here many, many times. Tonight was an exception because our order was totally screwed up and 4 items were missing. I get it mistakes happen. But when I called to collect the missing items I was put on hold for 10mins. Then I was told I needed to speak with the manager Stephanie. Another 5min. Finally, Stephanie comes on and said she needed to pull my order up.. On hold again. 5min... Front desk picked up again and says please hold. Finally, Stephanie comes back on and starts with "YOU ORDERED SHRIMP NOT SALMON". Obviously, this was going nowhere so I just said Thank you very much. Craft local ? What ya got ?!?! Every place that does this - there's lots arghhhh! The waiter or waitress usually looks at you really put out. We had a terrible Thanksgiving brunch at Libby's today. We made a reservation over a month ago and they sat us in the takeout area! Who wants to sit in the takeout area to eat your Thanksgiving brunch? I asked them to move us and they moved us over one table. We were still in the takeout section and close to the door and the hostess station with all these people around us while we ate. People coming in and out for their food and people trying to get their table at the hostess station. Then there was the food... it was horrible. The gravy was disgusting. The carrots were hard as a rock and the turkey was rubbery. It was a terrible dinner and experience. I will never go back to Libbys. read more

Bloody Mary was horrible. Several dinners were OK but one was well below par and the fourth was very poor. They did try to offer a replacement but the group was almost finished. There is indoor and outdoor seating which is appealing if you would like to dine al fresco with a pet. The interior is modern, clean lines and open kitchen. The hostess greeting as you enter is spot on and the waitstaff is friendly and welcoming. Josh H, our waiter, was welcoming, professional and appropriately engaged. The beverage list is extensive with many choices of splits and single glasses. We started out with Moody Blue Kettle Chips, baked chips with blue cheese and balsamic reduction enhancing the chips. Nice size and presentation. The Charred Octopus was grilled perfectly and served on a bed of frisée, olives and roast peppers (more succulent octopus and less salad please). Our experience at Libby's left a lot to be desired. The service was very slow and the food was terrible. I ordered the ribeye medium rare and it came out cold and was unevenly cooked with only a small portion being medium rare. They also didn't prepare the side dishes correctly. The quality of the cut was also terrible. My drink was only refilled once after having to track down our waiter during a 3 hour long, wait forever for our meal, ordeal. We had a group of 8 people and our waiter didn't seem to care about delivering good service. When we all received our checks we figured out why - an automatic 20% gratuity added. Perhaps they have some good food on the menu somewhere but it certainly isn't the ribeye. I wouldn't recommend going there. read more
