The Murphy location is much nicer, cleaner and I think they have better cook on the food than other locations (especially the 14th St location). I love the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Very moist and good cook every time. I get pepperjack cheese, bacon and double lettuce added with honey mustard on the side. Fries can ge extra crispy if you want. Everything is good. Ordered through Uber Eats. First time for me to try Country Burger. Had a bacon cheeseburger and a large order of onion rings. Burger was prepared as requested and as a single patty quite adequate to satisfy me. The onion rings were well done and very crispy. I'll start by saying I've been to the Plano locations dozens of times and while their burger is nothing out of this world, it's still good. I don't know what's wrong with the meat at the Murphy location (wouldn't they use the same supplier?) but this burger was awful. I mean, truly tasted terrible. I super close to home. Been coming here for maybe a decade. Always freshly made and super juicy Pattie's on some of the best burgers I've ever had. This is a really good burger place. I was actually surprised when I came and checked it out after a soccer game. Initially I thought it was going to be similar to LA Burger or Smash Burger, but there's a definite difference in the taste of their beef. They also give good portions based on the prices you're paying for your food. They're not the cheapest place to eat, but you'll definitely be full if you come here and get food. We visited this restaurant about six weeks ago. It was our first time and we were not familiar with the ordering or food pick up process. As such, I made it a point to tell the order taker that it was our first time and that we were unfamiliar with their processes. The order taker was polite and welcomed us, but missed the hint and gave us no more info. So, as we learned on our own, the orders are written down on small brown paper sacks. The exact same brown paper sacks into which your food will be placed and served. At the pick-up counter. Where you will go and pick it up. Even if dining-in. Anyway... The burgers were juicy and flavorful. The fries were cut the old-fashioned way, with peelings left on. I thought everything tasted great! The restrooms were clean and well stocked. Just finished grabbing my prescription down the street at Scripx Pharmacy (great place). Was super hungry and was pleasantly surprised by this gem. Got the double burger. I'm a Burger Freak always looking for the next best one . Finally tried this place after passing so many times . I like that the kitchen was open so that I can see how my food is being prepared. The cashier was nice , but after taking payment , we noticed that him and the lady cooking with him were not wearing gloves . That's not extremely major but I didn't know when the hands were washed last . We asked if he and the other lady could put gloves on while preparing our food. He did it, but I could tell the lady that was cooking was not fond of that idea so she basically just didn't prepare our food because I think she didn't like wearing gloves. My burger was pretty good. It was big and it was filling . I liked the meat quality ! 1st visit to this location based on personal recommendation. Newer building compared to other two locations in Collin country where we have ate many times. They company has been around since 1973 so they know how to make them last. Lots of virus mitigation efforts in effect so its a safe place to eat indoors. read more

My father and I went to this location for lunch. We were greeted by a very friendly employee-- Gabe. He was kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. We have for the most part enjoyed the food and the restaurant is usually very clean. On the other hand the staff is very rude and it's not just one of them, it's every employee in there.
