The restaurant was very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were spotless. Good stuff. This is the second visit here. We all enjoyed our meals thoroughly. Several of us had the bison burger option. They also offer gluten free buns. I had the Napa burger and that was absolutely delicious. My side was the sweet potato fries . They do have a descent selection of wine and beers The patio is covered and a great option now before it gets too hot. Go!

I absolutely loveeee liberty burger. This location has an amazing outdoor seating area which is fantastic. I got a liberty burger with goat cheese and it was perfection as usual. Listen, the health bar shake is INCREDIBLE!!!! I get it everytime My question to the CEO of Liberty Burger is, why skinny fries? I mean, we aren't trying to lose weight when we come here. We love everything on the menu but those skinny fries need an explanation. Let us gain our weight please!! Give us regular thick and juicy fries. Introduce the skinny fries to the sweet potato fries so they can gain some weight a little. My friend got a burger with spoiled arugala which was returned and replaced. I still gave 5 stars because everything is always delicious but please be mindful about quality, this is unacceptable. Love you Liverty Burger. I am waiting for your response about those skinny fries...

Really good burger! I enjoyed this meal. The sweet potato fries were some of the best I've had! Service was fast and our food came out within 5 minutes. I like that they offer craft sodas. The only thing I would change here is the regular fries, they are so tiny and left me wanting more !

Had lunch here with coworkers and ordered the fries because one of them said they were the best. She was right, they definitely lived up to the hype. The staff was friendly as well. Unfortunately, my coworker and I both found hair in our food, so I have to take off some points. Other than that, this is a solid spot for a meal.

This is a pretty good burger joint. Variety of burgers available for a reasonable price. Seating is pretty good and their condiments have a touch of class about them. We were impressed. It's a self service place but they will serve the ordered food on your table. Ambiance is casual but elegant

Burger was great. 9/10. The fries were horrible. They are staged in the container to make it look like a lot of fries, dump them out on the plate and it's barely any. And again, they suck. Which made me have to go buy a second side of onion rings. They were good, just bland. They're really big which is good if you're hungry, but damn, put some seasoning or salt or something on them. The place is small inside, only a few tables bit nice ambience. There's an outdoor area with lots of tables but when it's Texas summer, you'll die of heat stroke . Employees were great, no negatives there. Will i return? 100% but next time I'll get onion rings cause them fries are still suck. Did i mention the fries suck? Cause they do

Was a close option as we were staying in one of the hotels across the highway. Ended up ordering the food online and bringing it back so there was some heat loss from 2-3 minute drive back but it was nearly ice cold by the time I got into the room. The food had to have been sitting long before they marked it ready for pickup. The food was just ok, the burger and fries tasted pretty bland. I think the fact that the fries are skinny style means the heat goes super quick and to go is not the way to eat them. I used some of their homemade sauces and that kind of helped the burger, but I would try it in the restaurant if I went again. I ordered grilled onions, and they were a tad too large cut which made each bite taste of mainly onion and nothing else. One large negative is that the staff did not say one word to me when I walked in to pick up the food from a simple acknowledgment or if I needed help. I saw they had a pickup stand that had a single order and saw my name so grabbed it and walked right back out. Even with walking right past the order and pick-up area and grabbing the food, it was like I wasn't even there. Just seemed odd with how many employees were there.

The Street family continues restaurant excellence! Mariel Street, daughter of legendary restaurateur Mr Gene Street ( Black Eyed Pea - Dixie House - Good Eats etc),has created the perfect burger place. Every facet of this restaurant is Quality. Every Saturday at this location you can get 2 sliders, order of skinny fries, and a drink for $6 . Yes Six Dollars! There isn't a deal like it anywhere in DFW. Her menu is diverse and selections for any taste. The burgers are fantastic largely due to the high quality beef and buns. The produce is fresh and crisp. Best onion rings in town. See pictures below. Shakes and desserts are worth a try. Salads too. The dining room is warm and the outdoor covered patio is spacious. Multiple locations to serve Dallas Ft Worth. Kudos to Mariel for her vision to reality prowess. This is a gourmet burger at an unexpectedly affordable price. Next urge you get for a tasty burger go to Liberty Burger. You won't be disappointed.

Still one of our favorite burger places even when we don't get here often. Doing errands in area so why not stop by for lunch like a number of friends and families this date. We get the basic burger and sweet potato fries so that's more than enough for us. When burger served with steak knife you know you are getting a big one.

Delicious food and incredible customer service. We enjoyed our quick lunch here at Liberty Burger on a rainy Monday. The staff were all very kind and patient when explaining the menu. Plus the location is impeccably well kept and clean. We ordered 2 burgers, sweet potato fries, skinny fries, and small chicken bites. Our food was brought out to our table in a timely manner and was hot and fresh! The burgers in my opinion are the perfect size. They also offer bison meat for those who are inclined and I noticed vegetarian and vegan options as well. The sweet potato fries were amazing, I'll skip the skinny fries next time. They have a basil garlic aioli sauce you can throw on your burger, highly recommend. We'll be back!

