Made an appointment because of the great reviews for Kim. When making the appointment for the following day I asked for a return call because I had a question I needed answered going in. The original call was early in the afternoon, I didn't get a call back. This kind of worried me but wanted to give the benefit of doubt. So I gave them a call after work and Kim just happened to answer. She said they had been super busy and didn't have time. She answered my question and I kept my appointment with her. The day of my appointment we went in 5 minutes early. There was a guy working with someone and a couple who were waiting for someone. (My husband said the guy told him we were earlier than expected and to wait, not sure when this was said, it may have been a little later). We see a female on the phone in a small office just behind the guy. I figure this is Kim, she is obviously helping someone. We waited for 20 minutes without anyone speaking to us. I asked the guy we had an appointment with Kim at 10 and was wondering why we haven't been helped. I then ask the couple in spanish if they had an appointment, the guy said yes and it was for 9 am. The guy said Kim was helping someone with internet issues at another location and she will be right with us. My husband said we will only wait another 5 minutes. The female came out to look at something and ran back into the office. And she was still on the phone. No one bothered to tell us anything, sorry we are having a situation, will be right with you NOTHING! Needless to say we left. We did not get a phone call back apologizing for the inconvenience for the delay. Mind you I took time off of work to do my taxes and we are early filling. Went to another location to have our taxes done. This location has poor customer service. I am interested to see what kind of response I get for not taking care of us at the time of our appointment, not because I posted this negative review. Take the time to take care of customers at the moment, not after only because you are worried about losing potential customers reading this. Also, most of the positive reviews have only 1 review. This tax place will take your money that guy cris that works there is really rude and hangs up the calls when u ask to speak to kim which is the owner they charge massive money and when u need help they won't help u I have done taxes with liberty tax for 8 years straight and with Kim in her bellflower office at least 5 now that I called to see about the stimulus check they say that the irs haven't gave them any order which they are the ones that receive your actual IRS check they cash it and give u the remaining after they take there big chunk of I can I will give them a 0 stars be careful cause they will be all nice and everything but after they get your cash they don't want to help u read more

So I been coming to Kim for like 8 years and never had an issue till this year, so I was told that my refund will be 6774 and I was like great and Kim told me and my wife that this was after fees, my wife even had a post note that showed this amount and my wife told me this when we were there and I was like no maybe we miss understood, ok well then it change to 6404 and I was still ok but noooooo we ended up getting 5868 and I swear she said that it would be 6404 after her fees I m just pissed, ok I know they get busy and she might of made of mistake but I felt like the amount kept changing and changing I'm sorry I think this is the last year I would be going here . read more
