The trainers were extremely friendly, positive and motivating...maybe even annoyingly so at times because you wanted to hate them for the workout but couldn't because they were just such freaking nice people. I found that afternoons were far less crowded than evenings, so that's when I went. Great atmosphere, challenging workouts, and all-in-all a great gym. I would definitely return! One thing that would make this gym even better is having an open gym period perhaps during non-busy afternoon hours so you could get in some extra work before/after a class either on the field or in the weight room.