This is my second favorite location but only cause I live super close to the one by the tollway -- I do miss not being able to have tableside service but otherwise everything is on point just like the other locations. I am a massive fan of The Traitor. This sandwich holds a special place in my heart and I gotta say the hippy bread really makes it. I'd just dip that stuff in ranch and gobble it down behind closed doors if I could. If you are not getting the onion rings while you are here then something has gone horribly wrong. Absolute best onion rings on planet earth (I'm extrapolating but I can't be that far off). Anything they put in batter here is just bonkers delicious. What's in that batter anyway? How is it so good?! Anyhow, grab yourself a velvet hammer and a traitor and some onion rings and you're gonna have a good time. If you're in the mood for a sale, you're in luck, as the salads are a first class menu item here -- I'm partial to the Kale Mary (add chicken!) and I know my parents are partial to the Crunchy salad, because of course they would be. This place will always be one of our staple family spots

Man, used to be the best burger in Dallas. But, something has changed. Something different with the meat or prep. Much thinner now. And the last few times I've been they have been overcooked. I do like the very friendly manager at this location, but the food is declining. read more

Liberty Burger used to be our go-to burger spot when they had their Allen location. Since it closed, we haven't visited their other locations in a while, especially with so many new burger places opening up in the Frisco and McKinney area. This Friday evening, while in Richardson, we decided to finally give that location a try. We ordered the Wild West with jalapeños, the Chilerno with a veggie patty, a cheeseburger, and a chicken sandwich for the kids. The prices here are still lower than most other burger places. The burgers were just as good as we remembered, and the kids' meal for $8 is a great value--it includes a drink and fries. Be sure to try the Chipotle Ketchup--it's a must! read more

Exceptional burger! I order the Wild West. It was juicy and yummy! Don't miss the skinny fries...they were addictive. Friendly staff that was very helpful. Small space, but don't let the fool you....top tier food for a reasonable price. As a diabetic, my only challenge was the limited offerings of diet sodas. The menu has good burgers, but cleanliness is lacking. I've dined inside multiple times, and yesterday we sat on the patio--it was a mistake. The tile and brick flooring looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and needs a good pressure wash. I saw employees clearing plates and trash, but they didn't wipe tables with a rag or sanitizer, just swept crumbs onto the floor. Clean up your patio! read more

The worst part about eating at Liberty Burger? Trying to decide which burger to try. The best part about eating at Liberty Burger? Eating the burger you decided to try! We settled on The Napa and The Woodstock. The Napa was topped with gorgonzola, arugula, tomatoes, olives, and a basil garlic mayo. Hubby said it was very good. The Woodstock is a veggie burger that they make in-house (bonus!), topped with swiss, greens, avocado, tomato, and that basil garlic mayo. It was gloriously delicious! Onion rings were thick cut with a super flaky breading on them. Really really good! This was our quickie lunch before we headed home from our weekend visit. We all enjoyed it very much. Plus it was great weather for the outdoor seating. read more

The burgers here are good and there's a variety of different options including the impossible burger. I ended up ordering the standard Liberty Burger, and it was pretty good! This restaurant also has outdoor seating options as well. I will mention that I went a couple months ago, and I do remember that the cashier/workers weren't wearing masks even though delta cases were pretty high at the time. Just something to be aware of in case you decide you want to try this place out. read more

Loved this slogan in the restaurant...Give me Liberty or Let me STARVE...let me starve please. This burger lacked flavor. It was boring, bland, blah, unseasoned and dry. I chose the Liberty Burger with cheese. This is a basic burger with onions, pickles, lettuce and tomatoes. For my beverage I chose a Heath Bar Milkshake. The milkshake was yummy and the only reason for two stars. It stole the show. I had high hopes after reading some reviews. However, I left disappointed and very unhappy. The shake did help make me feel better so I am thankful for that. I know there are way more delicious burgers out there. For the cost I would have rather had a whopper. Liberty Burger missed the mark for me. I give it thumbs down. The staff seemed nice, it was cramped and crowded at lunch. The space is definitely small. Overall I was not pleased. read more

This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised with the simplicity yet complexity of the menu. They have classics and they have the crazy ones too, so something for everyone! We tried the chillerno and the lamb burger and the sweet potato fries! The chillerno felt like a regular burger with the queso and poblano pepper. The lamb burger was the star! I loved that the most and will definitely go back there for that! It was so juicy and flavorful! The sweet potato fries were crispy and so well seasoned! They have an amazing selection of sauces to dip and it's definitely worth to try them! read more

So right off the bat this place loses a star for still requiring masks in Texas where the mask mandate is lifted. Ironic that a place called Liberty Burger infringes on personal freedom. My goal moving forward is to frequent establishments that follow the state ordinance. The Liberty burger was tasty, but it had too much mayo/mustard/ketchup that made it slide off the bun, frustrating. The fries were also good, I like the shoestring variety. Service was good, place is clean, but I will not be back until I can walk in with my freedom intact. read more

The Burger was excellent. The restaurant space inside was maxed out for lunch (standard for any Shire restaurant). Today was not the best day to sit outside but the heaters made it tolerable (no teeth chattering). My Signature 'Liberty' burger was cooked perfectly and the string fries were pretty good too! The patio should be fine in the springtime. I'm willing to try it- you should too! read more

OMG the Baby Bella Burger HIT THE Spot. After a long day of seeing patients and dr's visit nearby, this was the meal that just made my day. If you haven't yet, try the Bella Burger... White queso with grilled mushrooms and onion ring tops this juicy burger delightfully creating a party in my mouth. I am a slow eater by nature but totally devoured this burger. Couldn't help it! My burger was made perfectly as requested and came out hot. I really loved the bun as well. I also purchased the Sidewinders (got my cheese on the side since I like to dip), the queso blanco was very yummy. The menu is varied and has plenty of salad, some chicken/Turkey, and veggie options aside from red meat . A nice kids menu as well. Service was quick and friendly. Has a nice and homey feel on the inside with the menu clearly displayed on screens. Cozy and comfortable ambience. They have a variety of drinks, I chose Mexican coke. It's the perfect pairing to a burger. Next time I come I'm definitely trying a shake or float. read more

I have been here for lunch with my friends a few times. It is away from the beaten path so it wasn't crowded. You have got to try the stuffed jalapenos... hands down the best stuffed jalapeno I have ever ever had. I like the heart attack burger with bacon, ham and egg on top, but that is me.
