Jaime, the owner, looked at the situation and said I didn't need a new door, just the one panel reinforced. I asked, "No new door?" I was told by another company the grinding sound I was hearing on one side when closing my garage door meant I needed new bearings. Omar determined actually my door was rubbing on the framework.
